We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights here. The room was ok since I had my kids with me, the room felt small but ok nonetheless. Breakfast cost around 1,200 per adult. Kids eat for free if below 7 I think. The place is of walking distance to Dotonbori(around 15min walk), glico man, some Ichiran places(I went to a 24hr one, had a dump in the toilet and waited in line for a bit), and a big Donki building. There's also that river boat thing which we didn't get on. Overall the stay was great. cafe was on the ground floor.. microwave and washing machines on the 2nd floor(first come, first serve), vending machine, hotel-provided comfortable PJs, toiletries at the lobby. The hotel closes the main entrance at 00:00-05:00 but you can use your keycard to open it. There's some adult content on the tv if that's your thing. There's a Lawson right across the hotel and a 7/11 at the opposite corner. You can bring food to your hotel room from outside. I have post-Japan depression when it comes to 7/11's. We had to wake up early and take a taxi to the train station because our flight was in the morning.

The room was a bit too small even though it had 2 single beds but no big deal. I have 2 kids ages 3 and 6 at this time of writing. The door to the room opens inward and what you see is a small receiving area where you can put your shoes at, there's a small fridge(can fit some drinks), and there in front of you is the bathroom door. Our aircon acted up that time and had water dripping to the carpet to which I informed the front desk and they sent a letter later that night saying just to keep the temp higher because lower temps could cause condensation hence the drip, not really a big deal. I only wish they'd have hotel service to the airport or to a nearby train station but I think taxi's are already sufficient for that. I downloaded the Didi app(not to be confused with..)

Location was good. Central to Shinsaibashi shopping, Dotonburi food street and subways. Staff was friendly and spoke good English. They had a secured room to hold luggage. We booked 2 rooms and they were next door to each other.

The lighting in the hotel and rooms were too dark. I actually lost a contact in the bathroom because there wasn’t enough lighting. The wifi was weak.

Excellent location and friendly staff that spoke English well enough to both help us with dropping off and forwarding our luggage and with a question we had with our initial room where the ventilation fan from the bathroom was rattling the ducts inside the walls of the room, making a really loud sound that made sleep difficult. However we brought that to the front desk and they moved us to a nearby room which didn't have this issue. The rooms are definitely on the smaller size, we were unable to open our suitcases fully in the walking spaces and had to move them to the beds to get things in and out. The location is excellent though, being a short walk from the Shinsaibashi-suji shopping area.

Hotel review. Decent breakfast selection. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Bonus free cocktail available the night before upon pre-booking of breakfast. Convenient location.One street walk to Shinsaibashi suji. 7-11 and Family Mart available across hotel. Nagahoribashi subway station is a 5min walk away. Having laundry machines was convenient. If occupied machines with completed laundry runs were not picked up on time or left unattended, Front desk personnel can be asked to pick it up. Loved that they provided pajamas. Beds were firm but comfortable.

Our air conditioning unit would turn off middle of the night and take time for cooling. Staff were helpful to address our concerns. Breakfast selection could be improved. Variety could be changed. Pretty much the same offerings daily save for 3-5 dishes (macaroni salad swapped for potato salad, chinese meatballs for karaage, grilled mackarel for salmon, caramel croissant for pain au chocolat)

My baby got sick on our arrival and I asked the staff if we can check in earlier and without hesitation, they obliged. During midnight, they helped us call our insurance company and called for an ambulance. The staffs were all very helpful translating and would even go the extra mile to accompany us to the hospital. Location was close to the train stations and about 5 minute walk to Shinsaibashi area which was excellent. There is a konbini right in front of the hotel and there were a lot of great restaurants nearby. The room was a bit small but bearable. Will definitely go back because of their service.

It was the best hotel during our 20+ days stay in Japan. The room was nice and quiet, the coffee provided was great, comfy PJs and towels, and walkable distance for many attractions. They also stored our luggage for free for a few hours after check out. There is a subway entrance 2 blocks from the hotel and 3 convenience stores across the street to buy food for breakfast if you want. There was no breakfast available in the hotel during our stay

Two minor improvements I would suggest. Some hotels have space under the bed to store the luggage, and this helps a lot to make it more comfortable. It is nice that they have laundry facilities, but they are slow and people leave their stuff and never come back for it. In another hotel there was a basket and if no one was there to pick their clothes, you put in the basket to be able to use the machine. We actually gave up and went to a coin laundry 500m from the hotel to have both our clothes clean in 60min.

24 hour reception was very helpful

I booked a room for my sister who was coming in after midnight and I told the reception to expect her. However when she arrived, they claimed I wasn't staying in the hotel. It took 20 mins of confusion for them before they finally checked up on the booking. The reception I had talked to was a different one than my sister spoke to (although he was at the counter) and the one I spoke to did not bother clarifying the situation at all, likely because his english was not that great and he was also confused.

Pleasant Stay in Osaka. - Clean room - Friendly staff - Walking distance to many attractions - They offer luggage delivery to your next hotel in Japan. So you don't have to carry it when you're travelling to your next hotel. - There's a family mart opposite the hotel which is very convenient.

Just beware Room is very small which is very typical in Japan. We had barely any room to open our large luggages. We had 2 large luggages so we struggled. despite that it's all good! :)

This was an extra night for us because maybe I was not paying attention to the booking details and so I had to make a last minute decision. The kind lady staff at the front desk helped me with my situation and we resolved it. She said I only had to book the same type of room online and she would process it. So I did just that and luckily I was still able to book the same type of room. phew! That was a close one.

My booking didn't have breakfast included but it's not a big deal. We loved our stay.

We really liked our stay here - great location close to several stations. Convenience stores right around the corner. Clean and comfortable bathroom and bedding provided, spacious room, amenities well catered for.

The self service laundry was not a pleasant experience. There were very few washing/drying machines available to cater for the entire hotel. The drier took several hours and numerous payments to work for a small amount of clothes.
