Very nice smaller hotel with amazing staff, 24/7 very helpful reception, clean and cosy rooms, fabolous rooftop bar at a perfect location. Highly recommended!

From our room the view was not really good but in turn it was quiet and the rooftop bar makes up for everything. Travellers must note that in the superior rooms the shower is in fact in the bedroom, separated only by glass, so you can see everything. It was not a problem for us but can be for some.

Fantastic property. Location is brilliant, just off the main strip (via del corso), the room was spacious, spotless, and well appointed. Every staff member always greets with a smile and is quick to help when needed. Special mention to Giorgio from breakfast who was fantastic with us and our 3 year old daughter. Speaking of breakfast, good selection at the buffet and made even better by overlooking the Vittoriano while you eat. Will definitely return to Otivm next time we are in Rome

The breakfast on the rooftop was fabulous and Georgia really made our stay he was so welcoming and helpful. Arianna on reception was also really helpful. We booked the taxi with the hotel to and from the airport. Evening drinks on the rooftop where also fabulous. We would love to go back to Rome and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location; great mid point for getting to all major sights; 25 mins walk to vatican and 15 mins to Collesseum, Trevi and Spanish Steps. Whilst extremely central, it was still very quiet in later evening for a good sleep after a whole day of walking. The rooms were great; very clean, great bathroom and powerful shower and the beds extremely comfortable. Great air conditioning too. All of the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. I went with my 15 year old son and would highly recommend for families / couples. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Otivm in Rome and had a wonderful experience. The room was quite spacious with ample space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. What truly stood out was the bathroom—modern, impeccably clean, and equipped with high-quality fixtures. It felt luxurious and added an extra layer of comfort to the stay. The breakfast spread was also nice. The hotel’s location was also a big plus, making it easy to explore the city's iconic landmarks. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout. Overall, a fantastic choice for a comfortable and well-appointed stay in Rome. Highly recommended!

While our stay at Hotel Otivm was mostly enjoyable, we did find the rooftop to be a bit underwhelming. Given the photos and descriptions, I had expected a more inviting space, but it felt quite small and lacked the ambiance I was hoping for. Additionally, the drinks at the rooftop bar were noticeably overpriced, which detracted from the experience.

I worked with Agata in advance of our stay to secure a king bed & early check in. She was prompt & professional in her response & accommodating. All of the people from maintenance, bartenders, to housekeeping very friendly & quick to respond to any requests. The views from the rooftop bar are breathtakingly beautiful. Airport shuttle service on time, courteous & friendly as well.

The rooms are small as well as the bathrooms, but very clean & since you're really just there to sleep it wasn't a problem. You're in Rome so the noise level & hustle & bustle is reflective of a busy city.

Hotel is very comfortable, clean and in a great location. Luca and all of his staff (From Reception staff, breakfast staff and cleaners) were extremely kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Luca was ever helpful and knowledgeable regarding places to visit and eat, which we would not have considered before his recommendation. This made our stay extra special. This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. We would certainly recommend the Otivm hotel & we will stay there again in the future

The front desk staff were fantastic! They helped us with transportation to and from the airport, dinner reservations, and more! I came to rely on them to help us make our trip to Rome a memorable one! We also enjoyed the morning breakfast on the rooftop terrace! Very special.

The main way to access the upper floors was a very small elevator. There are stairs, but they have a separate foyer that is not easily accessible.

My wife and I stayed at the Otivm hotel and it was fantastic. The location is ideal for exploring Rome, with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a great selection of delicious options each morning. Two standout features were the rooftop bar, which has amazing views, and the incredibly friendly staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the bar staff, was welcoming and helpful. The reception team went above and beyond to organize transport and provide excellent sightseeing tips. We would definitely choose the Otivm again for our next visit to Rome.

Very friendly courteous staff. Agatha at the desk was excellent! She provided helpful tips and guidance to get the most out of our visit. Georgio was always friendly and courteous and makes awesome cappuccino’s!! We are sorry that we cannot remember all the staff by name, but they were all excellent and provided top quality service! Rooms were pleasantly spacious, room amenities were thoughtfully provided. Cold air conditioning was very appreciated after hours in the hot Italian sun! Location was ideal as we spent the majority of our exploration on foot. It was easy to visit multiple sites in a day, and when we chose more distant places the front desk always assured we had a taxi waiting for us. I recommend without reservation!
