The room was very spacious compared to the average in Japan, the staff was very friendly and always willing to help.The location is good, close to several subway stations.

We asked for help on the day of our departure to order a large taxi since we were 4 people with suitcases and they told us they couldn't do it because they needed 24 hours in advance and that we wouldn't fit in just one taxi, however we arrived in an airport taxi, went out to the street, stopped a medium one and sure enough we did fit, they could have been more helpful.

We liked the Moxy spirit the fresh furnishing and reception area which at the same time was a bar, a meeting point and a breakfast area. It makes the place lively and fresh. The hotel is close to a metro station and there are quite many restaurants around the place to have a good meal in the evening.

It fits the cocept to have young staff managing everyting. If it is important to you that a hotel has the best specialised service at the bar or during breakfast then you want like the Moxy.

Good hotel. In a semi-quiet business district but still easy to walk a block and get a meal, groceries, convenience store etc. 5-10 minute walk to metro stations. Hotel was nice and had amenities you’d expect for an American chain. Room was. A little tight with 2 adults and a baby, but they were very accommodating with a crib etc. Fitness center worked great for my needs…a little small but as long as it’s not crowded you can get by with any standard workout. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend.

This is really reaching, but a trash can in the lobby would have been nice.

We arrived before check-in and was able to have our luggage stored prior to being able to access our room which. Room size (including bathroom) was very spacious, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. There were a few convenience stores all within 100m of the hotel in the event you needed a snack or wanted to buy some food to have before you headed out in the morning. Was an easy 25 to 30-minute walk to Dotonbori and Osaka Castle.

I liked that it was stylish and not crowded, with a plenty of space in our room for two big suitcases compared to most standard Japanese accommodations. The room was warm and neat clean, the shower necessities were excellent. There was also an ironing spot on each floor. The location was fine, 25 mins walk to Dotonbori and 15-20 to America-mura, but that’s better than staying in popular tourist areas in my opinion. Close to all key stations to travel around Japan.

Would prefer the window to be able to open :) It served as a source of daylight but it was blurred, so no street view at all. Neither could we open it to let some fresh air in, maybe it’s some kind of precaution against accidents, no idea

Very large rooms for Japan, extremely comfortable beds, large bathroom and shower, and the hotel has a very good vibe and atmosphere. It’s also in a quiet location close to a metro station for easy access to the major attractions. The staff was very polite and very courteous.

The breakfast is a bit pricey for what you get, communication issues with the staff and language barrier. The location is nice but not much to do/restaurants.

The room was large for Japan, they had coin laundry, lots of hooks and such for in-room storage. Lawson around the corner for quick snacks and things. The hotel was quiet, which was really nice.

No one on the staff seemed English proficient, which isn't usually a problem, it is Japan after all, but there were a lot of English-only speakers staying there and it can cause some logistics questions and communications issues. Not as close to a station as I anticipated but that's a planning thing on my part.

The room was decent enough for the price. Location access was neutral as there are few metro access within 500m-900m distance so one is expected to walk that much. Break fast is very average for the price as one might find lot of other reliable options than this. I must also say that they have a decent business lounge space in front where one could sit and work.

They had a gym room and that was very small. The hotel dint have any spa.

Such a fun place! The style is different from most other hotels. It’s fun and quirky. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. Location was easy to find and in close enough proximity to the train station. We visited a few of the nearby restaurants…the curry place was excellent. Staff was so helpful and friendly.

I’m not a fan of loud music in the lobby, but that’s just my personal preference and it was only Friday night that they had a DJ.

It is in a good location within walking distance to restaurants and trains. We stayed here back in 2019 also so I was glad to come back again

The air conditioning was difficult to get working, the room was quite warm
