We ate 6 days of breakfast and everyday is the same, less variation, however the food is very fresh and tasty, we love it. Have nice latte and hot chocolate, fresh orange juice, and nice croissants. The location super good, 4 mins to 6mins near duplex stn or la motte stn. Supermarket is 4 mins walking distance. And the kitchen auntie who is slimmer, dark skin old woman is very friendly. Because of her, we just could feel the welcome of the hotel.

Our room is lvl 1, don't like too low floor. The front desk staff less smiles without greetings. However a tall guy and girl are a bit better with some smiles n greetings. Don't like the metro station which is Trocadero, got met 2 times pick pockets, they were young children around 10yrs old to 15yrs old, I think they are not France people. Luckily I didn't put my money in my bag.

It was a quaint hotel, situated close to the tourist area without it being a high foot traffic area. The staff were very helpful from the time I checked in (they reached out to me when I made the mistake of not accounting for the time change difference in dates). We were treated very well from the front desk agents, to the breakfast staff, to the custodial staff. The rooms were smaller than what you would expect in an American hotel, but it was not too crowded for just my husband and I. We end up extending our stay and the staff was able to accommodate the change with no issues. Location was great with quick access to the various modes of transportation.

The only thing that I would suggest is the shower area of the bathrooms need a deep cleaning. Our room overall was very clean, but there was some buildup in the shower, on the walls and around the base. Nothing deeply troubling, just a suggestion.

The hotel is located in zone 7 in Paris,which is a safe and convenient place. There are two metro stations nearby and a bunch of restaurants and grocery stores. The breakfast food if of good quality. The shower is good. The staff are very friendly, answer your response and provide solutions quickly.

During the day, there were some paint works going on. The paint odor leaks in our room through air conditioning, which is making us feel uncomfortable and cough. The cleaning can be done better. For example, sometimes they forgot to take all the trash out. Sound insulation can be better, the hotel building is pretty old and we can hear elevator operating from the room. But it didn’t affect our sleep.

Amazing view and excellent staff. Very nice small hotel and the view was exactly as the picture showed! Great place during the Olympics. Excellent location.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff who are more than happy to help you. The hotel has a lovely bar area to relax in at the end of the day. The room was perfectly fine and we had complimentary treats and water left in the room with a welcome note at the start of our stay which was a nice touch. The hotel was in a great location for exploring and just a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. There is a taxi rank just round the corner if you prefer or the hotel will get a taxi to come to the hotel to pick you up to take you where you want to go if you don’t want to walk too far.

Fairly clean and tidy rooms. The bathroom grouting, sealant and shower guard needs a bit of a clean. Apart from that I have no complaints.

Rm size was good enough for 3 of us with luggage for Paris. Hotel Smelled good, clean and had a safe. Love the robes and slippers and the loccitane toiletries. Love the personal touch, handwritten note on the table to welcome us to Paris in the room and the macarons on the small platter! Staff was kind, helpful and excellent!! Love the welcome drink, personalized attention and staff coming to us to check us in …as we enjoyed our welcome drink! The croissant and cold refreshing water by the front desk 😊

We waited a little bit for our room. Carpet in room was dingy, dirty looking. No ice machine on the floor or Maybe an ice machine in the room? The room safe was small not even big enough to fit a small laptop.

Upon entering our room, we were greeted with a small box of macaroons and a personalized welcoming note from the hotel and staffs. Our room was quite spacious for a hotel in Paris. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom has nice rain shower head and also hot towel bars. We stayed on the 6th floor so we got a really nice view of the Eiffel Tower. The availability of the sauna after a full day of walking in Paris was definite a welcoming luxury touch for the guests. The staff was extremely nice and did everything to make sure we have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back again.

The somewhat worn out and dated carpet didn't match with the contemporary "vibe" of the room. Also, there were a few noticeable scratches on the walls and the white baseboards. With just a couple of quick touch ups, the room would be in pristine condition.

The staff make this Hotel the gem that it truly is. From the moment we stepped in we were catered to in an exceptional fashion. The rooms were spotless, with a much welcomed complimentary plate of macarons and water bottles, along with a personalised note. The location is great. We had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower, but more importantly, most of our favourite landmarks were within walking distance! The breakfast provided is wholesome and hearty, with plenty of choice. The pastries were especially impressive. It has become my go-to for any future travel plans I may have for Paris. Highly Recommended.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that I didn't get to stay longer in this wonderful establishment with its sterling cast of staff members.

This is such a cute, boutique hotel! The front desk person who checked me in was amazing! Very professional, attentive and patient. We came with seven suitcases and she expertly took them up to our room. The location of this hotel is great! It's close to lots of picturesque restaurants, so plenty of dining options nearby, and is a nice walk to the Eiffel Tower. Our room had a nice view of the Eiffel and we received a plate of delicious macrons as well. The breakfast was very good too!

The customer service was phenomenal and I really enjoyed staying here! I think my only critique is that like many hotels in Paris, the room is a bit on the small side, but this doesn't take away from its charm. It's perfect for a getaway to Paris.

It seemed clean. The breakfast was really good. Bathroom was roomy. Room was quiet despite being next to the elevator and looking down into the Breakfast/bar. The staff were very accommodating and it was nice to have our bags delivered to the room. Option to hold bags at check-out was also appreciated. Cookies were good too. closets and safe were nice as well

the small amount of space between the wall and beds; walking past the beds was tough, especially with luggage. and NO STREAMING options. The lobby was really hot in May. The BAR, was not REALLY what it appeared; it was a multi-functional room, breakfast/bar. The shower need a good scrub on the outside corner. Tv was small too.
