The property was only 10 minutes away from both Disney by bus. The walk to the but stop was 3 minutes. The staff were so helpful in every way from accommodation to how to catch the train and and nearly shopping area and restaurants. They had vending machines for drinks, amenities such as wash cloths, toothbrush and past, Q - tips , razor and laundry facilities.

Front desk is not 24 hours but opens at 8 am and close at 9 pm. There is a cleaning fee if you want them to come and clean your room you must take out your own trash and take it out to trash bin outside the Hotel. But overall I didn’t mind for the price. Oh one more thing we had to pay upfront for the hotel stay unlike what I’m use to which is paying on check out.

Location - Hotel is located between Maihama Station (Disneyland) & Shinurayasu Station. Easy bus ride (No. 2, 4) both ways at JPY170. Free shuttle to Disneyland is available (scheduled) and free. Airport Transfer - Take the express bus to Maihama Station. Take the bus or taxi (JPY1600) Staff - Most Super friendly (compared to other hotels in Japan we stayed before). Easy communication (most speaks English). Very supportive of my spouse medical condition. Room - Decent room size for the price we paid. Have both user control heater and air condition. Nearest Malls - Shin Urayasu & Maihama stations

Very close (I mean, VERY close - like a 2 minute walk) to the bus station to the buses 2 and 4 - the ones that take you to Disneyland and Disney Sea. The room was clean and comfortable. The size was very good considering the japanese pattern - it was not super spacious, but was spacious enough. The staff was polite and helpful. I consider it a very good and affordable option for those who want to visit the Tokyo Disney parks.

The shuttle TO Disneyland only had late options. The first available was at 9h30am. So that did not work for us, since we like to arrive early to avoid big crowds. The lines to the shuttle FROM Disneyland were always huge. So we ended up having to use the public transportation to and from the parks everyday.

The location is great for Disneyland and Disney Sea. Are rooms clean and stuff fantastic? They have a free shuttle. That goes to Disneyland and disney Sea every day and pick-ups from the packs as well. Which was a fantastic bonus. They have on-site laundry, which is open twenty-four hours, which is great if you're traveling with a limited amount of clothing

Rooms are small with limited space to put suitcases. The bathroom is on the smallest side as well.

We thought the room was very spacious for Japan, and the service was very professional. The bed was comfortable, despite the reviews saying otherwise. Very convenient for going to Disney, and there were nice restaurants around.

Our only suggestion is that the elevator is a bit aggressive and closed on people while they were entering, with a lot of force. It knocked over a little girl, but she was okay.

Staff were so helpful. They did lots of favors like holding our luggage and receiving mail on our behalf. We are so grateful! The facility and rooms are older/outdated but they are close to bus stops and and from Disney Park. They also provide a free shuttle to and from the Disney Parks daily (times are not ideal but super nice!). They have washer/dryer for a small fee.

The outdated rooms but the linen was clean and the beds were comfy.

Near Shin-Urayasu station (3 bus stops or 15 min walk from the station), where there are many food choices. It also has free shuttle bus to Disneyland/DisneySea, but would be easier to walk 2 min to the main road to take bus 2 or 4 to reach the theme parks directly. Room was small (like a typical Japanese apartment) but had everything needed for our stay. Bathroom had a small bathtub for us to soak in after a long day at the parks.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but not an issue. The Aircon/Heater was very drying.

Very good price to service ratio. Far better than i expected of a two star hotel. They staff was incredibly kind and professional. Very forthcoming and helpful. So really, kudos to the amazing staff! Really big plus was also the big room. We travelled with four suitcases and it was very comfortable with all of them.

Our twin room was small and quite dated, but extremely clean and comfortable. Green tea was provided as were slippers, robes and a selection of pillows to suit you. The location was very close to the Disney Resort and there was a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the resort. There was also a convenience store on the corner which was great.

The hallway was quite echo-y.

The room was extremely functional and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to a nice 7 11 which was handy. They also offered amenities in the lobby.

If they had stairs you could use to get from your room to the lobby or outside. They only have one slow elevator which wasn’t a problem for my stay, but I could see it being an issue.
