Really nice and professional staff. I had some problems with the booking but the staff really doing their best to help me solved the problems. I really appreciate there helps! The hotel location is very convenient for food, transportation and shopping store. I’ve been staying here every time I visit my friends in Japan since 2017. Always my number one choice.

Many years ago before the pandemic in 2020, I remember that mostly the hotel staff could communicate in English very well. However I still appreciate their help even it was a bit difficult to communicate in English through the language translation tool.

Location, location, location! You cannot beat a hotel in Tokyo that's actually embedded into a train station. It is the ultimate location and you do not need to worry about noise. Trains are so quiet, you actually need to be paying attention to hear them from your room.

The labels "double room" and "twin room" as incredibly misguiding. What people in the US would understand when you say "twin room" for 2 people, is a room with two twin-size beds. In reality, the twin room had two full- or queen-size beds. On the other hand, a "double room" usually means "a room that comfortably fits two people, which almost always translates to two larger beds. In reality, the double room had one full-size bed and while strictly speaking, did fit both of us, I would not say it was very comfortable. The room did its job, but I was willing to pay a little extra for a little more comfort, but the room names misguided me.

The location is amazing, the room quality and facilities far exceeded even my best expectations and the value for money is more than great. The hotel is peaceful, incredibly clean, with many free amenities and located on top of the main Chiba train station with great connections pretty much everywhere. As a bonus, there are a mall and a food court integrated into the station and the nearest party streets with karaoke, eateries and bars are only a few minutes away. The location is truly premium. There is also a 24-hour convenience store right next to the 2nd floor hotel entrance. And the staff were all incredibly polite and kind! Truly amazing.

Loved the location. In the same “building” as Chiba JR Station. Lawson less than 50m away on the second floor and 7-11 right across the road. Large lobby on the 4th Floor. Rooms are decent and normal Japanese size hotel rooms. Clean and comfortable. Booked this place because of its proximity to Makuhari Messe Exhibiton Centre. Direct NEX to Narita in half and hour (select and specific times).

A bit of a tight squeeze on a doublebed for my family of 3 (2 adults and one child). But child stayed free so I can’t complain. They were kind enough to provide us extra pillows.

The pillows were quite thin and squished but still slept soundly nice and quiet super close to the station and good coffee shops a Lawsons 7-11 various restaurants in the station best location staff are very friendly and helpful assisted with setting up luggage transfer to next hotel made sure to write out a thank you card to staff in Japanese to show my gratitude I hope they liked it I will be rebooking here next time I stay in Chiba.

The hotel is basically attached to the Chiba Station which is a main transport hub so the location is perfect. Also, check-in and check-out was streamlined with a self-service desk that is available in multiple languages. The property is clean and the staff are friendly.

The bathroom in our room did not match the quality of the rest of the room. The floor felt uneven in some spots and the temperature control on the shower was not consistent.

The breakfast was very tasty and good. There was sufficient variety for the price. I liked the unobtrusive service of the attending staff. On top of that the location tops it all. The airport limousine bus stops just in front of the hotel. The hotel is also just next to a mall and a stone throw away from Sogo and a shopping and food street. The mall’s building also houses the JR Chiba station and a mono-rail station. I really can’t ask for more.

I think there was no Onsen or gym.

The room is good and comfortable. Loved the small table in the room. Loved the facilities such as the ice machine, laundry area and smoking room. The hotel breakfast is ok. Nothing too fancy. Located nearby Perie Shopping Mall and Sogo Mall. Very convenient location. Very easy to travel to Narita airport from Chiba Station.

The room window cannot be opened to let in fresh air. Other than that, wished the hotel breakfast have more choices of local foods for tourists.

The hotel is conveniently located at Chiba Station. Checking in and out is very quick and easy. They had a great selection of amenities offered. If assistance was needed, the staff were very patient and kind. There are convenience stores and drug stores located close by if needed. The bus stop for transportation to Haneda Airport was right out front.

Hotel and room were generously sized. Shuttle to nearby shopping area was a real plus as I got to explore the AEON mall. The Family store in the hotel was well equipped. The staff spoke good English. There was an Onsen but I had no time to explore. Bus shuttle to Narita airport started at 6 am which was good enough for me to take the Skyliner to Tokyo for a meeting at 9 am.

Hotel is not walking distance from airport and you need to wait for the shuttle. Bus was regular but very full. Last shuttle to return from the mall was 830 pm which is too early. English speaking TV channels were too few.
