The room was very clean. We stayed in room 108. The bed was very comfortable, everything worked as it should! The shower was AMAZING!! the room was spacious & every staff i encountered was very nice and helpful.

They didn't have a microwave in the room, but they had one in the lobby so that was good & if I had a complaint it would be the lighting in the bathroom could be better. Oh yeah and no swimming pool.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. I found all staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great. I was able to walk to every thing I wanted to see

The shower annoyed me because it didn’t move, although you could use it as a hand-held.

Staff was great and very helpful. Room and all furnishings were excellent. This was one of the best Hotel experiences I've ever had.

The parking options were overnight parking in an off-property parking lot (paid) or the Hotel's valet service. The Valet staff were understaffed at the time of our visit and as such there were complications in both getting the vehicle to the valet service, and when leaving. We requested our vehicle before leaving to head to the front desk, but it still ended up taking around 45 minutes to an hour before the vehicle was ready. If you're not planning on driving in Nashville this may not be that bad for you, but if you plan on using your vehicle to make trips, I would suggest alternative transportation/parking. However, as understaffed as the valet staff was, they were always kind and helpful.

When we booked a "two-bed suite with sofa bed" we mistakenly thought that the two beds would be in separate bedrooms, rather than everything in the same room. That's ultimately our fault for assuming but it might be handy if the description was more specific about that.

We called the hotel to see if we could drop off our luggage and it be held until the 4:00pm check- in time. It turned out our room was ready then (at 9:00am) and we were able to check in then! This was such a pleasant surprise that helped to make our stay even more enjoyable!

Convenient location in the city itself. Great distance from the stadium (the main reason we were in town). The hotel had what we needed inside IF we didn't want to venture out. The hotel restaurant food was good and Starbucks is always a win.

The price of valet is a little steep I think especially if you are a guest of the hotel. Also the morning of check out for some strange reason we did not have hot water. The water got hot later but by then for us it was too late we were ready to leave

We loved the location of the property. Walking distance to broadway and a block from the bus terminal. Very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

It wasn’t that we didn’t like the property but some staff seemed like they were still training and the process at times was confusing

Perfect for exploring Nashville!!

Clean. Easy to walk to Broadway, etc. Easy for Uber, etc. to pick you up. Good Valet service

Some of the rooms could be updated/a little more TLC, but generally in good shape.
