The time for breakfast could be a bit longer

We loved our stay at this hotel - clean, close to everything and charming! We stayed in a family room - the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. We loved the location - close to many bakeries and a beautiful neighbourhood. We felt safe. We also loved the costumer service/ reception by Luna - friendly, approachable and supportive. Well done and leaves a great impression on Paris and their hospitality industry. A Special thank you again to Luna and the hotel for our unforgettable experience in Paris!

Everything was great

Nice and cozy hotel with very close access to the City Center. Easy access by metro or just walking, plenty of decent cafes and restaurants around. Same for groceries, bakeries, everything that you might need. The room size is a bit small, however, it's written in the room's description. Don't overestimate your expectations, Paris is overpopulated and overcrowded by tourists from all around the world, so it's probably not possible to find a better place for the same money. All the same small hotels are providing similar options. The staff is very friendly and helpful: the first room we experienced was smaller than usual, also with just one window, but the manager assisted with room changing. Also, all other requests were granted. Rooms have very good soundproof walls.

The cleaning service is not so thorough: they forgot to exchange the towels, so we had to ask the manager to help. The room was clean overall, but we found small hairs inside the pillows (thanks to the manager for resolving that as well). Beware that photos on the hotel's page just represent the best possible rooms, so there is a chance that these rooms will already be occupied. Also, the room's description does not include information about the view from the room, so similarly to the previous point, you might have the courtyard view.

It was a nice hotel in a very good location, but it has its ups and downs. The room was big, cozy, with a large bed and good pillows. The stuff came everyday and tidied up the room.

Even though the room was nice, the smell in the room was awful. Please do something about it!! The breakfast was good, but it has too little variance. If we had stayed less time, probably it would have been perfect, but for a 6 nights stay, it got stale and boring (not so many options to eat). The options that they do have are very good, specially the scrambled eggs and the croissants!!

The location is wonderful. The welcome refresher drink is nice. I only wish it was cold instead of room temperature. Check in was easy and the room was very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is on a smaller size but it's clean, the water presser great and hot. The air-conditioning was great. The location is right nearb the metro and lots.of places to eat nearby. The salon looks right out of a 50s magazine. Very relaxing and comfortable.

Iron was not available. The coffee machine downstairs has no milk, no fridge and no ice machine. Breakfast was too pricey, so are outside.

The room was spacious and well made. The bed was very comfortable. We had a little balcony without a roof which was also nice. It was warm in the room. There was no noise from outside when the windows were closed. Good location, easy access. The staff was helpful and polite. Allowed us to leave our luggage before the room was ready when we arrived and for a few hours after when we checked out. Housekeeping was excellent. Bed was made everyday and towels were changed with dry ones.

The room was quite big there was space for a big bed and little dresser and to comfortably walk around them. It was however missing a fridge. Luckily the weather was cold so we were keeping waters and drinks on the terasse but if you are travelling in summer or warmer times and need a fridge, might not be the best option for you. There was a bit of a strange smell in the bathroom unclear if it was coming from the cleaning products or the pipes. (Cat pee) it was only in the bathroom that it was noticeable.

Excellent location for sightseeing (walkable to many eg passage panorama, theatres, louve, beautiful national library, eurostar station......), many eateries, metro 8 and 9 lines are just round the corner, hotel also have buses nearby, good sleep, good shower, loved the solid breakfast (all my favourites like apples, oranges, kiwi, banada, grapefruits.....figs, bacon, various bread, lots of dried fruits/nuts/seeds, mushrooms, great coffee!.all sorts of juices...too many), friendly staff from reception to breakfast room, clean, comfortable room......, nice lobby to sit around and have a wonderful cup of coffee or exotic tea.......

Seriously none!

Quite roomy for a Paris Hotel. Breakfast was Excellent Location is Excellent. Was in walking distance of a good number of locations, shops and resruarants. Easy access for Uber and taxi drop off and collection if required. Staff very friendly and efficient. Showers worked well and had hot water, with room to bend to wash feet and leg. 2 - 3 minute walk to laundromat

unfortunately the air conditioner was out of service in our room at the time of our stay. fortunately the room (3rd floor) had opening windows. Could have done with a second chair as there was two of us.

Very hospitable and forthcoming staff. The room was clean in all aspects. Metro station was nearby, as well as different places to eat. The breakfast provided on site was varied, high quality and always tasty. Doesn't matter what time one comes for breakfast – all options are always available. A/C worked well. The room had a balcony, which was great.

The closet space was very small, not enough for two people, only 5 or 6 hangers were available. The TV had very few channels to watch – mainly news channels.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel which says it all really. It’s clean, beautifully decorated and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. For us the location was perfect as we have family close by and were going to the beautiful Rex to see a ballet. We love walking and using the metro but be aware most things are 10 to 20 minutes by metro of taxi away from the hotel or up to half an hour walk. Although we could walk all day through this stunning city so it’s perfect for us.

A tip: Our room was on the fifth floor and had a slanted ceiling so my husband had to bend to not hit his head on it. He slept on that side of the bed as I have a bad back so couldn’t keep bending so unfortunately that wasn’t the best. In hindsight we should have swapped rooms especially as we were staying for 3 nights. We told staff when we checked out and they kindly told us that if we stayed again just ask to not be on the fifth floor.
