5 minutes walk from SinImaMiya train station (will go through 2 FamilyMart). One Mega supermarket (Donkihote) nearby. Has its own shower room & toilet. Shower room tall roughly at 200 cm (6 feet 2) with ventilation system a good help for drying cloths & towels . One 15-inch HD TV set HDMI port supported (at FHD mode looks weird). Card-key lock door system keeping your bags & properties safe. Hotel provided Wifi speed around 1.5mb/s ~ 4mb/s. Overall a pleasant stay for 2 nights (unlucky my flight got cancelled by typhoon 7).

9 out of 10 because (might be my own issue anyway but) the air conditioner at room 503 smells a bit musty & with the smell of mixed cosmetic products so instead I simply just open the window for the stay. Recommended for backpackers.

The location is very good, very close to a train station, quite a few shops very close. There is a paid breakfast buffet option, not a big spread but enough to fill you before you set out for the day. 1000yen, so not very costly. Rooms and bathrooms are small. The entrance is on the side of the building, reception is on the 2nd floor. Going beyond the 2nd floor, you your room card to activate. It has a paid laundry, shared microwave on the Reception Floor level. A convenience store is just 3 doors away, so I didn't look for a vending machine in the hotel. Tea/Coffee facilities are available in the room

Beds are on the floor. My fault for not checking that before booking. But beds were comfortable. The staff were very nice but not conversant in English, so you do need Google Translate.

I had a single room, which has a single bed, the mattress is a bit hard (and the pillow) but it was still comfortable to sleep. Room was small but still enough space to put my suitcase. It's a cheap hotel but clean and comfortable stay so good value for money. The wi fi never gave me any problem. There are tables in the lobby and a microwave in case you want to eat in. There is free filtered coffee in the morning. Location is ok, next to train to Kansai and a metro station. Namba is 30 min walk via Den Den town. However my room was facing a big street so there was some noise from the traffic here and then.

Room was clean. Had towels, a bath robe, slippers, a small TV, a mini fridge, air conditioner, bidet, hairdryer, toothbrush, shampoo/conditioner & body wash packets (you could grab more from the lobby if you run out). I was on the 9th floor. It was quiet and comfortable. Right next to the subway station. There's no breakfast, but there's coffee and tea in the lobby. I was having trouble trying to figure out how to pour hot water and one of the staff came over and helped me, which I thought was super nice. Check in and out was easy. Oh, and I loved the 'late' check-out at 12PM! Imo more hotels should adopt this check-out time. Plenty of time to wake up, eat, and pack up before checking out makes it sooo much less stressful. There's also an option to check out at 1PM for a small extra charge. Beyond that, you get charged a full day. Didn't use the wifi as I had my own. But everything else was great!

Nothing. My stay was great. Only thing I might have found useful was an iron. But it didn't impact my stay.

It‘s a budget hotel, so don‘t expect an onsen or massage chair ;) for what it is, it‘s perfect, very clean, very new. The staff is super friendly and fluent in English. The atmosphere is nice, you can have a nice chat with other guests. And it‘s less than a minute walk when you get off midosuji metro (exit 3). Also jr is only 2 minutes away. For the price i can absolutely recommend pivot

Minor thing: there‘s no closet but for me it‘s no problem. Just want to let you know in case you really need to unpack your trunk

I like the location of this hotel for sure because it’s very close to the Shin-Imamiya station. Coming out and going to the airport is very easy. It is also very close to the Mega Don superstore where you can get a ton o shopping done. It’s about 10-12 mins walk from Abeno Harukas and the Tennoji station area, where you have a ton of food choices and shops again. The hotel itself is adaquate for small parties, the room is small and a little bit spartan but at this price I paid for it was more than enough.

I borrowed an electric kettle from the front desk but it really smelled like someone cooked ramen in it so my water came out tasting disgusting. Other than this small thing there really wasn’t anything else I disliked.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. They allowed me to leave my bags at the reception until my check-in was possible (I arrived 3 hours early). I stayed there for a total of 11 nights. The AC is strong, and the room is comfortable. You have to inform the staff if you want them to clean the room in advance, which is a speedy process. The bed was comfortable, the fridge worked well. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. Though it is in an infamous area, I never once ran into trouble, and mind that I returned after dark very often. There is a metro and a train station very close to the hotel, so it's easy to go in any direction. For me, it was the perfect base for further travel.

I think that shampoo bottles would be better than the single plastic packings you can take at the reception. Also, it was a bit loud during the night (due to the nearby train station), but earplugs were provided. However, if you, like me, have trouble sleeping with earplugs in, it might make your nights a bit troublesome.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are two stations within a five-minute walk. It is very convenient to reach other places in Osaka. In the neighborhood there are several convenience stores. The hotel staff is very friendly and the explanations are clear. The public area on the first floor is equipped with a simple kitchen and self-service laundry and drying equipment that can be used at a very low cost. There’s no shampoo or body soap provided in the room, but you can take them at the lobby. The price is also nice l believe.

I hope there is a hot water kettle in the room. Although the room is not too big, it is sufficient for a single traveler. The TV is a bit small. At the night I can hear the sound of police cars or car horns outside, but it does not last long and if the windows are well closed that doesn’t bother me.

The location is pretty good! Very close to the metro and JR stations so moving around was pretty easy. It’s also one block from Don Quijote, so if you like shopping.. that’s the place to stay.

The only problem for me was the bed and pillow. The bed was a steel frame that moved around and the pillow was stiff and small, but for the price I paid and the location, it’s worth it.

The location is excellent, right on a main road, close to the train station and Shinsekai Street. The room is clean, well-equipped, and reasonably priced, making it ideal for solo travelers like me who prefer not to share a bathroom and toilet with others.

However, there is a minor drawback: the soundproofing isn’t great. At night, you can clearly hear the sounds of vehicles and trains passing by. If you’re a deep sleeper, this won’t be an issue. I’m a light sleeper, so I struggled during the first two nights, but it got better on the last night after I bought earplugs from the nearby Family Mart (highly recommended if you’re a light sleeper like me). Other than that, I have no complaints about the quality of the hotel.
