I had a studio apartment which was well equipped little kitchenette with a induction top burners, fridge, microwave, and a drip coffee maker. Also has cutlery, pots, plates etc. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. The location is great with amenities close by. Paris can be quite noisy so if you need quiet to sleep then this is a good place.

This isn’t something that is a minus more something to be aware of which is that this hotel doesn’t have air con but they provide a fan. The only minus is that the window in the room doesn’t open all the way, probably for safety reasons but as this is the only way to air the room it’s a little frustrating.

The aparthotel is in a quiet road off the main route between Bastille and Gare du Lyon. It's close to two major metro stops and has plenty of restaurants nearby. As such, it's a good location for people traveling to Paris who want a (small) kitchen and fridge in their room. Free water and coffee are available in the public area. The lady running the hotel was a delight to deal with.

The rooms are quite small and a little dated, especially the bathroom. Some investment might be done to upgrade the rooms. That being said, the bathroom is perfectly functional and has a good shower.

The apartment was equipped with everything we needed to cater for ourselves for the two nights we were staying. The lift worked well. The apartments were quiet and conveniently located only 10 minutes walk from the Gare de Lyon and near the beautiful gardens of the Coulee Verte.

It was an ideal location - only a short walk from the Metro & also from Gare de Lyon. Close to lots of eating places around Bastille. Promenade Plantée literally at end of the road, which was fantastic! We had breakfast at the hotel - simple but good quality buffet. Coffee machine and juices. Comfortable bed and decent shower in the bathroom.

Always our first choice if available at a fair price. Great area for restaurants, good transport links, and overlooks the Paris Highline, which is a great place for a stroll and in my opinion much less touristy than the one in New York. Lovely people working at the hotel,; so friendly and helpful.

It was an excellent location, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom large and clean. Staff at front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. It felt very safe and secure.

It was tiny

The hotel is perfectly located and was ideal for our needs. It’s in a charming location near great restaurants, shopping, and transportation. We’d stay there again.

All the details regarding the room were as described. Good location, approx 500 meters to metro station, pretty quiet, nice restaurants around, some things to see just in walking distance, little kitchen with all utensils, tv, wifi, very friendly staff and reasonable price.

The room and kitchen are pretty tiny - but not really an issue, still ok for 2 persons.

Very good breakfast, if you like croissants. In case you don't like them, don't go to Paris! :-) A very helpful service is the soda stream in the breakfast room! Very friendly and sympathetic staff! Gonna return for sure!

Very clean. Staff friendly. Can walk to the Seine and some attractions and metro nearby.

We were there when the heatwave hit. It was very hot in the room. There is no air conditioning and the fan had to stay on the whole night and still hot. Quite noisy traffic from outside even though we were told we were in the quietest room (and the highest floor which is 6th floor. It overlooks a small park which is nice). The room is very small - the fan is on the small table, and if you sit at the table you put the fan on the floor which is in the way. No where to hang up your handbag - a few pegs would be helpful. There is a small wardrobe which is just enough to store clothing and a small suite case.
