Very value for price. Close to the airport and very convenient. The check-in staff was very nice. The public bath is great. Room is spacious for single traveller. The manga in the lobby/ reading area reminds me of my childhood. Very thoughtful decoration. There is a weight available at the lift lobby which helps my last minute shopping and packing. Very thoughtful service. Shuttle bus available for travelling between the hotel and the closet Aeon Mall, running at an interval of an hour approximately. Very convenient. Premium outlet Rinku is also just about 15 mins walk. Location wise is very satisfactory.

It takes about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the Rinku station to the hotel. Cannot say it is something I did not like as I do not find it a problem but for some people, it may be a long walk. Without any cover so it may be a bit hectic during rainy days. Not difficult to locate at all.

Clean, well positioned for public transport, getting to and from the airport and general walks around the area. I always come here. Also be aware that check in, is at 3pm regardless of what the website says. They will look after your suitcase but don't worry there is an Onsen that is 24 hours next to Henna Hotel which I highly recommend when you can't check in.

If you stay more than 3 days, the staff will ask many times if you are really staying that long, that can be tiring.

Hatago is great: an excellent option near the airport if you prefer something smaller than the giant hotels, like I did. The staff is great too--we added two hours for a late checkout for only about 2200 yen extra. It's close to an Izakaya (it doesn't seem like it, but it's just a couple of blocks away) as well as a big market and Rinku Town. The rooms and beds are super comfy and clean. Added bonuses are a public bath (so nice after or before a long flight) and the Lawson next door. Breakfast was fine. Cute Manga library in the lounge, too. This is our Go To hotel near the airport in Osaka!

It was a short walk from the station. The hotel staff were friendly and made check-in very easy. They tried their best to accommodate our 2 rooms close together. We checked in after 2100, as we spent the day visiting several tourist attractions. We weren’t able to try breakfast as we had to start the trek to the airport before they opened. We were able to grab coffee to go for the walk to the train station. The “bicycle room” was fun but the smallest room we had during our Japan tour. Yet, it was big enough for the two of us. The kids stayed in their own room which was much larger for the 3 of them. This was our 1st “hotel” stay in Japan.

I highly recommend this hotel for people who have early flights from KIX or someone who flew in late and needs to travel to a different city to arrive to their final destination. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and there are elevators and escalators for people with suitcases. The train is direct to KIX international departures in under 10 minutes so the location is extremely convenient for those traveling. The quality of the room in terms of size and design was higher than what I expected for the price and the lounge/lobby area with comics is also very pleasant for working on a laptop or just eating and drinking coffee. Furthermore, a bathe house is included for the price of the room and there are bathrooms by the lounge, vending machines and a coin laundry. Also, a Lawson convenient store is right next door and works 24/7 I believe so it is extremely easy to purchase food, drink, hygiene products, ATM and everything else sold at a コンビニ. I have stayed at most budget hotel chains like APA and this hotel exceeded expectations for this price category. Would use again for sure when flying in or out of KIX.

The room was very clean, spavious, comfortable bed, very easy to use coin laundry and helpful staff. The traditional Japanese baths at the hotel were a great bonus to end the long travel day.

The hotel could add a small navigation map to show the easiest way to walk down from the train station to the street level with luggage. It is confusing to go down from the station to the street level although it is an issue of the train station and not of the hotel proper. Once on the street level it's is an easy 10 minutes walk!

Great location that has lots of shops around. It's also one station away from Kansai Airport. Room was small but perfect for staying alone one night. Bathroom was spotless clean. The hot spring is perfect for relaxing. There's coin washing machines and driers. The hotel offers free toiletries and coffee in the morning.

At night some noises from the street could be heard (this street seems to be famous among motorcyclists for street racing), which lead to late night noise and police sirens disturbing sleep. This is not the hotel's fault but should be noted.

Good value for the money. 7-8 mins walk from the train station. Rooms are clean with everything you need for an overnight stay. Breakfast is decent with a couple of options available. Public bath/onsen was a nice bonus! Staff is helpful and friendly even after 10pm

The only potential downside is the poor sound insulation of the door. But, if sleeping in the airport is the only other option, then it's not a big deal.

Check-out time is too early at 10 AM. 11 AM would be better, like other hotels. Breakfast is very basic, lacking variety and appeal. Light sleepers, beware: road noise, especially from loud motorcycles, is constant and disruptive, even at night. The hotel provides earplugs, but they don’t really help.

A lovely hotel, from Osaka airport we caught a train one stop and walked ten mins. There is a 24hr Lawsons next door for late night dinner. The buffet breakfast was excellent, beds comfortable and the indoor Onsen/bath was incredible- amazing after a long flight. I highly recommend this hotel, not much else around but great for a stop before we were headed to the Kumano Kodo.
