fantastic welcome from staff especially Sasha his effervescent character was brilliant as I was very nervous never visiting Paris before and very little French in my vocabulary. The room was all new and in great condition, the bathroom was very clean, spacious and very modern. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were so soft you sank into them. the breakfast was superb especially having fun with the waffle maker(could have eat them all day).on the whole a fantastic hotel. final note the location was fab with the metro being only 3 mins walk away so access around Paris was super easy.

The building is quite new so the rooms are super confortable. The wifi is the best I have had in any hotel. Rooms are big enough and well equipped. Location is not perfected but is well connected.

Staff was quite lost it seemed: they almost lost my passport, they kept asking the same question multiple times because they forgot, they didn’t tell anything about facilities (like there is a laundry that I didn’t know existed) or breakfast. Booking said breakfast was included but it was not. It was 22 Euros, quite expensive for what you get.

Great location, one minute away from the tram stop, two minutes away from the metro station. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was large and comfortable. There room was quiet. The staff was amiable and helpful. The breakfast was basic, but still quite tasty. They allowed me to check in a little bit earlier so I am grateful for that.

Literally no electric sockets near or under the desk. Even though the power cable to my computer is quite long there was no chance I could place my laptop on the desk when I plugged the cable to a socket near my bed (the nearest one). There was no soap in the dispenser - neither near the wash-hand basin nor under the shower. No shampoo or other cosmetics were provided either. The breakfast was quite basic - no vegetables, one type of cheese, one type of sliced meat,

I read reviews from several previous guests at various 4-star hotels before making my final decision to choose this one. In my opinion, the hotel has a large gate, but the door doesn't open automatically. If it's your first time here, note that you’ll need to press "A BUTTON" to open the door. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff is also very accommodating.

The breakfast was limited compared to other 4-star hotels in Germany and Austria, and the room lighting was too dim. There was also no minibar or welcome water, which I’ve had at other hotels. I’d rate this hotel 7.5/10 Warning: My experience at Paris airport was frustrating. The security officer dropped my ticket twice and ignored my requests. Then, my laptop was scanned with unnecessary care. Our flight was delayed an hour with last-minute notice, and we were moved between gates multiple times, from F34 to F48 and then back to F32, which felt disorganized. The service was poor, and the whole process was inefficient. I think my review is very helpful for you 😉.

The place was very clean and welcoming.The reception was courteous and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and were short of nothing.. The room maids were courteous resourceful and maintained our room and bathroom thoroughly clean and tidy. The breakfast was buffet-like and superb.The only item I missed was the English tea but there was a great assortment of coffee..The staff looked very hard-working and helpful and saw to everybody's needs. There were an assortment of shops nearby and the metro.nearby. We enjoyed a long stroll in late afternoon in the Villette Park...and will surely attend a 3D show at the unique Geode. which is at walking distance. The surrounding was quiet in the evenings. Will return to the place hopefully next year.

There was nothing in.particular that we did not like as with the Metro and RER ,the Paris centre and periphery were very accessible including the CDG airport.

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton la Villette with our little daughter and our dog. What I appreciated the most, was that they had prepared us an additional bed in the room so that we had a very comfortable stay being actually three people in a double bed room. The breakfast was really amazing and great. The science center La Cité de la Villette is just a ( min walk from the hotel, very practical. Parking about 30€ per day at the sience center which is ok.

The overall area at the hotel is not the nicest one but it depends what you want to do.

Nice and clean hotel with big rooms and a decent gym (for Paris). Staff were super friendly (everyone spoke and was keen to speak English - although as an American French speaker I somehow found it a bit annoying). Overall very good value with a decent gym by Paris hotel standards.

Depending on what you like in Paris it's a bit out of the action - but just need a metro station so it's about 30 minutes to the centre. It's adjacent to a convention centre and there aren't many nice cafes or restaurants around.

Breakfast is good, but too expensive. 22 euros for one breakfast can feed a family for 3 days. Hilton should get in touch with reality

Excellent conditions, very nice and amiable stuff. Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast, a lot of options to choose from and a nice atmosphere in the reastaurant. The Metro station is very close and you can reach the center of the city in just 20 minutes. The neighborhood very active and safe even in the late evening. Definitely recomended.

Beautiful, clean & quiet room with a great super king bed. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Near to the metro & also a little supermarket just a cross the road. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden.

We felt we needed to be a little careful walking around the local area in the late evening.
