Loved the Prime location, right in the middle of the heart of Osaka, on the main street there. I loved how central the location was, but it was also very quiet, peaceful, clean, and modern up in the hotel. I loved the former swimming pool lounge. We loved reading, hanging out, and enjoying the free drinks in there. And it was nice to be high up and have a veiw of the city!

The room could have been larger, and the laundry free, but these are things that are normal and you expect in Japan. There was more than enough room to keep our luggage open and on the floor in the hallway.

Room at fourth floor was exceptionally quiet considering the busy Dotonbori street was right outside. Size of the room was decent for a family of four. Hotel provides free coffee, hot chocolate from a machine at the lobby. The room has feet massage machines. Water pressure from the shower was fantastic. Heated toilet seat and bidet were awesome. Kids love the bath tub. So much food options all around. Family Mart just opposite the hotel. Within walking distance to both Namba and Nippombashi stations so public transport options are good.

Unfortunately the coffee machine was under maintenance during the second half of our stay. Would've been great if the coffee machine had a matcha latte option as well (this was available in the Kyoto Forza hotel). Pillows could've been more comfortable - some were flat.

Fabulous location right in the heart beat of downtown Osaka, yet whisper quiet in hotel room. Breakfast was the best I've had anywhere. Room was immaculately clean. I had a problem with my bank and reception staff allowed me to use their phone to ring Australia for free.

Room air con was preset to a minimum certain temperature. I think it was 20 degrees Celsius. But when outside is zero degrees plus wind chill, returning to a room at 20 degrees is way too hot. Also windows could not be open to cool room down. It was no fun sweating in our hotel room. Sleep quality not the best because of hot room.

This hotel is amazing, the reception is located at the 3rd floor and they also serve coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby and there are 3 washing machine and 1 vending machine. When you go down and straight all the crowded, restaurants, foods, everything are all in one place, you go out from the hotel and turn a lil you will be in the famous dotonburi. This place like never die. In front of the hotel you can find a convenience store. The staff also very nice and helpful even though some with limited english to communicate, They also help me to send my luggages to Tokyo and pay in the hotel without need to go to yamato. Over all i love the hotel and definitely i wont choose another hotel in Osaka. This is the best !!!

The only thing is that cara not allow pass the road infront of the hotel. So you need to bring your luggage like bout 100-150 m from the main road. But to stay here with those kind of lil sacrifices its nothing…so worthed!!!

We flew from Australia to see Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. Royal Twin was the second hotel we stayed at. It is in the heart of Dotonbori, and an excellent location with plenty of restaurants, street food with shopping near by, and a Family Mart right across from the hotel. Most hotels in Japan will be small, (its part of the charm if you choose to see it) but Hotel Forza was the biggest one we stayed in. It was very comfortable, had everything we needed and had a gorgeous view on top of that. There is a service tax that you pay on arrival but for us which we knew prior to arriving, and it was only around $6.50 aud. Staff were lovely and greeted us when we arrived back after shopping and held our luggage on our last day. We had a wonderful night sleep there and will definitely be returning in future. Arigato Gozaimasu, Hotel Forza!

We loved it - it was our favourite hotel we stayed at. Just keep in mind it is in a very busy location but has the privacy of two elevators to get to reception and we really didn't notice any noise despite how busy it was down there.

This hotel was truly in the heart of Namba. You take two steps out of the front door and you're in the middle of the action. Yet despite it's proximity to Dotonbori, everything from the lobby of the hotel to the room is so quiet. The room was clean, the staff was extremely helpful, and the location just couldn't be beat. There's a breakfast buffet that offers both western and Japanese options that we enjoyed a few mornings. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

This is something that I've found to be an issue at most hotels we've stayed at in Japan, but the on-site laundry machines are limited in quantity and don't seem very effective. At one point I wash/dried just one single sweater, and after an hour and a half it was still damp. It's not a deal breaker, but definitely something to consider while planning a longer trip. We just ended up walking a few blocks to a 24/7 laundromat.

The hotel is in a great location, right on a busy tourist street and just 2 minutes from the Glico sign in Dotonbori. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted nice. Amenities are limitless. Note that cars and taxis can’t reach the hotel directly, which can make handling luggage difficult. The staff were efficient but not particularly warm or welcoming.

Located in a central area of dontonburi makes it a very very convenient stay with lots of food around. Travelling was also very accessible - via the nearby Metro (Nippombashi), which is also very well connected to Namba via the Namba walk. Very thankful for the warm help from the staff, the central coffee machine (and hot chocolate for the kids), and the microwave for heating up food from Family Mart. If I’m back here in Ōsaka, will definitely choose this property again! Thank you!

The rooms are quite small as expected of a boutique hotel - and perhaps what’s needed is a couple more racks to put our things.

The hotel is located in a very busy and touristic area of Osaka. It requires a bit of walking from Namba Station but that's easily done as the way there is mostly a pedestrian zone. The rooms besides the bustling streets outside are quite quiet especially on the higher floors but a bit of noise can't be prevented. Everything you might want to see is easily accessible by foot or via the close by subway and train stations. There are lots of amenities you can take at reception like bathing salt etc to enjoy a relaxing evening after your day out. We came here before two years ago and nothing has changed for the worse. We were allowed to store some of our luggage after moving on for several days to Kyoto from here to return thereafter.

Having dotonbori at the doorstep of the hotel was amazing. Breakfast buffet was great, with both Japanese and Western cuisine on offer. Staff were very friendly. Hot chocolate / coffee and filtered water machine at level 3 (available for free). Beds were comfortable.

Cleanliness of the carpets in the room (needed a good deep clean and vacuum). Size of the room was small, couldn't open a standard suitcase easily anywhere in the room.
