A comfortable, quiet, clean, basic hotel near Narita. The breakfast was good. I love that I was able to get an extra pillow from the staff because I prefer to sleep with 2. Good value!

It takes a little while to get there, especially from terminal 3 because the shuttle bus doesn't go there. The shuttle ride to the hotel took a little while, but the ride from the hotel to the airport was much quicker. No fitness center or pool or anything like that. Very basic.

It was very convenient to the airport with a free, easy to find shuttle service that made it convenient for an overnight stay after a late flight in and then a quick trip back to the airport for the next leg of my journey. The check-in process was relatively easy, and the staff were very friendly. There's also a convenience store attached in case you need a late night snack/meal without much effort. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the instructions for how to use all the amenities were very clear.

The beds are too firm for my liking, but not horribly uncomfortable.

The typical Toyoko Inn hotel. They are like MacDonald's and Starbucks, you always know what you will get. An enjoyable stay as always. Perfect for early or late flights as the shuttle bus to the airport runs every 20 min.

Free Shuttle bus picked us up from Narita Airport and dropped us off at the train station. Lawsons convenient store inside hotel was very handy. Quite and close place to crash after a big travel day.

It's a very good choice for overnight near the airport. The shuttle bus is easy to find, and the drivers help with the suitcases. It takes only 5 minutes from the airport (not rush hours). The room is clean and big enough. There's a Lawson store at the lobby, and the clerk there was also nice. The hotel receptionists are warm and helpful, I read some old comments on google saying that the staff were unwilling to help, but it wasn't like that in my case, so I assume the management solve the matter, which it good to know. There's a scale at the lobby free to use, which is very useful. And Lawson store sell a cheap carry-on bag with wheels for travelers who need more space to pack souvenirs. The help-yourself breakfast offers a various choice of food, it's not super delicious but cost-worthy.

Coffee at breakfast isn't so good, but there is milk available.

The shuttle service was excellent. The staff loaded my luggage onto the bus and also helped unload my hand-carry items. They were extremely polite and humble. The ride takes only 10 minutes.  The room size was standard for Japan. I had a double bed, which was very comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with an automatic bidet system (commonly used in Japan). If it’s your first time in Japan, it’s a good idea to learn how to use it. Free Amenities

I needed a place to spend the night between Narita flights and this was perfect. The free airport shuttle is frequent and convenient. Check-in at the machine could be difficult if you don't know Japanese, but there's staff present for assistance. In general, the staff is always there for you, they were nice and helpful. The room was nice and quiet, had plenty of natural light and dark curtains to shut it out. There are a few lamps around the room and a bedside light as well. It's not spacious, but it makes good use of its space so it's enough. Each room has it's own wi-fi, so it wouldn't slow down from too many users. There's access to a TV with streaming services, as long as you have your own account for them - otherwise there are a few movies on the hotel VOD itself. Water in the bathroom was a bit tricky - starting it warm required a bit of experimenting, but nothing that I couldn't figure out on my own. The bathroom was clean and there were amenities available - remember to take them from the hall. Breakfast service starts at 6:30 and despite there being quite a crowd, there was enough food and space as to not cause any inconvenience. The food was delicious and there were both Japanese and eastern options available. There's a convenience store at the ground floor, so if you arrive late at night you don't even have to leave the building to grab a snack. If you don't have an outlet adapter yet, there's a USB charging port in the room.

Great amenities and easy use of the shuttle bus to the airport. Area was quiet and has a paid parking lot at the back which was walking distance from the hotel. Mr Kubayashi that was working reception when I checked in was amazing. He was really helpful and kind when helping my group to check in.

Ms Yoshino that was working reception when I tried to check out was extremely rude. She looked very annoyed when we told her we wanted to extend our stay as our flight had been delayed. She made it seemed as if it was our fault for the delayed flight. She also made no effort to help a guy that was struggling to check out as she just stood there watching the guy struggle. Clearly seems that she did not want to be there.

Digital checkin didn’t work with my passport, I ended up having to wait a while for the staff to navigate me on the machines to where I could enter the Booking.com reservation number manually in order to complete checkin. It all took about 20 minutes at least. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. (Maybe this is just Japanese beds in general though this one was much harder than my hotel room in Osaka). I had to learn about how to find the airport shuttle bus from comments rather than DM upon booking.
