The rooms were very nice, roomy with everything you need. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet - what a great variety to enjoy. We also enjoyed the rooftop patio each evening for drinks followed by a delicious meal. The staff were so gracious and worked to meet all our requests. We really appreciated the free shuttle bus they provided to the metro station, as that allowed us to enjoy central Rome, but be able to stay in a quiet suburb. The front desk arranged our transport to the airport and were happy to work around our late departure. We would stay here again when in Rome!

This hotel is in a residential area, and as such, there aren't any restaurants or coffee shops within reasonable walking distance, so just be aware.

The Hotel Staff were very nice and helpful, it's location is not the nicest spot although it was close to an event being held that we attended to therefore it was perfect for us. The room was very nicely decorated, clean and had a nice bathroom with good water pressure and temperature for an enjoyable shower, we also had indoor slippers in the room which was a nice touch since i had forgotten mine :) The breakfast was really really good with sweet and salty options, the serving staff was also very nice and polite.

The pillows were not the most comfortable and the room got very warm during the night even with the AC off therefore we had to open the windows during the night, which was quite noisy. There was no kettle or cups in the room to make tea or coffee.

1/ The personnel was very kind and friendly and they would offer help for everything you need. 2/ The bed was comfortable. 3/ They have a fridge inside the room. 4/ The breakfast was exceptional with a great variety, especially in cakes and sweet things. 5/ They offered free transportation from the hotel to the metro station and back.

The soundproofing of room 132, in which I stayed. I could hear the conversations from the room next to mine. I informed the reception about that. Also, the room is above the gym, and when someone was running on the treadmill, I could hear the steps. Being an engineer, I could state that the problem can be solved easily and I would kindly like to suggest to the hotel manager, to put extra soundproofing on the side wall and the floor. However, when I stayed in a different room in January 2024, on another floor, I didn't face such issues.

I really like most of the staff were kind, courteous and reliable. I also like the shuttle having the free shuttle is a must in this location.

That the shuttle did not take us to the airport. It did not pick us up from the airport. For the price, the value and the location I certainly believe that the shuttle to, and from the airport should be awarded guest at no additional fee

The hotel has everything needed for a good stay. The best part was the staff, always nice and willing to solve any issues. The shuttle was also a plus to get to the metro station, and coming back to the hotel. The hotel was close to the venue of my meeting so location was perfect.

If you want to be close to the city center of Rome this is not the place. However, with public transport the center was reachable.

It is definitely worth the price. The staff was super friendly and supportive and the breakfast was served with a variety of foods and drinks. The best part was the shuttle bus, you can easily reserve it for free to transfer you to the metro station and bring you back from that point to the hotel. It saves you at least an hour a day. So technically the hotel location is not so far from downtown.

The staff is amazing. Bogdan from the reception was always kind and helpful. Everything is so clean. Every day was spotless.The rooms are warm. The lady preparing the coffee every morning is very skilled and nice.

Just 2 things 1. The breakfast is every morning the same and not too much variety. 2. The distance from the city center is around 1h by bus/metro, but very close to La Nuvola - if you are coming for a Congress

That breakfast and shuttle service was included. The team made our stay amazing. Shuttle service was a massive help getting to the Metro station. I'd also recommend the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant on the 5th floor! Thanks again for helping us with the late checkout during the Half Marathon!!! We all appreciate it!

Distance from the city, but the shuttle service helped with this.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast had a good variety too. Friendly staff.

The neighborhood was quiet, although I did not feel too comfortable walking alone in the area as there is hardly any pedestrian :-D Between the hotel and Maximo shopping mall it is about 20 mins walk. Restaurant options for those staying at the hotel essentially include the hotel restaurant or the mall itself which has plenty of choice. My recommendation is Segniorvino restaurant at the mall. Nothing much to see around the hotel, but convenient location for reaching Ciampino airport.
