This is a great location right next to train station. The hotel room was spacious in comparison to most of the rooms you book in Japan which is usually just a bedroom and bathroom. The staff was friendly and go out of their way to help. The rooms were always kept immaculately clean. Most hotels give limited cleaning. This hotel cleaned your room everyday. The breakfast was not the buffet at the Hilton but it was very good and what they had tasted great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing. Everything was way above my expectation.

The location was excellent; it was just a few steps away from Nankai Namba Station and had a direct train from Kansai Airport. Rooms were perfect and well-equipped. We were able to use the microwave, fridge and washing machine well. It is also well connected with many train lines, and just a short walk away from Dotonbori.

Our shampoo was empty even after room service, and we had to ask reception for a refill. We had 4 persons in the room but had 3 towels instead after 2 out of 3 room cleanings—each time I had to get towels from reception. Breakfast doesn't have much variation, so if you are staying for a longer period, you might want to have your breakfast outside instead. The staff were able to resolve the issues each time, just that they could be easily avoided.

Great location, round the clock concierge who are fluent in many languages. Always ready to help. Property was clean and cleaned daily. Internal washing machine was a winner winner chicken dinner as we packed light and came during summer. 24 hour gym was sufficient and private sauna (booking required at front desk). Was sooooooo good. We will def be staying here again. 3 min walk to Namba station and namba parks.

Vending machines and ice machine would have been nice? Not a deal breaker as there is family mart 30m away lol.

I've liked mostly everything. The room was comfortable. The washing machine was very convenient. The staff was so nice and accommodative, especially one woman that I forgot to ask the name, but she was amazing and I liked her very much. Thanks to her, I could check-in early without any charge. I won't forget that! I also loved the gym but didn't try the sauna. Maybe next time. The hotel is also very well located.

Nothing really. I would say the choice of food at breakfast but I didn't really eat there as I usually don't eat much in the morning and I prefered eating melon pan. There was also one stain on a towel the first time I got there and some hair on the pillow but nothing much.

The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful with any questions or needs. Hotel breakfast was yummy and a great way to start the day! The hotel had a laundry machine inside which made it easy to clean our clothes. Room was clean, quiet, and bed was very comfortable! Staff helped us with a luggage transfer directly from the hotel to our next hotel. We paid in cash at the reception desk for the luggage service. Hotel accepted luggage transfers and put the luggage directly in our room when it arrived.

The only washing machine in the few hotels I live in Japan that actually dried my clothes completely ( although it took 6 hours ) The room is spacious with a living room and a kitchen. It is a great setting for me and my sizable family. Everyone can have their own spaces. I work from hotel for a few days so comfort of having a nice working desk , decent internet is awesome. But the most highlighted feature of this hotel is it is so close to the train station and sky mall. The train station is 5 minutes walk! You can take Shikensen , JR and super close to malls and department store. I have no problem finding early breakfast and late night snack. Dragging six luggages to AirPort Express train without a taxi ! This location is in the center of everything ! I highly recommend for those who stressed out about commune. I even got a hair cut at the salon next door right after dinner :)

There aren’t many usb plugs in the room. Everyone in my family has a mobile and some has iPad and watch. Charging all the electronics proves to be tough. When we got there the sauna was broken for a week. I don’t know if that is intentional because too many tourists vandalize it or something else. But for my 1.5 week stay it never opened again. The toilet isn’t Japanese style. It is not as nice as some of other places I stayed in Kyoto. But it is still pretty decent.

Location is perfect! Very near to metro. Everything is great! All the staff are nice. They are so kind to provide something to welcome my daughter for her birthday aa this trip is our gift to her. The room is complete with kitchen and laundry facility inside. Also I like that they give 500jpy card to use in nearby stores if you decide not to have the room clean. Walking distance to dotonburi. Food options around the hotel area as well. I also availed their luggage transport to our next destination and it was hassle free. Will definitely book here again when we get another chance to visit Japan.

The location is very convenient to everything in Osaka. The property itself is very clean and the staff were super friendly. The room size and the in-suite washer/dryer were great. I was able to relax and be slightly messy because there was so much space. There was also plenty of closet space to hang or unpack your clothes. A funny thing that impressed me is how the comfy pyjamas fit me perfectly. Like how did they know?

That it’s in Osaka which was my least favourite place in Japan during this trip.

Best location! We stayed in the 2 bed room unit. Very spacious for 3 adults and 2 children. Primary bedroom has a big king size bed and its own bathroom with big bath tub. And second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The other bathroom comes with a shower only. Washer and dryer in unit was very useful. Full kitchen with big refrigerator and microwave and stove. Hot water kettle was also very useful. They provide daily stock of tea and freeze dried coffee. My only complaint was that it is pretty noisy since it is located by an over pass. However, if you are a light sleeper the hotel provided ear plugs to use. I used my AirPods to listen to videos. They allowed us to store our luggages after check out at 11am. And returned in the evening to get ready to leave for the airport. They also let us used the 2nd floor guest lounge and toilet to change before we left. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay, and would stay there again next time we are in Osaka. I highly recommend it to everyone.
