Good location, near metro for links to train station. 15 mins walk to sacre coeur and moulin rouge. Reasonably positioned for access to all the attractions. Room was a good size, nice furnishings, air conditioned - which was quiet. Good facilities in hotel - gym, inviting lobby area.

Super cosy and lovely room with a great vibe and a decor it's like we had our own little apartment in Paris. The hotel has a low key vibe and is peaceful and quiet after hours and in a peaceful area of Paris in the 8th District. Staff are very friendly and bilingual or know decent English so it was a joy to interact with them. I loved the history and culture aspect of the hotel celebrating the works of Marcel Proust. Overall the stay was lovely and we as a family were happy with our choice of picking this hotel to stay it made our time in Paris comfortable and cosy.

Absolutely loved our gorgeous little balcony with a view over the streets of Paris. Room was smaller than I thought it would be, but it did the job nicely for a few days. Bed was comfortable and rooms very clean. Location was great, we walked all around Paris from here, but for those less mobile, there are plenty of bus stops nearby too that go all over. We also used the bus service once or twice.

The bathroom in the rooms were lovely and clean, however, the frosted sliding door was not ideal. Although it provided visual privacy, it was literally right next to my Husband's side of the bed - and provided no sound proofing whatsoever!! Luckily, we've been together 25 years lol, However this would be LESS than ideal if you were staying with a new partner or a friend haha. I suppose you could always use the Hotel toilet if desperate- but for the price of the room, you shouldn't have to.

Well equipped room with access to all amenities. Centrally located with Europe and Villiers Metro lines a short distance away. Cafes, restaurants and supermarket all close by. Quiet street with a lovely balcony overlooking Rue de Constantinople. Staff were helpful and obliging. Wonderful hospitality from French people all over.

Liked everything. Had one small feedback which I forgot to give. The cakes next to complimentary lemon water were a nice touch. But they were left uncovered with tiny flies hovering over them. Covering these with a transparent cover would make it appealing.

Excellent location, but not on a main road so quiet. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The gym facilities are poor - anything more than a 5kg dumbbell and one person and it would be disaster. But the local gyms do single visits to help burn off a tiny quarter of a croissant.

The hotel is in a very quiet but central location - perfect for getting around the rest of Paris. Bonus points for being very accessible from the Airport metro line. We were greeted by very welcoming staff, which also helped us book a reservation at a restaurant taking phone bookings only. The room had macarons on the table as a welcome gift - very sweet. Overall, a very nice stay worth every penny.

I frequently travel to Paris for work, giving me ample opportunity to experience various hotels in the city. Having also lived in Paris, I've accumulated a wealth of accommodation experiences. Among them, Hotel Litteraire Le Swann stands out remarkably. At this establishment, I was not just a guest; I was warmly embraced and had all my needs catered to. The staff exuded friendliness, warmth, and respect throughout my stay. After over two weeks of relentless work travel, Hotel Litteraire Le Swann became a comforting refuge that alleviated my homesickness. Located perfectly for my needs, nestled in a delightful neighborhood, the hotel's amenities surpassed my expectations. The breakfast, in particular, was a highlight with its delectable warm vegetarian options. The breakfast staff, with their charm and attentiveness, truly won my heart. What struck me most was the consistent exceptional service provided to all guests. It wasn't just me; everyone received the same exceptional treatment. While all the staff were commendable, and especially the late night staff when I came back from events, Karim stood out as my favorite. Without a doubt, I will choose Hotel Litteraire Le Swann for my future stays in Paris. It offers the best value for money, coupled with an unparalleled level of hospitality and comfort. I was sad to leave.

I have nothing to complain about.

Overall our stay was perfect. Rooms were very clean which is my biggest concern, don't expect a big room because Paris in general has smaller spaces in hotels. The staff was so friendly (special thanks to hotel manager, your positive "good morning" was a perfect way to start the day). Location is amazing very safe very warm. Also they surprised us with a note and macarons because of our anniversary, which was a very heart-warming welcome.

I liked the gym and spa. The room was nice, albeit small. We upgraded to a balcony which was nice and provided a bit more room to enjoy Paris in the morning and the evening. I also enjoyed the still or sparkling water dispenser in the lobby and overall the hotel had a nice theme going with Marcel Proust.

The rooms were very small, even for Paris standards. Also, I would like to see a proper door on a bathroom so as to provided a bit of privacy (not just a sliding glass door). Not too many options in the neighborhood shop or enjoy dinner.

This hotel is magical! From the first moment I felt warmly welcomed and I look forward to coming again! The rooms are decorated with style, everything is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the view from the balcony is magical, hygiene products are of luxurious quality, the staff is super friendly. This hotel is different from all the ones I have been to in various countries, it gives the feeling and magic of Paris. The part of the city is very quiet and beautiful, super connected. Simply a 10 out of 10 and very much looking forward to being a guest again!
