The size of the room was exceptional by Paris standards and with a private bathroom and kitchenette. Also the convenience of a lift; if and when required. Location very central, a little convenience store over the road, cafes and restaurants a few walking paces and Luxembourg gardens easy walking distance. Metro also close. Met our Australian family there and they had a one bedroom suite with a dining area, full size fridge, washing machine and sofa bed for the children. The hotel went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Staff were always in reception, helpful and with a friendly smile. We would stay again and recommend to our Australian friends.

Able to get into room earlier than expected, which was very nice. Easy to get keys and reception was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning was every day, which was a bit much for us. On Christmas they did leave gifts of chocolates, which was nice. The robes and slippers were great. The warming rack for towels was a nice touch as well, though was set very high when we first got there, but easy to turn down/off. The ability to open the very tall windows, very nice. The location was perfect, easy to get to multiple metro/RER stations, though there were a lot of places within walking distance 5-20min. Multiple grocery/convenient stores and restaurants around. The market across the street always seemed to be open. What I did not expect in Paris is that many places open later in the day (10/11am) and stay open late night. Great Italian place down the street (Luisa Maria) we went to a few times, suggest making reservations. We stayed for 5 nights and I would recommend to others. Overall the place worked for the short time we were there, location being a big plus.

I did not realize I booked a room with only 1 full bathroom/shower. That is not the fault of the property that I didn't realize that as the listing clearly states on 1 shower room. The sewer smell from the kitchen, such is city living, thankfully there was a door on the kitchen and we were able to keep it closed. No drying rack for clothing since clothes were still a little damp or if just wanted to hang dry. Plenty of hangers though so was able to improvise. The temperature in the flat was very warm, even after turning all the rooms down to 19 Celsius. Thankfully we could open the windows and cool it down. Wifi connection was not great, kept having to connect/disconnect our devices for it to work. My daughter seemed to have the worst go of it and it just kept dropping on her.

We had a studio which was very spacious. The bathroom was also huge and had a wonderful shower. Amenities were excellent. Housekeeping did a great job. Front desk staff was very friendly. Location was perfect as you could walk in every direction and see the sights.

We were on the ground floor so our windows overlooked the courtyard which was nice but also meant we lost some privacy.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment, with a washing machine and cooking facilities, was brilliant. Such a lovely area of Paris, and for the two nights, we ate our cheese, fruit and baguette, out in the court yard outside our room. Loved our stay there and would have liked to stay longer.

• Good location in Saint-Germain (6th arrondissement), just one block from Luxembourg Gardens and close to the Pantheon. • Very spacious apartment, much larger than other places I’ve stayed in Paris. • Comfortable for a family of six, with two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the large living room. • Well-decorated, very clean, and well-maintained. • Friendly reception, making check-in smooth. • A store across the street was convenient for basic supplies.

• A bit pricey compared to other options. • The sidewalk is very tight, with large trash cans and some construction nearby, which made walking around as a family a bit inconvenient.

The facilities of an apartment (stayed in studio) with daily housekeeping is outstanding. Very clean, pleasant decor. Quiet location but close to metro, shops etc. and easy to get to main tourist sites. 24 hour reception & lovely staff.

They advertise as offering twin beds but do not guarantee you’ll get twin beds. We didn’t get the twin beds we wanted but the bed was large and we were provided with individual duvets which was great. Smaller issue - you have to request iron and iron board - isn’t in room. None available on our first day but available for rest of stay.

This place exceeded my expectations. Check it was a breeze! Room was very modern, clean and very spacious for a place in Europe, where apartments and hotel rooms are usually smaller than the USA. It fit my family of 5, including 3 teens, perfectly!! Excellent location with night life, restaurants and subway less than 5 minutes away! It even comes with a kitchen fully stocked with refrigerator, stove, oven, cutlery, and drinking glasses. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was kept clean and tidy every day by the cleaning staff. I will definitely be back and am very happy I found this place. My family and I had an amazing Parisian experience thanks to Residence Le Prince Regent.

There wasn't anything I did not like. Everything was very accommodating and perfect for my family of 5. If I had to say anything negative it would be carrying the luggage up the stairs. They do have an elevator, which is small, but common in Europe. It was really not an issue since we were only one floor up.

The room was spacious, with beautiful high ceilings. Absolutely superb location next to all the historic and cultural gems of Saint Germain de Prés. Two complimentary bottles of filtered water in glass carafes were a nice touch.

The sound isolation was lacking, we could hear people going up and down the staircase every single time, which was adjacent to our room. The big towels could be of higher quality for a 4 star hotel in this price range.

It is a great place to stay. We had two young children with us, and we loved having two separate rooms. The apartment style room is larger than others in the area. Air-conditioning for hot summer Great area to stay in with lots of bakeries and places to eat and true Parisian atmosphere. Soap, shower gel, hair-dryer, cotton pads, shower cup included. Coffee machine with coffee pods. Walking distance to metro, Luxembourg Gardens, and a few grocery shops around.

Very narrow room around the beds. You have to carry your luggage around the bed as it won't fit. The rug under the dining table is annoying as it scrambles when you want to move your chair.
