We loved everything about this hotel. We stayed for 3 days. The staff was very friendly and very acomadating. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a very nice outdoor space outside of our room. The bed was very comfortable. The interior of the room was very appealing and modern. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start each day with many local options, and it was homemade. It was a full breakfast. The location was excellent, about a 15-minute walk to the Arc De Trumph with plenty of cafes and shopping surrounding the hotel but just outside the heavily tourist areas. We are planning a return trip, and we will stay at Les Jardins De La Villa.

We stayed here for 3 nights over the New years 24/25. Its a little further out of the main area but within walking distance of 15 mins to the Arc de Triomphe. The Hotel is right near Porte Malliot tube station which is line 1 . So very very easy to get everywhere on this metro line. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were fantastic Paris rooms are a little smaller than the average but this was just right for me and my teenage daughter. The room have very large L'Occitane bottled products so no need to bring shampoo, body wash etc ... Rooms were cleaned daily Everything yo need is nearby The metro The train and the Tram 25 mins from the airport 15 min walk to Arc de Triomphe a 35 min walk to Effiel Tower The staff were very nice and friendly and i would definitely stay here again

Although we had breakfast included we were very very disappointed with it choice. My advice would be to go outside to one of the many many cafes that are dotted all around and have breakfast or brunch there. I mean there is food literally everywhere in Paris.

Immediate first impressions were great. A classy, comfortable hotel with a superb private spa (that is bookable and complimentary). Clean rooms and beautiful bathroom. The location is also ideal for parking (Indigo) and both shops and restaurants which were a minute or so walk. The tram, metro and buses were also close by. The area in general was classy and felt safe. The breakfast was also excellent and varied. Delicious complimentary coffee was also available. The staff were also friendly, professional and helpful. It felt special being there.

Street where hotel is located is off main road and narrow 1 lift for front block and 1 lift for rear. But in actual use, there was never a long wait for a lift. Room furniture dated. Flip down dressing table not sturdy Light switches have malfunction - table and wardrobe lights did not work as desired. Insufficient clothes hangers Toilet is very small Toilet flush takes a long time before you can flush again Toilet shower glass support/ brace not installed properly. Toilet towel heater rail not working No views as blocked by other buildings

The location is great, very close to the public transport and main tourist attractions, and also in a very quite street. The property is nice, the rooms were well appointed, very clean. The breakfast was very good, great variety of options,, and the service was excellent.

We had 2 rooms, and one room had a very strong smell of smoke, although hotel has non smoking policy. There are not many rooms, and all rooms were booked, and the hotel cloud not move us to alternative room. The staff tried their best with some humidifier, but the smell was to strong, it would need a proper cleaning. The deposit took over 1 month to be refunded back to the card, for 2 rooms is 300 EUR. The hotel confirmed it was processed at the check out, but the process was to long. The staff was helpful, though.

We did not have breakfast since we slept until noon. Both girls at the front desk spoke English and we were very helpful and nice. The room was clean. We stay couple days and request not to have a service on the second day since we reuse our towels. It was very good location since train station was close by and had stores and restaurants around it

The fitness was closed due to renovation.

The room was clean, comfortable, a good size and had great amenities. The bathroom was large, clean and the bath/shower was lovely. We visited in January and the room was very warm and cosy which was lovely to arrive back to. There was also a thermostat so you can adjust to whatever temperature you'd prefer. Reception staff were friendly, amicable, professional and very helpful. We were visiting Paris for an event at le Palais des Congrès so this was an excellent location to stay at as it was only a 5 minute walk to the venue. Lots of restaurants, cafés, patisseries etc. around too and within walking distance from l'arc de triomphe. There were two vegan restaurants within walking distance too. It was also easy enough to get to other sightseeing locations in the city by train. Although it's close to a busy street, the room was quiet apart from the occasional siren which were quiet enough that they didn't bother us. Our room was next to the lift so we were worried we'd hear people in the corridor but we didn't hear anybody at all.

There was a menu for room service that needs to be updated as the restaurant they use to provide the food used to have a vegan option and no longer does. That's the only small thing!

Beautiful interior design throughout the hotel. Very clean and well furnished room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location.

Slightly strange bathroom layout! The toilet was positioned directly in front of the door to the bathroom (with less than an inch of clearance when opening the door)... for such a large bathroom the layout could have been designed better. - this did not impact our experience, we just found it a little strange to have to walk around the toilet every time we entered the bathroom.

Very pleasant and friendly reception staff. Quickly sorted out a problem we had with the tv. Great location if arriving in Paris from Paris Beauvais. Lovely fluffy well fitting bath robes. Room had everything we needed. Excellent choice of breakfast items including a tasty omelette.

Was a little confused about where to sit at breakfast and where all the items were but we wandered around and found them. Could do with more direction and advice.

Although I had booked a single room I was pleasantly surprised as it was bigger than I thought it would be. The bathroom was extremely compact but the shower cubicle was great. Overall a very well presented and quiet room on the top floor - under the roof ! Free bottle of water - always appreciated.

The breakfast was a little disappointing and certainly overpriced - very basic choice of breads, fruits and yogurts for example. Not worth €19 ! The selection of the tea tray in the room was also poor - no mint tea for example only earl grey or english breakfast ! The Wi-Fi did not work at all for me ....
