The hotel is quite small but cosy, the laundry was perfectly clean and the room — modern and neat. For 1 person the room was quite comfortable, for more people may be a bit too small. The location is great: lots of cafés, shops, sightseeings within one's reach. Two of the three admins I met were very helpful.

The only unpleasant moment was with the city tax: I had to pay 20 Euros, but at the arrival had only big banknotes for which an administrator had no change. It was OK, he just told me to bring the money later. I changed it and brought to the counter, but there was another admin there. He took the money, but, probably, forgot to fill the information in their system. So, when I was to leave to the airport, the third administrator asked for this money again but I had no proof I had given it already. I suggested that he checked cameras and he let me go. Hope they managed to sort out that situation.

It's easily accesibile from the metro station at Porte Maillot (2 minutes by foot), it's close to some restaurants, pubs, McDonalds - especially if you are arriving late, you can always find a place to eat and drink. If you are looking to take the bus to Beauvais Airport, the hotel is at 5minutes by foot from the bus station. The rooms are spacious enough for someone who just wants so spend a night on his/her way to the airport or wants to spend the entire day visiting. However, for those who prefer more spatious hotel rooms, perhaps other options would be more suitable. The bed is very confortable, there is also a TV, a minibar (addition costs), a hairdryer, a pot for boiling water and a coffee machine - free of charge. The room has a big window facing a quiet street. The bathroom is quite spatious, 2 mirrors with good lighting, generous amounts of hygene products, great ambiance and exceptionally clean. The staff is very welcoming, you can easily communicate with them and mention your demands. Knowing french is perhaps a bonus, since during my stay the staff had some difficulties with speaking english but they found ways to work around it. The breakfast smeeled amazing, even though I did not have this options included during my stay. There is someone 24/24h at the front desk and the main entrance is opened only by the staff, after calling.

Only minor inconvenients: the wifi password is not available in the room, it has do be demanded at the reception; if you have a big luggage, you must know that the elevator is very tiny, it only fits one person with one piece of luggage.

The location is excellent. The Champs-Élysées is within walking distance, and you’re right at the doorstep of L'Entrecôte and the Metro. The manager, Wassim, welcomed us and made us feel comfortable, along with the other staff members. They were all helpful, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!

The rooms were slightly small other than that great property and staff.

L’adresse is a perfect spot for a Paris getaway. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean, modern minimalist decor with enough storage, a stocked mini bar and hot drinks facilities. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom has a large shower with the most amazing rain shower and plenty of water pressure. The breakfast is plentiful, all fresh with a selection of hot ingredients, pastries and yummy cakes. We will be back!

Room was clean and cosy. A bit small considering the bathroom was very big and we had a good size terrace. Had to ask for clean towels as our room was not cleaned the next day which I was surprised. A kettle would have been handy and also we had to go to a different hotel for breakfast only 2 mins away but wasn’t expected.

The layout of the corridors and the small lift but that's to be expected in these small buildings.
