This hotel is a great choice for those who wish to be close to all the touristy areas in Tokyo. It is one stop away from the main Yamanote line which makes accessing popular areas very easy. The hotel was compact but had everything needed. It was clean to a high standard. Amenities were available in the reception area. From Narita airport, it takes a little over one hour to get to the hotel. Staff were friendly and able to communicate in English. Bag storage before and after check-out was very helpful. There is a lovely rooftop view in this hotel.

Our room was located right in front of the elevator and unfortunately we could hear a lot of other guests early in the morning and late at night. The compact double room is suitable for 2 people, although do be aware it is quite close quarters. Perhaps better for a stay under 3 nights.

This hotel is a hidden gem and was perfect for our 6 day trip. Great location with easy access to transit (3 min walk) and just one stop away from Akihabara. We stayed in a compact twin room and it was definitely compact by western standards but perfectly adequate for a parent and older child traveling together. The rooms were quiet and clean, bed was firm but comfortable. We loved the pajamas and the bathroom soaps. The air conditioning was cold which was perfect in the middle of a Tokyo heat wave. The staff is so kind and helpful. I don't speak Japanese beyond greetings but the front desk staff spoke enough English that we made it work. Breakfast was good as well, and included a vegan curry option! We really appreciated luggage storage after check out and the front desk staff helping us sort out a cab ride to the airport on our last day. If we get a chance to return, we would absolutely stay here again.

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. I was surprised that there was not a wash cloth in the bathroom towels but I think that might not be a norm here. We had our own from Donki so it all worked out!

I stayed here with my mom and absolutely loved the hotel. We had heard that Tokyo hotels are typically small and the beds might not be as comfortable. However, our room was spacious and we had enough space to open two big suitcases. The room was absolutely spotless. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious and had a decent variety. It’s only a few minutes walk from Asakusabashi metro station and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I recommend this hotel and would love to come back here!

My only complaint is that the pillow was a bit smaller and flatter than your standard pillow.

Very nice and quiet hotel, a little bit further from the centre of Tokyo, but 2 minutes walk from a metro station and 15 minutes walk to a different subway line - which was super convenient for us, as we tried to avoid the hassle of changing the lines in Tokyo subway. And, if you don't mind walking, (we don't) it's 30-40 minutes walking distance to Asakusa area (with the shrine, shopping , tourists and cool vibe). Breakfast choice was quite good; the "japanese" part of it especially - noodles, soups, salads, different varieties of tofu.. But the western part of the breakfast menu, for less adventurous tourists, was also good - yogurt, cereal, croissants and more. I would stay there again if I ever come back to Japan. Room was clean (goes without doubt in Japan), comfortable and surprisingly slightly larger than we expected, reading all the reviews about Japanese hotels small rooms

Surprisingly roomy for a space that had two beds and a sofa bed. We did have to open our suitcases on the bed, but we already expected this given the size of the room we had booked. Hotel had all the standard amenities that one needs whilst traveling, including a range of supplies available at the lobby for free. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a money change machine in the lobby as well. Family Mart was a quick walk to the left and the station a short walk to the right. The ramen shop across the station was a convenient place to grab a quick meal on our first day as we were too tired to go much further. Akihabara was one station stop away.

One small down side was occasionally, there was a strange smell coming from the sink drain. But it only happened twice during our stay.

Everything. Starting from the way staff has treated me, ending up on tea during lunch time/ umbrella's weather updates and the rooms. Rooms are so spacious, shower essentials are so high quality. I will be a regular if/when I come back to Tokyo. Best quality/price ratio if you ask me. Also, another thing to add, we forgot our bag with souvenirs and other stuff at the Tokyo SkyTree, so hotel staff were very kind to contact them and retrieve as thorough information as they could and I was able to get my lost bag!!! I am in awe.

Breakfast was a delicious buffet with both western and japanese style cusine.. Location was just a short 5 to 8 mins walk from the metro/train station depending on the exit. The twin bed was both big and comfortable enough.

If booking a 3 person into the usual twin room which they do offer, there is barely any walk space for you to open your luggage. You might need to open it on the bed or bring the small size luggage, please take note. Bathtub was too small for me(177 cm height) but there is an public bath (Sento) nearby that they can show you the directions to.

The place is convenient. It's very close to the underground and JR line stations. The staff is always trying their best to help. They provide free luggage storage service, which makes our daily route in the city much easier without the heavy luggage's.

We lived on 5th floor in November. The weather is a bit cold, which causes the air conditioners running in a higher level. The ventilation fan is just outside our floor and it generates a constant bumping noise like a running washing machine or tumble drying machine. We can even hear it in the corridor. It was confirmed by one of the staffs and he apologised for that. With the same price, we can get a studio in another MONday hotel in the other location in Tokyo. But I can understand that it's about the location.

The location is great, few minutes away from JR and Metro stations. The staff was very helpful, even when we had to upgrade our room as the booked one was too small for 3 people, or when we needed to book a car to go to the airport. We tried also the breakfast - amazing! Enjoy the night view from the rooftop!

Please extend the late check out time. We where able to pay 2 hrs till 12, but traveling with someone with walking issue, would have been great to be able to stay there a bit more. Yet we were able to leave our luggage there for the whole day.

This was, by far, the largest hotel we've ever stayed in, in Tokyo! We booked the family room, and it was so spacious! There is tons of room to spread out our luggage. The bathroom was also huge; a separate toilet room, and then a shower/tub room. Also close to metro/JR stations. About a 15-20 minute was to Akihabara electric street. The staff were very helpful and friendly- brewed tea every day at 3pm, and offered extra pillows!
