I enjoyed it was very close to a gas station was able to enjoy a little walk just to buy snacks. I enjoyed how close it was to my outings areas was able to get there faster. The pool was nice.

I guess i can say what i didn’t like about the property i felt the floor was a bit dirty and i had found a roach on the wall as we were packing up to leave.

The property itself was nice ! The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Some of the staff was rude to the customers. And didn’t like the fact that they don’t provide clean towels and toilet paper after the first night . We have to be after the cleaning crew and asking them. They don’t clean the room if you don’t tell them to clean them. I think that we shouldn’t have to be worrying about sour rooms being clean, they should be done every day.

The breakfast was fine and met my morning needs. The entire Staff led by Manger Mia was nice and helpful and met all my requested needs in a timely manner. I look forward to my next stay with these fine folks.

There wasn't anything I disliked about this Comfort Inn.

The staff was great especially Carmen at the front desk! The breakfast every morning was good and they never ran out of anything. The beds are comfortable! And the pillows are nice

The shower in our room could use some attention. And to fault of the hotel, the cars that congregate at the gas station next store on Sundays and Thursdays that rev their engines is bothersome and loud, but again Carmen at the front desk brought it to the attention of the Pharr police who nipped it in the bud pretty quickly.

my only complaint was that a bunch of idiot punks were parked in the lot next door blaring noise with deep bass that was shaking the windows and making it impossible for us to watch tv or sleep. I went downstairs and asked the lady behind the counter if it was always like that. She assured me that it wasn’t and called the police. The noise stopped shortly after that. We really appreciate her quick attention to this matter.

The room that was for my in-laws had a very moldy smell, but the staff quickly resolved it and gave them a much better room with the handicapped accessibility they needed. Beds are comfortable the rooms are big, and clean. Bonus there's a gas station right next door. Great location. Our go to place to stay when in McAllen.

The staff Andrew( Maintenance guy ) was exceptional , he help with any questions specially with the TV.

I had such a hard time with TV remote control . I called Andrew who came 2X, he told me the internet on my side wasn't working properly. PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM FOR THE NEXT GUEST 👍👍👍

Good location and size of the room as well.

Had to pay extra to check in 3 hours before 3;00 pm check in time.

The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious! We enjoyed the jacuzzi suite, super relaxing! The hotel is located in front of stripes convenience store which was good for buying snacks and food.

The hotel was a bit humid and hot. The jacuzzi outside was not working.

Litterally, walking distance to venue.

Window in room faced a well lit parking lot and convenience store, curtains did not help.
