Room was as described and the view of the Eiffel Tower was very nice. The room was clean and the bed very comfy.

As others commented before the noise from the above-ground metro line can be a bit annoying. The staff was ok and helpful when asked but could be a bit more forthcoming with information.

Great location, 25mins walk to the Eiffel Tower and directly opposite line 6 & 8 metro which made getting around very quick and easy. Staff were super accommodating and helpful. Apartment had everything we could need, including an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower! Lots of restaurants close by. Plus a great bakery across the road. Would highly recommend for first time visitors.

As the metro is so close, it is quite noisy. This noise did eventually become background noise to us though and we stopped noticing it. Would maybe recommend for light sleepers to bring earplugs for an evening.

Ths is a return visit for us as it met all our needs. Apartment hotel with lifts, walk in shower large bed and wonderful views of the Eiffel tower . Its next to a 3 line metro station , 15 minutes walk from Eiffel tower and taxi rank right across the street . The staff were so kind and helpful especially Brenda and Antoine. Highly recommend.

Didnt get off to a good start as out Booking.com reservation was not on the holels system and therefore they were not expecting us . Thet did provide us with a room and we relocated to the room type we had reserved the following day . Offered meal in compensation for the mixup

The lady at the front desk with the long, dark braids was so helpful. We ended up having two separate reservations and had to change rooms. She remembered our names on the second day when we came to the front desk for our new room. She made recommendations for transportation and gave directions to where we needed to go. She was lovely! The rooms were modern and spacious, very clean. That room with the Eiffel Tower view - absolutely amazing!

The hallways felt a bit outdated compared to the rooms but wouldn’t deter us from another stay.

We thought the location was ideal - it is next to Rue du Commerce and there are a wide variety of shops, bakeries, pharmacies and chains to visit. The La Motte-Picquet Grenelle metro station is immediately outside the main door and serves lines 6, 8 and 10. The Eiffel Tower is about 10 mins from the hotel via walk or metro. The reception has hot drinks and takeaway cups which is a nice touch. The one bedroom apartment had plenty of facilities and a large fridge. The amenity room meant we could grab extra towels etc as and when. The hotel also had friendly staff. There was a fire alarm when we visited and it was dealt with very well by the staff. Thank you for making our little girl feel so welcome!

Although we got used to it, the area surrounding the hotel is very loud. The metro goes underneath the adjacent road and as such the room we were in shook every time a train used the station. We were in room 212. The first night was disturbed but we did get used to it and we would book this property again. Also, the corridors were very outdated and the carpet was wet in places on the second floor but it was well maintained everywhere else.

the location and the comfort.

we arrived really late and was not informed that we need to touch the card to get to the 5th floor, so had two freaking out kids at 2am thinking we got stuck in the elevator. Then once arrived at the apartment, the sofa bed was not ready (even tho we booked for 2 adults and 2kids) so had to call reception again to ask how to make the bed @2am not the time I had to waste. for the size of the apartment accommodating 4 people there was only one small tub of shampoo (33ml) how is this supposed to be enough for all especially when we stayed 2 nights???? nobody came to clean the room after the first night, and for the hotel of 4 stars this should be mandatory!

Great location with majestic views of the Eiffel. Shares wall with McDonalds which is open till 2am if you run into hunger blues. Lots of other eatery options nearby / on Uber. Metro is 10 steps away on foot. Eiffel is closeby. The staff were wonderful. Jasmine / Jessica ( apologies for not correctly remembering the name ) bonded really well with our infant. Reception staff really handed our queries to the best of their abilities. It was an enjoyable and nice stay.

Room size may have been a tad larger , but the apartments we wanted were sold out , so not really a complaint. Curtains are not fully darkening , and there may be noise in the rooms with city / Eiffel view , in case travelling with infant .

The room is spacious. The staff is friendly and always smiling. The hotel is close to the metro and subway. Very convenient to anywhere in France. It is walk distance from hotel to Eiffel Tower and many famous locations. Macdonald is at the ground floor in the hotel. A big supermaket is next to the hotel. A coin laundry is just 5 mins walk. We can see Eiffel Tower night show everynight from our window. It is amazing.

We need to change our towels, and replenish rubbish bags from the 2nd floor by ourselves. But it is always out of stock.

I would highly recommend Citadines Tour Eiffel for your stay in Paris. It was centrally located by the metro. You're no more than 20 minutes from any of the sites. There were many restaurants and bakeries to choose from. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The studio was the perfect size for 2 people and if you choose the room with the Tower view, you get an actual view from your small balcony. I would definitely stay here again

Facilities, cleanliness and the location. The staff behaviour is also polite and they are available 24x7. The rooms are of reasonable size and has all facilities like a cooktop,microwave,refrezerator, utencils, dryers and everything you need for a stay. The Balcony has direct view of Eiffel tower and towards the street. There are two doors to access the balcony which is very convenient and doubled as windows. Overall best experience and would recomend to couples,familys and to all. The property has modern decor and is within 1 min distance from metro stations where you can get navigo or day pass. Within 15 mins by train and 20 mins by walkable distance from Eiffel tower. The area is safe and has many resturants,cafe nearby. The property is clean and has free coffee machine in reception. You also get coffe,tea maker in the room.

Nothing as such, The Dustbin is bit small but thats alright.
