I’ve always liked this place I stopped staying there because of the homeless but I seen there is now on site Phoenix security and more cameras and lighting so I decided to give it a shot again and am glad I did. We overslept the first morning so missed free breakfast so walked to Waffle House! Oh and Tony was just the most friendly person you could ever have to check you in!

Nothing against the property itself but just that the location has attracted a lot of homeless persons in the area.

Included breakfast was fantastic. There were so many choices and unlike most breakfasts in the area. The dog station outside was nice for dogs to go potty. The rooms were clean enough.

The shower pressure is actually awful. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everyone around us including the people outside. The girl working the front desk was rude to my boyfriend, but the man was extremely nice!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and new. My son used the pool and it was perfect. The customer service lacked! The front desk was rude. Was on the phone when we arrived didn’t thank us for our wait hardly even looked at us. Literally didn’t look up. The gentleman who was in charge of breakfast was delightful. Said good morning and asked how we were. It’s the small things that matter and in my opinion take very little energy but is so appreciated. The front desk seemed put out and obviously hates her job.

Everything was great. We didn’t have any complaints or concerns. The front staff was very helpful. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and breakfast, since we were traveling with kids. The breakfast was also very generous!

The location. We are from out of town. So we don’t know the area. There was a lot of homeless outside at night. We forgot our travel fan. We called up front and they dont have fans. We all need a fan to sleep. That was the only thing that was a bummer.

Very impressed. Extremely comfortable, roomy and clean. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was amazing.

Although I didn't notice until driving down first towards town in the morning, the neighborhood was rather unpleasant. I didn't experience any problems with my stay, though, and felt perfectly comfortable. Would suggest traveling an alternate route to get to downtown other than 1st..

Clean and very friendly & accommodating staff. The breakfast was wonderful.

Things that were out of control of the hotel staff. We had some elephants stomping on the floor above us, but they stopped before 10 PM. Also, a child had an accident in the pool which prevented us from being able to use the pool or hot tub, which we were really counting on.

Friendly staff and a very comfortable bed. Cleanliness was great and the smell of the hotel was delightful. We would stay again.

No facial tissues - only 2 left in the box. No luggage cart when we were ready to leave. Mold on the outside of the shower. Other than these few items, everything was great.

Staff was amazing and very helpful with all requests. Breakfast was really good and filling. Check in and out was very efficient and had us on our way quickly.

room had a very strong stale cigarette odor that was difficult to overcome. New coffee machine wasn't working yet so coffee was not easy to find in the morning.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was pretty good. Nice indoor pool. Front desk staff were very welcoming. They offered us some home made cookies. No issues, we will be staying here again next time we visit family in Yakima.

This was our last night at the end of a 45 day trip to visit family and friends from Washington state to Washington, D.C., and our stay at the Yakima Best Western Plus Hotel was the absolute best of all the hotel's we stayed in!
