Exceptional hotel with outstanding location: right in front of the subway and JR lines, in a walkable distance from Ginza area. The hotel is large and offers much more than you could need: delicious breakfast, vending machines and the laundry room. Evening drinks in the lobby are great, too!

Unfortunately, take into account the following: rooms are extremely small. The conditioner dehumidifies the air so it is hard to breathe and sleep (we were having headaches constantly at night), and you cannot open the window to get some fresh air.

Good and clean rooms. Comfortable spaces and good location.

The staff was not very welcoming and the check in process was confusing with different people helping you at different stages only to then finalize the check in on a screen. The laundry set up of a washing dryer combination machine is not so efficient since the machine does not dry well. I found the hotel to be expensive for what it was.

Location was excellent closed to main hub shibuya and ginza . Staff is very supportive and try to help in their capacity . Certainly language is big issue every where and hotel is not shielded from this issue .

No Resturant or caffe and language issue

Good location, close to subway lines, in an office building complex. The rooms were smaller than expected (but I guess it is quite standard in Japan). The staff was very helpful with everything. There was a free buffet in the afternoon, but it was just a few drinks and no snacks, somehow disappointing compared to what is advertised. There are vending machines and washing options in every 2nd floor. There is a convenience store and a Starbucks in the next building and also dining options near the station. We also liked that you could pick up any needed toiletteries at the reception.

The only dowside is that there were no closets or shelves to unpack our luggages, instead there was a 3rd bed so we ended up using it for storing our clothes… but it also made the whole space very tight. There are no turists sites in the vicinity, but the subway and JR lines take you everywhere.

Great location. Right in front of hotel you have access to shimbashi metro station. Ginza district tokyo tower within walking distance. Also they offer complimentary sparkling wine between 5-7 pm at the lobby. Rooms were very clean. They had air cleaning machine in the room. They provide laundry machine on each floor for a very small fee. We liked the pj’s they provide for free. Also they change the pj’s everyday. If you book in advance you get a good deal. We paid 200k yen for 6 days. Although room is small compared to other countries’ standards it is spacious for tokyo standards and we managed well to get comfy for a 6 days stay. They keep your luggage for you in case you arrive early or leave late. Easy checkin and check out.

The hotel’s location was excellent, the services outstanding, the staff wonderful, there are stores inside the hotel, the metro station is just outside the hotel, we had a great stay

The hotel kindly provided a complimentary airport transfer upon our arrival (we didn’t ask for it), which we greatly appreciated. However, due to a delay in our connecting flight (something beyond our control), the driver ended up waiting for over an hour and informed us that because of the wait, we would need to pay for the transfer (we have realized later that the price we paid was twice as high as Uber) that was not a good decision

The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of most tourist attractions like Tokyo imperial Palace,Tokyo Tower and Tsukiji Outlet Market(fish market) Our room was very comfortable and adequate for three people. It completely met our expectations with its quietness, cleanliness, fast Wi-Fi, and daily 0.5ml bottled water per person. We were very pleased with the variety and abundance of the breakfast, the hotel's style and welcome drink.They served complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the lobby between 5:00 PM and 7:00 pm. Our stay revealed how right our hotel choice was. Highly recommended for anyone considering staying here.

This hotel is located in the business district so there are a couple of train stations nearby. The shimbashi station is a little of a walk (about 10 min with multi levels- escalators avail for luggage) but excellent if you land/depart out of Haneda. Shiodome station is the other about a 2-3 minute walk, with the most useful being the Oedo subway line. Hotel Elevator- longest wait for one to the room or lobby was 15 seconds.

Our room -802, was located as far from the elevator as possible. Room numbers x01-x15 is quite a hike to the one bank of elevators and ice/vending/laundry.

I really liked my stay at the Villa Fontaine. The building is beautiful and it’s a great location to reach wherever you need in Tokyo. The rooms were clean and we loved the free happy hour they had every day. The staff were accommodating, and provided us with an iron when needed and helped us complete our luggage forwarding.

The washer/dryers aren’t very good. They aren’t the cleanest, but mostly they don’t dry your clothes. I ran my clothes through 3 dry cycles and they were still damp. I’m not sure if this is a problem with all washer/dryer combo machines, but these didn’t work for us. And the rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s most rooms in Japan.

Location is excellent, staff were great & very helpful. There is a vending machine room with ice dispenser on same floor. They had welcome drinks in the foyer & a simple happy hour (free for guests) at 5pm. Room was a good size (for tokyo) & well set out. Shower products were brilliant & you can grab lots of bits & pieces for your room in the foyer. Although there weren't any clear intructions for how to use the TV or if the water in fridge was complimentary. Asked if we could watch the Netflix channel on TV but it was a little difficult to communicate over the phone.

Turned up at 9am to drop bags, told to come back to hotel from 2.30pm for 3pm checkin. We were informed by staff at 2.50pm that our room was ready but when we got to the desk we were told no & then had to wait until 3.15pm. A little frustrating but not a major issue.
