The location is excellent—very central, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and right near the UNESCO building, which is ideal if you have meetings there. The area is well-connected by metro, making it easy to explore the rest of Paris. The staff were very professional and courteous throughout our stay, adding a personal touch to the experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

The only downside was the noise and slight vibrations from the metro, which could be noticeable at times, especially in the lower-floor rooms. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

What a find! This hotel is a gem. Location is exceptional, easy access to 3 major metro lines, surrounded by high quality bistro’s and genuinely useful shops (pharmacy, super market etc) and the main commercial street. A stones throw from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel staff were very warm, excellent facilities - small bar room, well presented and inviting breakfast room with a great selection of continental breakfast options and freshly prepared scrambled egg. The rooms are city-sized - don’t expect sprawling space unless you are willing to upgrade but they are all well appointed, with large beds, lovely opening windows, AC, coffee machines and lovely bathrooms. The shower was one of the best I have had in a hotel for a long time. The Japanese style toilet was also a luxury touch. There is a little noise from the metro if you are on a room overlooking the main road but nothing that will stop you from enjoying this hotel. The metro stops for several hours overnight so didn’t disturb sleep.

We loved everything - comfortable room, welcoming staff (unfortunately, forgot to catch their names, but the receptionists on the morning of Sunday 16-Mar-25 and afternoon of Wednesday 12-Mar-25 were really helpful and great), convenient breakfast, coffee and tea available until 19:30 (enjoyable afternoon break on two of our four days), ideal location for walking and transportation (across the street stop for metro lines 6, 8, and 10 - all of which also connect to the RER trains to the airports, CDG for us), great value...Absolutely recommend and would stay here again on a future trip to Paris.

Everything was good. The room was in a proper size. The toilet was separated from bath so at the same time both of us could use it. The bed's mattress were comfortable. In the closet there were lamp which make its inside visible. There curtains were very thick so we could rest without any light during the day. Every day they put croissants and pain au chocolates at the labi to welcome gusts. The only thing was that there is a bit noise of metro, I used ear plugs so it damped noise completely and I slept well.

This hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and river and very close to La Motte Picquet Grenall metro stop - line 8 - which got us quickly and easily to everywhere in Paris. Lovely range of restaurants and shops really near - and an excellent patisserie right underneath the hotel next to the Starbucks. The room was compact but adequate. The breakfast - again small but adequate. Free tea and coffee 24 hours from the breakfast room and water bottles in the room were a great bonus. Staff were lovely, decor really good and the toilet was a talking point! Heated seat and many other features not usually available- it was great! Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The location is perfect. A metro station with a number of metro lines are right next to the hotel. A bus stop is just across the street. Couldn't be better. Breakfast is very good, cold and hot options. Breakfast room was not very crowded during our stay. There are many dining options around the hotel. There are also shopping options within walking distance. Front dest personnel was generally very helpful.

Cleaning staff can be more attentive to various repair and maintenance needs and report them to the management.

It was a hotel I had stayed at before and I did not regret it this time either. The location was perfect. It was in a central location. The employees were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good. It was great to be able to get coffee all day long. The room we stayed in was comfortable. It was cleaned every day. It was nice that the toilet was heated.

The wardrobe in the room was small. The coffee maker in the room didn't work, but that wasn't a big deal since coffee was available throughout the day in the lobby.

I had asked for a quiet room with nice view but when we went to our room it was on the 1st floor overlooking the street, but as soon as I asked for a quieter room-we were given another room to the back of the Hotel which was higher up and a lot quieter so we were very happy we were able to do this. Thank you! It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and the metro.

Excellent location, literally right next to metro station and just 15 mins walk from the iconic Eiffel Tower. Staff friendly throughout. Free coffees, water bottles, bakery items throughout the day, complimentary in the lounge. Our room was clean and our stay was very comfortable. We highly recommend 👌

There is nothing specific that we didn't like about this hotel. It would be nice if they had an in-house restaurant, but again, there are a lot of eatery places around and opens until late at night. So this hasn't bothered. Particularly in the night, we could hear metro passing by little noisy, but look metro is running mostly everywhere, and it's understandable living just next to it. So, no big complaint anyway.

Away from the hubbub, but steps away from a metro station a Monoprix, open market and decent restaurants; spacious room, mini fridge, great staff (especially Arsene as well as the custodial staff); nice bidet; a complementary beverage each day.

I little dated, but completely functional. That said, the wall charging port didn’t work.
