super friendly and competente staff

The rooms were spacious, homely, clean and comfortable. Tamachi is not too far from Ginza, but a bit further away from hotspots like Shibuya and Roppongi. Thankfully the subway is a short 5 minute walk away. Probably the biggest takeaway from our stay at the Pullman was the standard of service and care taken over every request we had. I’ve never had such brilliant service from a hotel before both pre, post and during my stay.

Spacious room; impeccable service; excellent location next to two major station lines; plus surrounded by large walkable areas with cafes and restaurants; good noise insulation; high shower water pressure; varied breakfast and yummy food.

No natural light mirror in the room; lobby is always crowded and loud due to functions and meetups, feels like a hostel when you enter or leave.

We loved the helpfulness of the staff, no issue was too big - they would do anything to make it a comfortable stay.

We had an issue at check-in where a double charge was processed. I am still waiting for that to be refunded. However, the staff compensated immediately, with free meals, transportation, and access to the lounge. Every colleague I interacted with was really excellent. This truly is a 5 star hotel.

The bed is so comfortable. The location is amazing, located between 2 different lines of trains. So convenient. Very close to Ginza by train and by uber very close to Roppongi, and not far away from most big stations by train. Amazing! There’s a supermarket connected to the building that opens til late. This is a dream! And just the hotel is a good size and excellent service!

Nothing to complain at all

the location is perfect since the hotel is very near to the rail station the bath room is very good especially the strong shower the sound proof is very good though the hotel is beside the rail station

the price is very expensive though for 5 star hotel the 'king bed' is not comfortable since it is dividing by two queen beds the quality of the mattress is not good enough for 5 star hotel level

Location: extremely convenient to access the Tamachi Train Station. There is a 24-Hour Seven Eleven Store from the main entrance of the hotel which is nice if you forgot toothpaste or an umbrella. Room: The room was spacious and much larger than a standard Japanese hotel room. Our room had the view of the train station. Clean: the room was clean and had an air purifier in it. Executive Lounge Access was a plus. They have Netflix and Amazon Prime in the room. You can sign in using your own credentials.

There was no bathtub. It was a shower only. The gym was very small. Two trend mills, one elliptical, and one bike. The place felt like a factory. People coming in and out and sitting in the main lobby.

Others than the bed, the room was in top-notch condition. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, absolutely outstanding Great location for a city trip, public transportation, and eateries just within a 4 minutes walk

Cleaningness of the bed linen and pillow cases leaves room for improvement Also, the mattress was a bit saggy already

We were here for sightseeing and for that purpose the Pullman Hotel in Tamachi is in the perfect location. The hotel is right next to Tamachi Station on the "Yamanote Line" and therefore offers excellent connections in all directions. Shibuya and Shinjuku are easily accessible on the Yamanote Line, as is Tokyo Station in the opposite direction. Haneda Airport can be easily reached by taxi in 20 minutes and costs between 5000 - 7500 yen depending on the time. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very attentive.

Room was comfy, clean, and spacious for our luggage. Location was convenient for us.

Minor issue was part of the rain shower did not shoot water.
