First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Situated within walking distance of Climate Pledge Arena, it made attending an event at the arena incredibly convenient. We simply strolled back to the hotel without worrying about transportation. And the restaurants in the area offered a diverse selection of delicious food and drink choices, catering to a variety of tastes. Whether I was craving a gourmet meal or a casual bite, there was something for everyone. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of activities. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of its prime location, comfortable accommodations, delicious dining options, and cost effectiveness made for a memorable stay. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay at here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, one aspect that was not particularly favorable was the cost of on-site parking. While convenient, the additional expense for parking was a downside to an otherwise flawless experience.

I like the secure parking garage, and the bedding was wonderful.

One of the elevators was out of order. Also, I fell on the sidewalk out front because of a crack that needed to be repaired. I had to go to the emergency room in the hospital to stop bleeding and x-ray CAT scan, etc. I have a broken arm and a sprained wrist, and a cut above my eye and bruised ribs, the property should maintain the sidewalks I was not offered any compensation. However, staff came to help me when they noticed the fall and stop the bleeding and take care of me until my son could come and take me to the emergency room. I pointed out the place where I fell, and the manager said he was going to make sure that it was fixed .

the location was good there was construction next door which was fine we walked around the neighborhood it was nice and quiet the room was excellent clean and nice first thing I do when I open the room door and walk in is the smell I don't like weird smells if the room smells I will not stay I will change hotel but let me tell the room smelled very nice and clean everything was clean which we loved I asked if I can borrow the stapler and of course very friendly yes of course I took it back staff was very friendly and kind very polite loved it everything was awesome

it's not that it wasn't good cause it was my kids liked it 10 dollars price is fine I just didn't like the price for adult 20 dollars because to me my breakfast is small I didn't want to pay 20 dollars for what I eat which is orange juice eggs and toast but my kids liked the breakfast its good

Location is great. 10-12 min walk to the space needle. There is free street parking up the hill about 7-8 blocks away. The bar has a happy hour thing inc food offers. Well worth a visit. Eat there both nights. Had cloths washing machines and ice machine on every 3 floors.

There work road works going on around the building. But not much else.

I liked the promontory to our friends’ home. It was the most reasonable of all the “good accommodation” choices. Very clean and very comfortable. I loved how much space we had in each room. It was a 3-minute stroll to the coffee shop (located in the grocery store, QFC). Secure underground parking. Elevators to one’s’ room. Exceptionally quiet noise-cancelling windows. We literally had Jack hammering done by a new construction crew on the street .*AND* Highway 99 road noise but no noise was heard in the room! We were amazed once we walked out the front door and were greeted by beeping heavy equipment! Convenient access to Interstate 5. Exceptionally nice bedding (I loved the comforter). Temperature was easy to control. Effective, too.

This is a very temporary dislike that won’t last too long but I’ll mention it anyway.The Seattle Space Needle area and Queen Anne Hill area can make it a bit dicey to find the hotel - especially if you are traveling surface streets after midnight & it’s raining heavily. Neighborhood has quite a few torn up streets & one-way signs. But it’s a bit overall! Soon everyone will have nice new pavement. Would stay again!

Staff were friendly and very helpful, both at the front desk and the restaurant/bar. I particularly remember Manny and Jacob. Rooms were clean and relatively modern, though basic. Restaurant was very basic, but staff and food were just what I needed for this short stay. I requested a late check out, as my airport departure was midnight, and was offered an unheard of 6 PM, though this may have been a bit of compensation as my specified room configuration was not available on arrival.

I am not one to criticize. Met all my expectations of a medium range hotel. Construction adjacent did impact noise and traffic, and perhaps the view from some rooms.

Generous sized room and bathroom (with a proper show), that was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the wifi was average. The TV was a decent sized flatscreen with the option of watching Netflix, which was great after some busy days. The location was good, being a short walk away from the Space Needle and the monorail Center. There is also a guest laundry on-site which was easily accessible. The front desk staff was amazing and helped us change rooms upon check in as the first room had a broken safe, I was most impressed by their service. Thank you

My only gripe was the pillows in the room, they are the feather down ones that flatten right down as you use them. I was able to get some better ones though by asking guest services.

We were pleased with the location of the microwave and the ice machine to our room, especially since the room doesn't come equipped with it's own microwave.

Lots and lots of construction but hey we need progress, so no big deal really

The front desk staff were very helpful and easy to work with. They deserve the highest praise.

Well a few things bathroom design was lacking certain things like hooks for house coats and towel racks. The cost to park was way too much plus tax. And maid service every other day??

my boyfriend and I decided to have a conjoined room. that being said, someone accidentally locked my door which then he didn’t have his key for his door. the front staff was super nice about it and tried everything to open it. one of the staff members opened my boyfriends room to where he opened my door. it was locked. it’s super nice overall and the food was delicious! I would come back again! beware (1st floor) there are homeless people in tents just across the streets of that floor. I just had my window shut the whole time. you are not assigned to any rooms until you arrive, they will tell you what is available when you arrive.
