The staff is very friendly - except for one front desk gentleman who refused to give me his name. Check in was quick. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. They have a towel refresh and trash service every other day and full housekeeping on the 7th day of stay. Kitchen is well equipped. Perfect for longer stays.

Breakfast options are not great - it’s the usual continental breakfast but it’s pretty much the same everyday. On my first day the scrambled eggs were big chunks. It’s not bad if you are there for 1-2 days but gets very limited and repetitive for longer stays. Another thing to be aware of is that if you get a room on the second floor it’s quite a bit of stairs to haul a big check in bag. So request for a lower floor if you have a luggage

Booked Residence Inn for a week of visits to MS Campus. The location is in walking distance, but if you have a car parking is plenty and easy near your studio. Breakfast is OK, but basic. The studio is great for doing some working as well. Stores such as Safeway are not too far if you want to cook your own meals in the small but complete kitchen. Waking up to birds singing is a nice bonus. WiFi worked flawlessly during my stay.

Thin floors; I has a bottom unit and the could hear the neighbor upstairs walking around his studio.

We checked in on Saturday Nov 18 and checked out Saturday Nov 25 .. there should be cleaning in Nov 20/ 21 and they said they are not going to do that since it’s a one week stay and try come on Friday .. they come on 23nd and cleaned the restrooms not changed the towels or bedsheets and after that they didn’t come ..but we went to front desk to get the new towels and bed sheets with comforters and they did provide which we changed by our self in Wednesday .. Overall the stay is good .

I was really impressed with the hotel and staff! Great value for a close to Seattle and breakfast included stay. Very clean, nice decor, quiet as the hotel is surrounded by trees. Nice breakfast and very friendly and courteous staff. Thank you! For sure I’ll be back and for sure will be suggesting the hotel to others.

This was a great place to start as a family. The whole place is set up like little cottages with a couple of lodgings in each one. We had a lofted 2 bedroom with a sofa bed that gave us so much space. It also had 2 bathrooms which was really convenient

Many places are on the second floor. It’s unclear if there were accessible rooms available.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Our stay was very affordable and conveniently located to everything.

When we went for breakfast there was very little options left. There was no bread, breakfast sandwiches, potatoes, milk, or fruit. The only thing left were scrambled eggs, 3 pieces of ham, and waffle mix. The problem with the waffles were there is only one waffle maker and each waffle 2.5 minutes. There was one person at the front making waffles for his 4 siblings. There were also 2 other people behind him. Needless to say I had to get my breakfast elsewhere.

The staff was very helpful, breakfast was okay, not super great, but okay.

There were people smoking on the premises. It was very uncomfortable with kids. The heater was uncomfortably hot on the top floor. No way to turn on only the fan without heater.

Decent accomodation for one night for our family of 4. Small but well-stocked kitchen, nice to have 2 bathrooms. Easy parking. Very friendly front desk staff.

Unit was described as 2 bedroom, but second bedroom was loft open to main living area - not private room. Unit was a little smelly - old cigarette smoke and a little musty.

Great room!!! Clean and neat and really comfortable.

We requested an extra blanket a couple of times but I had to go to the lobby and get one. Not a huge deal and didn't really take away from the overall experience.

The breakfast was very good for a diverse clientele. The manager was particularly helpful when we had a problem with a bed.

The bathroom was 95% clean but a bit of hair was overlooked in the shower . Everything else was perfectly sparkling clean.
