This is our third time in Paris, and we booked a hotel in the Opera area, where we had not stayed before. We did not know what to expect. We arrived at a kind of large inner courtyard where the hotel is located. A quiet place as if outside all the hustle and bustle of Paris. When you leave the courtyard, you immediately experience the magical streets of the Opera district. The hotel is clean, the staff is very kind and willingly, courteously and professionally responds to every request. As mentioned, the hotel's location is perfect. A magical and quiet courtyard in the center of the wonderful Opera district.

We booked two rooms. One room for three. The room is large and spacious and meets all expectations. The double room is a bit small and the shower and toilet are small and cramped.

We booked last minute and this hotel exceeded our expectations - it would be our first choice next time. Check in was easy and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfectly positioned in walking distance between Le Marais and Montmarte and close to a metro station to travel further out. The room was immaculate and cleaned daily as well as the bathroom - the shower cubicle was smaller in size but powerful and easy to control the temp. The bed was comfy and the pillows were thick. Our view over a quiet side street meant we didn't hear any noise from the main roads too. We stayed for 3 nights and I would highly recommend!

The hotel was in a great location, ~20 mins to Gare du Nord and the Louvre. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby but very quiet at night. The staff were lovely and helpful, you're able to leave your key with them during the day so no fear of losing it! The bed was super comfortable.

The room was quite dark, with no overhead lighting, just 3 lamps, this was mostly ok except when you're trying to get ready in the floor length mirror. There are also no plugs next to the bed so you have to leave your phone across the room to charge (thought that's probably a good thing to be honest!). The bathroom was quite small, which was fine for a few nights but probably not much longer.

The location could not be any more perfect!!! Super close by a metro station and accessible to all the touristy spots.

Great location for the hotel. It’s a very nice area with lots of restaurants to dine in, but the hotel itself is situated off the main road, which makes it quiet. I slept very well. You can also reach all the main attractions easily by foot or metro. The room is small (which is typical for Paris) but has everything you need. It was also cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I could easily imagine staying at this hotel again.

Almost no vegetables available for breakfast. The bed was also a bit hard. No power outlet in the bathroom.

Location was superb! Staff was super friendly! Room design was nice considering the small size. Overall good place for a weekend trip!

The rooms was tiny and bathroom was so small. No space to store luggage and no wardrobe. The lamp, the curtain holder was falling apart, fixable, but not good to have things hanging by a thread. Noise isolation could be improved. There was restaurant just outside our window that works late - not very bad with noise cancelling earplugs.

Great location near Grands Boulevards, clean & tidy room and hotel overall.

Air conditioning was not effective enough, room remained warm and humid with maximum power. Breakfast quite basic but cost 18€/person/day (also for kids), we got much better value for money in nearby cafes. Service quite poor, we asked for extra hangers (not available) and ironing equipment (were not delivered despite promise to do so). Not very good value for money overall.

Clean room, comfy beds, excellent location, lovely staff, good step-in shower, very good breakfast! Nisha arranged a free rose for my husband for a valentine's surprise, and they scattered rose petals all over the floor as an extra touch!

Hanging space was cramped, just a rail behind the entrance door, in a narrow space, so hangers had to be twisted sideways to fit. Bathroom was a bit snug . Shower had a very slippery when wet slope on it so we put the drip mat inside the shower, which was replaced every day.

The hotel was in a convenient location for shops, café, restaurants, public transport etc. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was not soundproof. It was located near the lift shaft, so I could hear it going up and down. Also, I could hear the flushing of the toilet in the room above. The shower handle was not appropriate due to a lack of space in the cubicle. Every time I moved, my body would touch the handle and turn it off. This should be changed to a dial/knob to maximise the space.

The location is so convenient close to Grands Boulevards Métro and ten minutes (€10 ) taxi ride from Gare du Nord. The hotel is pristine, staff are very helpful and kind. Breakfast is very good. It was very hot in Paris but the toons and hotels are well air conditioned. There is no restaurant and bar but across the road ( four paces) is a restaurant ( Friends et Families) which serves simple but delicious French food. The location is also very quiet yet has many bars and restaurants close by. We also walked easily to the Louvre and Le Jardin des Tuileries and L’Opera.
