Wonderful to have breakfast provided, and it was a good breakfast. Loved having coffee and ice water available 24/7. Room was more than adequate, and having a third bed (sofa) was extremely helpful. We only used Ubers while we were there, and that was fine. Liked that the hotel was quiet. Staff were exceptional courteous and cheerful. Great location, unfortunately I am currently not able to walk much but it was close to the convention center and restaurants.

Would have liked the hotel restaurant to be open Monday night; we ate there Tues. night when we arrived and the food was good and reasonable. Drinks were enjoyable. Bartender was also extremely nice, we all liked him (our dinner group was 5 people)

the complimentary breakfast was great! and it was different everyday which was nice because it wasn't repetitive and there were plenty of options for everyone! The bar was nice in the lobby and the food from there was pretty good as well. The room was a decent size and for the value it was pretty clean. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in seattle!

I think we had maybe one dirty towel? And the space by the bed wasn't very open, it was kinda closed off but it still had enough space to move around it, just not enough to put anything by it on the sides. Very minimal complaints though.

Came for PAX. Location was great. Very close to the expo hall: 5-10 minute walking. Breakfasts were Okay: rather modest selection but the option to grab something (cereal bars, juices, water, tee, coffee etc) next to the elevator on my floor was a very nice touch! Large room, comfy bed, fast wifi. Nice and helpful staff. Had some issues with the microwave, but got it replaced very quickly

A bit expensive but compared to other hotels in the area it is somewhat justified, considering this one has breakfasts included. Might be important for those who are thinking of stocking up the fridge with frozen food, since the apartment has a small kitchen. The fridge I had, didn't have a typical freezer section, just a iced box at the top and a very small one at that. Something to take into consideration.

This hotel has great apartments for longer stays - well equipped kitchen, good workspace, nice sofa. I particularly liked the complementary breakfast in the landing of each floor and the hot drinks available 24/7: highly convenient. The hotel was close to the city centre but the area was quiet and safe. Very comfortable, and great value for central Seattle!

The warm food at the breakfast buffet was limited, but the rest made up for it.

Room was a great size with all facilities including microwave and fridge. Breakfast good choice with plenty of it. Desk staff very helpful.

That the restaurant could have been open all day or at least you could have an evening meal. However there was always lots of iced water available. It would have been good to have a kettle in the room instead of a coffee machine.

The Location is fantastic! walking distance to downtown and easy access to transport. The staff are all very friendly and do their best to serve you. In particular Amanda, Stephanie, Tye, Bindu, are staff I would like to mention. Breakfast was a good spread. And rooms were spacious and comfortable. I got my parking at no extra charge

Their supervisor is a bit rude both with her staff (in the presence of guests) and with guests (not just me). She was the only unpleasant part of our experience. The rooms are a bit pricey - so, be ready for that.

The grab and go breakfast was very convenient. The breakfast itself wasn't the best quality, especially the hot food, but having cereals,toast juices etc available was nice to have. The room itself was also very spacious and comfortable.

The Aircon was really loud, and would kick on and off making it hard to sleep, so I usually just turned it off at night. There was also a bad smell in the corridor some of the days.

The rooms were nice and spacious. The sofa is a trundle bed. We put the mattress from the trundle on the sofa to make it more comfortable. The sofa trundle would not be ideal for 2 people. The king bed was nice, but a little soft if you are a stomach sleeper.

The neighborhood is a bit rough, and the parking garage doesn’t fit trucks. The staff was mostly friendly and super helpful- especially in the afternoon and evening. The morning counter staff were less accommodating, especially one woman.

Check in/out was efficient. Rooms were comfy and quiet. Free breakfast buffet was good, all the basics. 6th floor also had coffee station, cereal and breakfast bars near the elevator. Shuttle service was booked through hotel to get from airport to hotel, hotel to port, port to airport or back to hotel. Worked well. Great place to stay before and after a cruise.

Some areas were a bit run down. Still clean but needed repair or a facelift. Nothing that affected our stay though.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was good - definitely get there early, especially at the weekend!

The WiFi didn’t work for majority of our stay in our room, we had to go down to the lobby to use this. We flagged to reception and they said there have been ongoing issues with this. This only started working the morning we checked out. As international visitors who do not have mobile data this was not ideal, we couldn’t plan our day/book tickets/book Ubers/check the weather in the mornings. We were also visiting friends so we couldn’t receive messages from them unless we went down to the lobby. I’ve not been to a hotel in a long time without WiFi in the room. Overall just not ideal.
