Location is excellent Your only 1 or a few stops away from from some of the main tourist spots in Tokyo. I chose here incase I missed the last train, it was possible to walk back to the hotel as taxis can be expensive. Staff were very kind & hospitable . Japanese are super friendly and tried their best to speak in English. A lot of the important information/signs were already translated into English for your convenience. The comfort of the bed was great. A nice feather duvet and soft pillows. Air-conditioning was a life saver in the Tokyo heat. I was a solo traveller so the double room was big enough for me. It may be different with 2 in the room.

Everything was great and probably better than expected. If I was to say anything then maybe the toilet was a tricky experience. You have to remember this is a small apartment room in the centre of Tokyo for a great price. The toilet is in a small bathroom space and you cannot adjust your legs when sitting as the wall is so close on one side. That's all..I could live with it.

Clean, quiet, easy to access after hours. Great staff; good communication. Nice neighbourhood, convenient to transport (bus just outside, running frequently; reasonably close to Hiro-o & Ebisu stations). Great washing machines and dryers onsite! Little induction cooker and microwave were handy. Great value compared to others at the time we were looking.

A little cosy for the two of us, but pretty normal for Japan. Note: the rooms are described as all being smoking rooms, however when we enquired, the staff said they would endeavour for the room to be as fresh as possible. We smelled no smoke at all on our arrival or within the corridors.

The room was very clean and well equipped, with soap, shampoo, conditioner, face and bath towels, robe, hairdryer, air conditioning (cooling and heating) etc. They let me check in early at about midday with no extra charge which was a nice surprise. The location is very good, with a bus stop and conbini at about 2 minutes walk (if that). The 87 bus takes you to a number of train stations, including Ebisu and Shibuya. The closest train station is Hiro-o at about 15 minutes walk, if you don't fancy getting the bus. The staff is very nice and polite, one of them speaks English very well so there was no issue with communication. The hotel rules are well explained in a paper sheet given at check-in, everything is very clear. The bathroom is tiny, but has everything you need and the shower has a nice pressure and it's very warm.

The stairs and corridors always smelled a bit of cigarettes - but the room didn't, so it wasn't too bad. The room was on the third floor with no lift (which was mentioned during the booking process, so not a surprise), but the stairs were well lit and wide enough to easily carry up luggage. The room has a double bed but it's pretty narrow - probably ok if you're with a partner, but I was with a friend and we didn't fancy cuddling so we alternated sleeping on the floor! They gave us an extra blanket free of charge on request so we were always warm.

Great value for a hotel. No problem with noise outside during the night. Location was very convenient, where the bus can take you to Ebisu Station, Shirokane Takanawa Station and to Shibuya. —————————————————————————————— BUS TIP: At the exit, turn left and turn left again. When you head towards Mini Stop, there are two bus stops. The bus that heads left will take you to Shirokane Takanawa Station (Nanboku Line to take you to Akasaka, Roppongi, Azabu). The bus that heads right will take you to Ebisu Station and Shibuya which has the JR Yamanote Line. —————————————————————————————— There were restaurants nearby, a bit lively which I prefer. Had washing machines and vending machines for drinks. The staff were very nice and also allowed delivery like Amazon or Rakuten to the hotel as long you specify for the name. Probably the most functional shower I have used haha. It’s probably because it’s in Japan, but the water got hot very quickly which is very convenient. The bed was perfect as a couple, and the pillows weren’t too soft as I was able to sleep easily. I locked myself outside one morning and the reception wasn’t open, but I called someone through the inter-phone they opened it for me easily. Smelled a bit of smoking but it wasn’t as bad as it was super tame. Would definitely come back here again if I need a place to stay!

First time checking in, the corridor felt quite eery. However don’t be afraid as it probably just hasn’t been renovated for a while. I got used to it quickly. Will be annoying for guests if they don’t know how to get to the nearest train station by bus. Wouldn’t recommend if you are claustrophobic or very tall as the room is quite small and couldn’t shower together with my girlfriend.

it was affordable without sacrificing our basic needs in a hotel. we had our two large suitcases spread wide on the floor during the whole stay. that's how spacious it was!

location is a bit far from the nearest train station but there's a nearby bus stop that can take you to any of the following: ebisu station, shibuya station, shirokane takanawa station, and tamachi station also, there were no elevators so we had to carry our luggages (but the staff was nice enough to consider our request for a lower floor)

Very good location there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that takes you straight to Shibuya or other train stations close by. Room was clean and comfortable a typical Japanese hotel/rooms a lot of business people seem to stay there. There’s laundry facilities and kombinis close by. Price for length of stay and area was very good and great for short stays.

Room is small but this is pretty normal in Tokyo but has everything you need en suite, fridge, tv, mini kitchen and AC. We were 2 people and are quite small but if you are tall and bigger might be a bit difficult. There is extra room for you to open your suitcase but we could only open 1 large suitcase at the time. There are also cupboards to but stuff away to make room to move around. No cleaning for stays that are 1 week or less but the reception give you toilet paper, fresh bedsheets and towels and bin bags if you ask them.

My boyfriend and I spent two nights at Flexstay Inn. Our room was small but equipped with everything we needed: a small kitchen, fridge, microwave oven, private bathroom and air conditioning. We could easily get to Shibuya from the hotel by taking the bus 8 7 from a nearby bus stop. The front desk staff is very polite and, at our request, they stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out.

The bed was slightly small for two people to fit comfortably. My boyfriend says he slept well, while I felt a bit too crammed. Overall it was not too bad. We knew about this issue before our stay, as it was mentioned on the website when we booked the room (about a week before our stay): there weren't many options available, so we had to find a compromise between cost and room/bed size.

The room was extremely clear! I like that so much, never seen so clean rooms. Also, the room itself was big enough comparing to other Japanese cheap hotels and well equipped: fridge, electric stove, hair dryer, all kinds of chargers. A lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The quiet neighbourhood. Laundry with dryer inside the building on the 1st floor.

Sound isolation doesn't exist. You can hear everything on the street. The hotel located next to the fire station, so sometimes you will hear fire trucks syren. Pretty far from metro station (about 15 min on foot).

The ac and heating unit. Bed comfort wasn’t bad either but needed to buy my own extra pillows outside of hotel since staff denied my request and could not get an extra pillow from front desk.

No extra pillows for more elevated sleep. Asked staff and request was denied so my acid reflux made it hard to sleep. Would wake up coughing on my saliva due to not enough elevation. Thin walls, could hear the people talking and laughing.
