After reading several reviews I was a little apprehensive about having booked this hotel but upon arrival I was nicely surprised. Admittedly it’s location is not the greatest being a good twenty minute drive from the centre of Paris but the local cabs are quicker, cheaper and more reliable than an Uber. The security measures in place was welcoming but one can only surmise that these were put in place when the underpass was occupied by beggars. The rooms are stylishly decorated with tea/coffee making facilities included. The room it well lit having a large double glazed window that if your clever enough to have brought long-nosed pliers you’ll be able open. The hotel is great for a short stay due to one fact that there is limited clothes storage. That said it’s best features are definitely the shower which was superb and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in while away. Transport links to the city centre are located a short distance away, should you wish to use up an hour or more of your time. My advice as mentioned above is use a local cab into the city at a cost of €20-€25. A little past the metro is were you’ll stumble upon the local shopping area. Please note that shops/supermarkets are not allowed to sell alcohol after 9pm local time. However bats and hotels can do so until 11pm local time. A few reviews mentioned people being hassled by beggars etc but as a group of four, two couples we found no such problem. So if you’re looking for cheap digs that are pretty decent don’t look too far.

On arrival our hotel room had two pillows thick enough for a baby. We asked reception for two more, which was promised later that evening. Sadly only one came the following day.

Near tram and metro station. Budget room, clean enough.

The neighbourhood was not so safe.

The cleanliness was great. Overall the price i paid was worth it. Great hotel with kind and helpfull stuff. The breakfast is 10,90 euros (not 9.50) but it is worth it. The metro is at 6-7 minutes walk from the hotel which was really helpfull and it was easy to get anywhere in half an hour. Had a great stay and i would recommend it. Would defenetely come back to it.

The only minus the hotel has is that in front of the hotel there is a creepy bridge where some crazy or drugged people are wandering around in the night but you can get pass that by going one stop with the bus.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from The Adidas Arena which was perfect and only about 5minutes walk from The Metro. The front of house colleagues were always friendly and breakfast was very enjoyable (especially the fresh, warm baked bread). Although the room was small, it was comfortable.

The view wasn’t all that nice from the room (overlooked derelict buildings) but ultimately we didn’t spend much time in the room looking at the view. Although the description write up had said no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, to our delight there was some supplied but sadly no milk or any way of keeping it cool, so we didn’t use it and just waited until we went for breakfast each day.

I have actually stayed here twice and will probably continue to stay here if the occasion arises. My friend and I always book a room here when we attend a concert in the Adidas arena. The price is veryy convincing as well as the distance to the arena (which is about 5mins on foot.) It’s also not too far from Gare du Nord by bus! Nothing to complain about. The rooms are neat and tidy, staff is nice and accommodating. The bathroom is not very private, but if you’re staying with your close friend or partner I assume it will be fine.

The location is a bit spooky but has good connections to public transport.

The receptionist was very rude. We approached reception for early check-in as my wife needed to use the toilet, but the receptionist outright said early check-in is NOT possible. After looking at the display in the reception, there is an option for early check-in, so we asked him again about the displayed service. Then he said, he accepted and did the early check-in.

The Hotel is a 10min walk from the metro station and there is also a bus station, literally 2min away. The city center is 30-40 min and Monmarte just 20min. The area isn't particulary safe during the night, but very busy during the day. So we just took the bus when returning after hours, so we wouldn't have to walk a lot. The room is small, but the bed is quite large. Perfectly fine if you just want a place to sleep. The wifi signal was pretty good The stuff really polite and helpfull. And the help desk works 24h. And overall value for money, concidering you are in Paris.

Nothing important. They provide just one towel per guest. Truth is we didn't ask for more. They would propably give us.

Lovely hotel, clean and perfect location for the purpose of our trip (Adidas arena event). Public transport is also available so you can move around safely. The rooms were small but had everything needed.

It was too hot in the room! We couldn't open the window and there was no way to control the temperature. I missed a place for putting our suitcases which we had to lay on the floor but this can be easily fixed in the future.

Bed was the comfiest bed I have had in a hotel for a while. The shower was awesome and easy to use. Having two plug sockets And two USB ports near the bed was incredible and made my friends who were staying at another hotel envious.

The floor was waterproof, which is nice because of the shower location, but it was a little dirty and cold on my feet when I took my socks off at the end of the day. The main light switch was in a spot that wasn't very intuitive as I initially thought this was a light for the bathroom.

The room was spacious, including the bathroom, and the location was within walking distance of a metro station, making it easy to reach the center of Paris. The room was also clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a reasonable variety of food options.

Although the room had Wi-Fi, the TV was not connected to the internet, so we were unable to access streaming services like Netflix. Additionally, more detailed information about the private parking in the basement would have been appreciated.
