The hotel is very close to Shinsekei and metro. The room is small but has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable.

We booked the connecting room with breakfast plan and thought the price included everything. When we checked in, the hotel charged the breakfast for kids below 6 years old. The breakfast line doesn't worth the price so don't bother buying it.

Hotel was located pretty much right where we wanted to be, as fans of anime merch, cards and figurines. Just like in our last APA visit, the breakfast was filling, tasty and had plenty of variety. The hotel staff was professional and helpful during both check-in and check-out times. Beyond that we had no significant contact other than greeting each other upon entering and exiting the hotel. The two (or three) very nearby convenience stores are a big plus and the Yoshinoya is right across the street too. The microwave on the 7th floor saw heavy use and I dare say I grabbed a drink from the vending machine a few times and some ice too.

The sound proofing was not the best. The construction in the next building over was not as much of a problem as we were afraid it would be, but instead the neighboring rooms carried sounds more bothersome at times, like thuds and scratching. Mainly very late in the night. While this is definitely more an issue of guest behavior, better soundproofing couldn't hurt. Tv seemed to have a lot less channels that have any anime airing compared to 2 years back but I suppose that can have more to do with licensing and such. VOD anime are rarely as interesting as currently airing anime.

Great location, just on the edge of Namba, so you can easily get to the main roads without all the noise. Clean and comfortable facilities, all amenities provided and luggage storage service for free on checkout and before check-in.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The location is perfect, especially if you enjoy walking—there’s so much to discover nearby just by exploring on foot. The staff were very polite and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. The room and bathroom were clean, small, and charming, perfect for a solo traveler like myself with just a carry-on bag.

the room size is quite compact, so it may not be ideal for two people or travelers with large luggage. A single bed option would have made the space more comfortable for me. there was no dressing area or proper wardrobe, which could be inconvenient for longer stays or for those carrying more than just essentials. In summary, a cozy and clean stay in a great location with lovely staff—just keep the room size in mind depending on your travel needs.

The location is exceptionally good. Near the train station and near Nankai Rapi:t. Just 2 stations from Tengachaya station. Multiple restaurants and convenient stores. It's near Den-den town, Akihabara of Osaka. Alot of things to do nearby especially anime and electronics related. Near fish market too just one station from Dontonburi, and Fish market. The rooms are what you expected for the price in Japan.

The washing and drying machine is too small, there are only two pairs of washer and dryers. Multiple travelers use them and need to wait in the queue. There are no detergent dispenser.

The location is convenient, with the hotel situated near convenience stores, great local food spots, and Shinsekai. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process is automated, making it quick and efficient.

The hotel offers a breakfast course in the restaurant on the 1st floor, but we didn't find it worth the money. The food variety is limited. The Western-style options include some excellent bread, and the fried items are also good. However, the portions of Japanese-style dishes in the buffet are quite small. Additionally, although breakfast is advertised until 9:30 with the last order at 9:00, the staff stopped replenishing the food around 8:40. This means that guests arriving around 8:30 may not have access to the full selection of food.

Location was excellent! Ebisucho station right next to the hotel. Denden town, Dotonbori, and Shinsekai were also just a short walk away from the hotel! A huge variety of konbinis and restaurants were also very near to the hotel! Staff was friendly and polite and room was surprisingly in the 11th floor and had okay views even though I just got the basic cheap room! Room also had all the amenities that I needed and television was massive! Overall the hotel experience was great, considering the hotel location and cheap price!

Room was very small and toilet especially was extremely cramped and had a very low ceiling. Fine for a solo traveler for a few nights but would definitely for multiple people with a lot of luggage! The hotel also could have been cleaner. The corridors and elevators especially were quite dusty and dirty at some points. Room itself was quite clean so the cleanliness issues weren't that big of a problem for me.

Excellent hotel. I've stayed here before and will book again. I love Denden town being so close and had a wonderful view of the Tsutenkaka tower out of my window. Dotonbori is a 15-20 minute walk down a straight road, so very easy to find.

Construction work going on in the building next door. My room was on the 13th floor, so I wasn't too disturbed by it. But still some unwelcome loud noise in the mornings. Obviously, not the APA's fault.

It's very near to tsūtenkaku. Opposite has a great restaurant. Beside got a lawson. Near to station where u can take train to everywhere.

Thr room is small. Luggage can only be store under the bed. Bed is also small. Not comfort. The staff wanted to charge a fee for my children even I have make a booking according to the age requirement and booking.com stated it's free stay for my children. Not until I show them the free stay Wording.

The location of the hotel to the train station was very close that it made it easy to travel around and sight see.

Breakfast was a let down though. The room was very small and food was very minimal. The laundry room was small and machines only took coins which made it hard as there was no change machine there so we couldn’t use the machines and had to look elsewhere to wash our clothes.
