It was just what we need to start off our holiday! Always love Conrad brand and stayed here before so I knew it would be a good choice anyway. Love the room so spacious and stylish and comfortable. Great location connected to the Shiodome station so easy to get around. Ginza and Shimbashi Tsukiji short taxi ride or underground or even walk if it’s not too hot. Loved it very much!

I have never written a review in my life, but this hotel was soooo incredible, i had to!! My stay at Conrad Tokyo was fantastic! The hotel is modern and absolutely stunning, with sleek interiors and beautiful city views. We stayed in a King Room with a Bay View, which was spacious and offered an incredible view of Tokyo Bay that was amazing to wake up to every morning! The breakfast open buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The food quality was top-notch, and so many options! What truly stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. A special shout-out to Peter Mizutani , who took exceptional care of us! Finally, the hotels location was perfect! We were a 8 min walk to Ginza, a fancy area in tokyo. Right under the hotel was an entrance to the subway, which can take you to farther locations. I couldnt recommend this hotel enough!!!

Amazing rooms. Fantastic pool and day spa. Beautiful views from the bar. The staff were so friendly and helpful. it was very close to public transport.

Having to pay for Wi-Fi.

Executive floor breakfast was fine, but not a big splash. Great view from here and from cocktail bar. Room great, bath area huge. Bed comfortable. Good general service.

Check in and check out rather slow. Felt like a schlep to get to room. Lift from ground floor to reception and another walk to a different lift then another walk to room. Lifts often quite a long wait. Off putting reservation system for hotel restaurants with no easy to understand published menus.

Proper lux hotel with spacious high-end room. The 25m pool was great for laps, with lovely clean water. Close to trains, or only a short walk into Ginza. Hamarikyu park across the road is nice too.

The crowd at the bar and restaurants were a bit to upmarket and uptight for my taste. Also there's not much of a 'high street' vibe outside around Shiodome, and you need to walk to access anything fun.

We were upgraded and we were extremely pleased definitely would come back and have already recommended to friends who are planning to go to Tokyo.

Kept stubbing my toe in the step around bath it’s the same colour as flooring it’s a design problem.

Loved the rooms, loved that the station was right below the hotel yet you could hardly hear them. Location was great. Highly recommend. Like most hotel, they provided pyjamas, they also had a turn down service at night.

Lovely rooms, although we were not on the imperial garden /bay side so not a brilliant view. Lots of space, well-appointed with every conceivable amenity and a lovely bathroom. Staff organised early-morning taxis vey efficiently. There is fabulous swimming pool on the 26/27th floor - bring your swimming cap. Staggering views on the south-western side for afternoon tea or the bar. The staff were helpful and very pleasant.

We would have preferred the other view but it seems to churlish to complain.
