The Hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and attentive. The location is also good, it's a few minutes from Tamachi Station, and it is comparatively quiet as compared to the city center. This was a good place to start our trip, and all the other places that we wanted to visit were accessible from the Yamanote-sen. Arriving from Narita, Tokyo Station is nearby as well. The staff helped me with the luggage forwarding as well to my next reservation.

The Hotel room, as expected was small. The window did not open as well, as I sometimes prefer to get fresh air. Another thing that would have been great would be providing drinking water bottle on a daily basis. This is something that is nowadays expected from all hotels three star and above. However they did have a water filter on each floor, so we filled a bottle every day before we headed out.

AREA: I love how it's located in a lovely, quiet town and very near the train station. There's not a lot of tourist spots but that's what we loved about the Tamachi area. Being our first time, we enjoyed the convenience of walking around to explore the restaurants and the nearby mall and supermarkets. We regret staying only 2 nights, we really wanted to just hang out in this area more. The location is the what I liked most about our choice of staying here. RECEPTION: We arrived early we didn't get to check-in but there is a convenient luggage shelf with lock where you can store your luggage so that you can conveniently go around the city while waiting for the check-in time. The receptionists know some English, which also made the experience easier. ROOM: The room was nice and just enough for 2 people with 2 luggages. Anything more will make it feel cramped. We had to take out a few amenities like the ironing table and the foot massager so that we can have more walking space in the room. AMENITIES: We appreciate the room being cleaned once a day and how we are provided with matching pajamas. TOILET AND BATH: The toilet is amazing, has a lot of buttons and a seat warmer. Shower room size is just right for 1 person but not advisable for a big-sized person. A sink is located outside of the shower, quite unusual but good enough for us.

CLEANLINESS: The carpet looks quite old and would not advise walking bare feet on it. Use the hotel slippers (they provide a reusable one) or I brought my own slippers - personal preference.

I like how close it is to the station. There’s also a bit of restaurants nearby plus the breakfast buffet was nice. I booked a small double room but fortunately it was good enough for 10 nights with 2 large and 2 small suitcases. The lounge was also great to get some work done or just to chill around while waiting for your laundry.

The room was quite dark even with all the lights on. It was slightly difficult to get ready and put makeup on in the morning. Not really a dislike, but maybe a con? It’s located in a business district so it’s super crowded on the way and at the station in the morning. We tend to go back to the hotel around 8-9pm so we miss afternoon rush.

Quiet location and only a few minutes from the Tamachi train station. Beds are harder than what we’re used to but after adjusting to them, we slept very well. The room had a deep bath, which came in very handy after walking all day. The staff were helpful and arranged our luggage forwarding.

Surprisingly, even though the bed was a bit hard, we were able to sleep comfortably every night. TV can be connected easily to netflix and youtube. Near JR Tamachi Station. Located in a neighborhood which wasn’t too busy, with restaurants, convenience stores and supermarket nearby. We didn’t expect that the road near the hotel to be lined with cherry blossoms. This made the morning and night walk more enjoyable.

The dim lights on the hallway and color pallette of the walls and carpet made the vibe of the hotel really old.

We liked that this hotel was in a quiet area but only a few streets away from shops. It was a flat 5 minute or so walk to the train station and this linked to many lines so we could get around Tokyo easy. The staff were lovely, greeting us when we came and went. There is a microwave, massage chairs and vending machines available too. Our room faced the canal which also overlooked the monorail - this wasn't very noisy at all. Probably one of our favourite hotels from our Japan visit.

There is only one washing machine and drier (300 yen each if I remember right) which meant we had to do washing later at night when it was free. The drier took about 1.5h to dry our one load of washing.

Room was a little too small for 2 people with suitcases, good shower and wc, Plentiful choice and excellent quality, buffet style breakfasts. Location 5 mins from Tamachi Station and the main loop lines, great location with restaurants and corner shops and a super supermarket called Life

Nothing they could alter but the room was a bit tiny. The design of the sink in the room prevented adequate cleaning but it was not a problem. Otherwise all good once we had come to terms with tripping over out luggage

Great location, 2 stations (mita and tamachi) at not even 10 minutes by foot. A nice area for evening meal is across the tamachi station, with many izakayas, a shopping centre with plenty of restaurant and a medium size supermarket just by the tamachi station. The tower is at walking distance and the path to reach it has a lovely scenery with the tower on the background. The hotel provides you with necessitises such as mouthwash and shaving gel, it also has a laundry room and a lounge with free coffee and massage chairs Water dispenser on each floor. Room clean and quiet.

The only two minor draw back were that the window was completely sealed (which is common in modern hotels) and that the room was quite small (if you have two big luggages and two small, better to upgrade).

Very close to Tamachi and Mita train and subway stations for getting around. Good sized room and very comfortable, firm beds, with lots of complimentary extras and nice touches. Used the washing machine facilities on 2nd floor and breakfast was quite good but plenty of eateries and metro food stores nearby as well. A fairly quiet business area full of industrious and hard working commuters. We were travelling with JR train passes which can be used on the nearby Monorail, connecting to Haneda airport. All good.

Nothing

The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful. I loved how they offered me a small gift upon arrival and I think the aminities they provided in the lobby such as shower caps and razors were great. Breakfast was good (coming from a picky eater). The hotel is only a short walk from the metro station and centrally located, which was great for exploring Tokyo. Overall had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the city.

The bed was quite hard, that's the only thing I didn't like as much.
