Super convenient location, the staff were helpful, friendly and patient. The pool and gym were decent and both the pool and hot tub had wheelchair lifts which shows a thought about inclusivity and I think that is wonderful! I was impressed with the variety of the breakfast included with the stay. I also loved the option for underground secured parking (even though it was $20 extra per day).

Not something they can change, but just to be mindful of is the highway is literally right next to the hotel and there was cars at all hours - we chose to stay there so it’s something we were okay with, but keep in mind if you’re sensitive to noise.

Typical Hampton Inn. Room was comfortable enough and clean enough. One big advantage of the location is the proximity of Northgate Mall and the Seattle Light Rail station. Thus, you could stay up north and still participate in activities in the downtown Seattle area (baseball, football, soccer, shows, etc.).

I didn't remember seeing anything about paying for parking overnight, so that was a bit of a shock. The Wi-Fi in the room kept kicking my wife off her devices. The breakfast was good, but the choices were a little on the meager side from other Hampton Inn's we've stayed at.

The staff was amazing, and very helpful. Parking was less than desirable. The room was clean an comfortable. The add-ons like snacks and water were ridiculous. I get convenience but $4.00 for a Cup O' Noodles is insulting. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. The normal tasteless eggs & sausage, runny gravy, the waffles were good, it's the typical free breakfast,

Very high priced convenience consumables, Snacks & drinks. Just plain too high. Breakfast was adequate but It would be refreshing to have something, anything stand out.

The room was lovely and very comfortable as well as very large. However, the heater never worked properly, the refrigerator was not cold, we had to get someone up to help us with the TV as it did not work at one point and the light switch when you enter stopped working the last day we were there. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

We liked everything about the property and especially the staff, particularly Nancy were great!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms have a spacious shower (not a tub). Plenty of power and USB charging outlets. Rooms were quiet and I didn't hear anyone else. Staff were excellent when checking in. Breakfast was self serve with a good selection of juice, coffee and tea, and convenient hours.

Parking charge of $20 not listed anywhere and automatically deducted from a credit card hold. Location was a bit difficult to navigate to by car. Toilets did not flush fully (2 flushes required). Breakfast did not have bacon and eggs.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The location was in walking distance from numerous restaurants, shops, movie theater and the train to take me to the airport and other locations if necessary. The even offered free shuttle services. The complimentary breakfast was quite nice as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Every staff member we encountered was excellent and personable! Seemed like a great team. Everywhere we went was clean. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully arranged (worked pretty well for our toddler, even—not too many little fussy things in reach). We appreciated the hot breakfast and the space to eat it in! Nothing felt stuffy, but it did feel need and well taken care of.

The location was great. We decided to take the Light Rail into the city for our day of exploring which was super easy to use. The room was clean and the staff was great. We loved that we were not in the city, but had things we could walk to close by.

The price and paying for parking. Figured since we were outside of the city it would have been a little less.

Stayed December 2023 Nice place (big xmas tree in the lobby). Walking distance to a good Barnes and Noble, a nice pub (Watershed), and big movie theatre. Right outside light rail station, too. Also didn’t see any obvious sex workers in this area (the aurora/99 area to the west can feel concerning). My room was cold on arrival and they sent maintenance to reset it right away. Super nice staff. I arrived at check in and there was a short line but they were so friendly it was pleasant. Parking was easy ($20 a night for secure garage parking) Breakfast was good (two waffle makers so quick, lots of seating). Tea/coffee, microwave, mini fridge. Clean and nicely furnished modern room.
