For the most part front desk staff were professional, kind and helpful. Getting housekeeping to clean the room as requested after extending stay was a bit challenging, but the front desk staff came through. Breakfast was adequate.

Getting housekeeping services was challenging....did not expect daily service, but after extending another 4 days youd think it wouldnt be a problem. I extended on a thursday requested the room to be serviced by housekeeping on saturday, because I knew that we would be out of the room...that never happened until Monday.

Location Location Location! It is attached to the shopping center with all the famous stores within walking distance. All the famous restaurants and pizza joints are within walking distance. They have completely renovated the suites. Flooring and bathrooms. It felt as new and updated as those more expensive hotels. The breakfast was great which included boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, Muffins, donuts, tea, coffee, cereals, juices, waffle maker, milk, fruits, and much more.

For some reason, the 4x rooms I booked never got to their end, and it took a good 20 minutes to figure things out. The two wonderful ladies who helped us did their best to resolve the issue. They honored the booking price and offered us water, which was pleasant. Thank you!

The breakfast was satisfactory, however, I believe the menu could be improved. For the past five days, our dining experience remained consistent with a similar meal consisting of eggs, potatoes, sausage links and cereal, along with yogurt.

The pool was accessible for a single day, and one of your staff members demonstrated an unsuitable attitude towards my children when they inquired about the reopening date.

Our staying was great at this hotel. Everything was perfect. I love the location, you will have everything you need in a walking distance. Clean hotel and room. Complimentary breakfast - boiled eggs, scramble eggs, baked potatoes, sausages, orange, original or strawberry waffles, chocolate croissants. Breakfast is every day the same. I love the design in the hotel. There is a laundry, make sure you have enough quarters for, there is no coins machine and it will be hard to exchange even at the front desk. I'm glad we were lucky and had a 2$ exchange at the front desk, but we had to wait for the exchange until 10 a.m. It would be perfect if there will be a exchange machine or a card payment for the laundry. This is not a complaint, just a suggestion. Next time we definitely will stay in the same hotel.

Make sure you have enough quarters with you if you are thinking of using the laundry room.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a nicely-designed bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was also good, with real scrambled eggs - the staff kept the area clean and restocked, despite how many people were there.

The front desk staff when we checked in was clearly sick, did not seem to know what she was doing on the computer system, and seemed to almost fall asleep several times when we were trying to talk to her to check in. We had to keep repeating our names for check-in. She also mixed us up with the previous guest halfway through the conversation. We also got a room call around 11:30pm from the front desk, who greeted us informally with "Hey girl!" They asked us if we had booked for 1 or 2 nights and if we had paid by card or cash, then said they had called the wrong room and hung up. This was a very unprofessional call.

We liked the friendly staff, quiet & clean rooms and common sitting area and the breakfast was excellent! The pool area was beautiful and the water was refreshingly warm.

The coffee bar was out of coffee and the water jug was dripping all over the counter and floor. The lobby bar area was never open. We would have like more seating (a table and chairs or another chair) in our room. Who wants food crumbs on the bed.

Loved the room setup, loved the location, and loved the facilities. Everything was clean and tidy. The bathrooms had refillable soaps and lotions. I would stay there again. Breakfast was good each morning too.

We had to call the staff several times to request pillows and a blanket for the sofa bed. We called 4 times before we ever received the items, then it was late, and we were already asleep.

This is a very diverse neighborhood and the guests at the hotel were similarly diverse -- different races, a lot of blue-collar workers, a lot of white-collar, some families, some singles, etc., and it all gelled and felt like a good place. Not sure to what I'd ascribe that, but I liked that everyone, guests and employees alike, seemed happy to be there. Employees are helpful and the hotel is in great shape.

Booked double rooms right next to each other. Clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious! Different options. Staffs greeted friendly.

Same breakfast menu on a weekend? Wished the bar was open the time we stayed.

The staff were all exceptional! Very friendly and courteous!

Bed and pillows could be better. Also the tv -- no internet tv. Cable?? Really?? In this day? YouTube and Tubi, both of which are free, along with local channels would have been much better.
