Located about a 30 Minute walk from Tokyo train station made it easy to get to and from the hotel and with a Metro station 5 minutes walk makes it easy to get out and about . Hotel staff as with all hospitality staff in Japan were great, Room was clean with new towels every day and bedding every third. Lobby had multi language city guides along with metro maps . Handy tip , Buy a tourist metro pass , available 24,48,72 hours rather than using a pasmo or similar it will save you heaps . Study the map and all the line and you will be able to go every where in the city. Across the road is a handy supermarket, Drug store and Family mart selling pretty much anything.

I thought the breakfast was a bit ordinary and for 1400 yen or not much more I could of got nicer in a cafe . The location is in a business area so on the weekend there isn't much open in the way of bars and restaurants unless your prepared for a walk. If your with a family and looking for some night life it could be a pain spending time on the metro going places .

The room had enough space for two people, two large pieces of luggage, and smaller bags (weekend bags, duffel bags, bookbags). The bed was comfortable and the pillows were firm and substantial enough for my neck to lay on comfortably (I suffer from neck pain). The staff were very nice and accommodated our needs, such as when we needed to get a taxi to the airport. The bathroom was a standard Western bathroom, so the toilet and bathtub were in the same room. It was clean and had all the amenities I needed in it (body wash, shampoo). You can also pick up face wash and a robe to wear from the lobby.

The hotel seemed to be located in a business district so you would have to walk for a bit (10-15 minutes) or use public transit to travel to another neighborhood with more interesting stores or attractions, but that didn't bother me and my partner, as we did not want to be too close to loud nightlife attractions anyways. However, this might be a deal-breaker for people wanting to be close to the busier parts of Tokyo.

I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Kayabacho and had a great experience, mainly due to its excellent location. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around and finding places to eat incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, providing a pleasant and relaxing environment. The bed was particularly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great local tips and ensuring a smooth stay. Overall, Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Kayabacho is a fantastic choice for its prime location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

There were a couple of drawbacks. The laundry facilities were disappointing. The hotel only has two small machines, which were insufficient for drying two days' worth of clothes for a family of four. Additionally, the laundry room itself was cramped and poorly ventilated. Another issue was the pillow quality. The pillows provided were too soft, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. I recommend the hotel upgrade to better quality pillows.

Overall, this is a very cozy and convenient hotel. I stayed there for more than 10 times already. The ladies in the reception are amazing friendly and helpful. Room space is not big (normal size in Tokyo), but everything you need is just there with good quality and clean. 3 minutes walk distance to Kayabacho Station. Family Mart and 7-11 are very close to the hotel.

There was a smell, seems causing by the humidity

The Hotel is very close to the Metro station Kayabacho, and the staff was very obliging in getting us a 72 hour pass for the Metro. The connectivity for the Tokyo is excellent and we were able to get around Tokyo very easily.

The attitude of the night staff when we were checking out! Albeit we checked out at 4:00 am in the morning, but that is not an excuse for her sulleness though she did help us get a Taxi to the Airport.

Very nice and clean hotel. Close to Kayabacho metro station(about 5 minutes walking) All facilities that you need including a safe box.Enough room surface for two persons. On street you have 7-11 store and family market,starbucks and all kind of restaurants. Very quite zone.

Near metro station! It was convenient to go to metro station, around 6 minutes walk, and easy to reach other area such as akihabara. Plus there's a konbini nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities provided were good - toothbrush, towel, pyjamas, comb, etc. The hotel even assisted us to transport our luggage to the next destination.

Quieter location, close to subway. Well designed and organized room - made it feel larger. Bathroom was level with hotel room, no step up or over. Everything functioned well and was up to date. Quality. Staff spoke English well, bus stop right outside too.
