We booked a smoking room, even though we are not smokers as that was what was available . While the room had a slight smell, it was mostly fine and the aircon helped to keep the room fresh. The room size was also decent and we enjoyed the daily breakfast. We also loved that we could use our Netflix account on the TV and had access to a smart TV in general. The hotel is well situated with the fish market very close by.

We came off a 24 hour flight from South Africa at midnight. We were at the hotel two hours before check in and our room was ready. However, we still had to pay for early check in. This is not the case across all hotels.

The location is so great that near Tsukiji Market and convenient to shopping

Great location, super well connected to all touristic attractions. The room is tiny (to be expected in Tokyo) but it has everything that it is needed. Staff was really friendly :)

There is generator which was humming constantly which made it difficult to fall asleep. Not much espace for luggage (but again as expected in Tokyo)

Walking distance from 2 train stations. The room was cleaned daily, and disposable slippers were provided daily. On the reception floor, you can take the toiletries/coffee/tea that you need. A Lawson store is located at the ground level of the hotel. It is within walking distance from the Tsukiji Market. Checking in and out was a breeze. No need to provide a security deposit.

Typical of hotels in Japan, the space is tight, particularly the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay, and would very much like to stay here again.

The location is perfect! You can get a train just in 10 mins walk and there is a bus stop just right in front of the Hotel. The price is reasonable in Tokyo. There is a convenience store just at the ground floor of the hotel and there is plenty of restaurant and shops surrounding. Highly Recommended!!!

Love the location across from tsukiji market, the nicer side of Tokyo with Ginza just on the next suburb or two. The staff was friendly and the area is quiet at night.

It is a bit of a travel to get to certain attractions as it is located on the other side of Tokyo. Also, the hotel is not right next to the station, about 5-10mins walk to the nearest public transport.

Theres a bus stop right outside the hotel and a convenient store just downstairs. The shopping area is about 10min walk. Good location! Staff were friendly and attentive.

I tried once the breakfast and it was not included but I didn’t want to take it agains giving it was not a continental one. But this is not a must have since it’s a hotel in Japan.

What was great - location, walking distance to multiple stations - clean, laundry available Challenging - PowerPoint locations to plug in medical devices (I had to pull apart the light to be able to use it)

It was our second stay there and we really enjoyed their breakfast last time, but this time we stayed without it. Alternatively we used a convenient store on the 1st floor, and you can get free tea bags, coffee and toothbrushes on the 2nd floor without additional fee. The reception staff was friendly and helpful! Very smooth check in & out.

It would be even better if the rooms have a little closet.
