Rooms are very clean and staff are very nice and helpful. We also tried their dining one time and it was pretty good too. There also services like bar and such and they were nice too.

We had only two problems with the place. First is the location because you have to wait up to 30-40 mins for a bus to reach the metro station every morning. Of course you can find it much quicker but we had to wait these times twice in a 3 day stay. Second thing is its very hard to acquire water, there are not many places (or non as long as we found) near that you can get water for cheap especially at night times and the water is very expensive at the reception. I would suggest buying some water before returning to the hotel.

The cards of the room didn't work all the time. (this was very annoying) The room was nice, what I didn't like is that they gave us a room with a lot of noise in the morning starting from 6'oclock. Luckily they changed it after I complained.

It was a nice hotel with spacious rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with not much traffic. It is wonderful to wake up in peace without all the hectic of the city. Traveling to Rome center was easy. Within 40 minutes you are in front of the Colosseo. You walk 1 street to the busstop that takes you to the subway station here you can take the subway straight to the Colosseo or different locations. Fiumicino Airport was about 30 minutes driving with a taxi. You can also do it with public transport but it will take you up to 2 hours.

The rooms are a little older but the service of the hotel staff makes up for it. Furthermore you need to be aware that you are not staying in the city centre and therefore need to travel +40 minutes to reach Rome city centre.

Very comfortable room and bed with nice decoration. Quite and calm. The staff is nice and the front desk is open for 24 hours, which was very important to me as I checked in after midnight. Nearby there are bus stops where you can take buses to reach metro station and then to Rome downtown within 45/50 mins in day time.

The isolation between the rooms are not so good. Sometimes I heared the cigarette smell or noises coming from the other rooms or balconies.

Excellent value for the price point. Great breakfast, everything was clean, the neighbourhood is quiet, the staff is very polite and overall it was a good experience.

There were almost no toiletries, like cotton pads, ear buds etc.. I had requested a double bed, but got two twin beds so I couldn't sleep well with my partner.

Bedrooms. Comfortable, quiet and spacious, with a large balcony, a large bathroom, a large bed, a pleasant design. Everything great. Meal. Buffet breakfast, which costs €13 per person per day. With many options such as: eggs, bacon, sausages, bread, coffee, juices, cereals, desserts, etc. All delicious. Location. It is far from the center, but there are transport stations near the hotel, so it is easy to get around.

The room has a strong smell of cigarettes.

The room, food and *especially* the service I received were beyond my expectations. The room was comfortable and quiet. The WiFi was fast. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The gym was *fantastic*. The staff were the standout though, and they went above and beyond to help me during my stay in Rome. They even provided me with a universal charger, without which I would have been in big trouble. Would definitely book again 😁

We very much liked the dinner in the 7th floor restaurant - extremely friendly staff and superb food (grilled vegetables, spaghetti all'amatriciana and sword fish, along with a lovely local wine). I had been in the Aran Park Hotel before but had no particular memories of it; this time my wife and I had a really good time there. And the bed was REALLY comfortable. The surroundings are very green (the more so as we happened to be there during a few rather rainy spring days).

The hotel is a bit of a huge block of concrete, thus not exactly appealing from an architectural point of view, but it is functional and practical, which makes the issue rather superficial. You don't stay in a hotel to look at it from outside, would you?

The excellent service of Nicola, the maitre at the restaurant ..... he was wonderful.... recognised return customers , this makes one feel at home and he is always helpful and does everything to make his guests comfortable. An excellent employee

The plumbing dies not work properly in the toilets... flushing needs to be done manually and water fro the sink and shower remains blocked .
