The best location in Osaka! Very comfortable beds.

The breakfast here was the worst of any of my 8 hotels in Japan. I would not get again.

Amazing location -- it's right in the middle of downtown Osaka. The rooms were sufficiently clean and comfy. Above-average quality shampoo/conditioner/body soap. The staff were very friendly and accommodating; we forgot to pack a USB phone charger, but the staff provided one to us quickly and free of charge! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, possibly the most frictionless I've ever experienced. Excellent value!

Since the location is so central, and we visited during Halloween, the night with a huge street party, it was a little noisy from our room, but definitely not enough to prevent us from getting any sleep. During 99% of nights, I think travelers will have no issues with noise. There were a few dozen flies in the bathroom. I wish the shower head was a little wider; it was more like a narrow spray like a hose.

Pillows could be fluffier or fuller, they are quite flat and don’t support maybe even offer an extra pillow. Tv should have ability to hear it in English or be able to log into Netflix etc

Could not watch tv as did not understand any of it and had no subtitles or option to log onto other apps. Check in time of 3pm is too late when travelling you get to the hotel at 11am and then wait for 4 hours

The Location was amazing for going in and out of the activities nearby

Nothing was really bad to signal it, Maybe the only thing is keep the staff on rotation since I recall 1 time I was looking for a staff member on reception and there was no one there.

The staff provided excellent service with attentive care. The property is located in a tourist area, making it convenient for travel.

Since I stayed on the 6th floor, which seems to be the housekeeping storage floor, it was very noisy, and there were items cluttering the area in front of the elevator, making it inconvenient.

rooms were very clean well appointed, good size compared to many other Japanese hotels. the staff were very helpful with holding luggage before and after our stay.

a convenient location if you are in Osaka for night life and bars until dawn. the location is possibly not great for families with children.

The hotel is about 2 mins walk to the shopping street and about 5 mins walk to the high end shopping district. Location was top notched, we shopped, then dropped off, then shop again. Very convenient. Staff are helpful too. We had a tatami room and well presented, we loved it - as it was very roomy / spacious.

Excellent location. Check in was easy and smooth. The staff was friendly, assisted us to keep our luggages prior to check in. Comfortable bedding & overall stay.

The toilet had a stain on the floor, could have been cleaner toilet.

The location is very close to shopping areas. A lot of halal restaurants choices within walking distance. Accesable and convenience to get around the city or outside towards Kyoto, Uji & Nara. Checkin and checkout was fast n easy.
