The location is very convenient, near Daimon station and very near small convenience stores like Family Mart and Seven Eleven. The area is generally very safe and quiet. The laundry service is excellent, especially for those who do not want to bring their wardrobe in their suitcase.

Breakfast is almost entirely Asian, with very few "European" options. Do not expect any cheese, ham, fried eggs etc. instead, you can choose among fish, noodles, chicken, vegetables and rice (not of the best quality).

The location was near 2 train stations so getting around was super easy. That includes arriving from the airport! There was a grocery store nearby, lots of food spots, 7eleven, Family mart, etc. my room luckily had a view of Tokyo tower which was cool! I liked the 2nd floor which had vending machines, high tech washing and drying machine, and microwave! Also they transferred my luggage to my Kyoto hotel efficiently. Staff were very helpful. Rooms overall clean. I would stay here again (:

It was a little dusty when we arrived. I left a note for housekeeping to dust the bed board, tv, and the vent since I was getting allergies from it. Some dusty areas were cleaned, but there were still some dust stuck in the vent and behind the beds. It was enough to where my allergies weren’t bad though so I didn’t mind to ask again.

Really good location near the monorail to get directly to Haneda airport. We booked the hotel specifically for this reason for our last night in Tokyo so that it would be easy to get to the airport in the morning. It's a 5 minute walk to the station and although it's a quiet area there are some good places to eat nearby. The hotel itself was much nicer that I expected. We had a triple room for 3 adults, which is actually 2 interconnecting rooms and this worked really well as it was spacious (by Japanese standards, eg. we had room to open all our suitcases) and we had 2 bathrooms. We had a room on the 11th floor with great views at night including Tokyo Tower.

We only used this hotel for one night and it proved to be the perfect choice. We had an early flight from Haneda, and this hotel is located an easy walk, with your bags, to the monorail station for an express journey to the terminals. It's also an easy stroll to a lovely park and shrine at the foot of Tokyo tower. We booked a twin room, and it was spacious enough for our two bags. We arrived two hours before our check in time, and the very friendly staff helped us stow our luggage in the self-storage area. It's a self check in and out buy we found there were also staff on hand to help anyway. It's in a quiet location, but with shops and restaurants close by, so we had a good nights sleep before a long flight.

The location is superb with many metro lines in 10-15minutes max proximity (there are closer ones as well), so it was a great place to have as a base to explore Tokyo, without the huge crouds of Shinjuku or Shibuya (other well connected places) - also you can take the metro all the way to Haneda (can confirm we took it) and Narita (there were signs for it) airports. We stayed at other Sotetsu Fresa hotels and they have pretty much the same quality across Japan and we were satisfied with them. Would definitly stay here again!

Location is easily accessible to restaurants. MTR is close to hotel. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower. A supermarket is nearby to support daily necessities.

Lack of common room for guests' gathering. We came in a group of over 10 people, we find it hard to get together to discuss itineraries or sharing the days' joy and fun. The hotel room size is small, cannot accomodate over 10 people for the aforesaid . This is inconvenient and disappointed. The computer area is set along one side of the wall , the dining tables are all the way in the dining hall. When we have happy conversations (after your office hour), computer users will be disturbed. This is not a sensible design.

Great location near Hamamatsucho station with access to the Tokyo Monorail (for Haneda Airport), Yamanote line (for access to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Ueno, and more). Daimon station is also very close by with access to Shinjuku, Asakusa, and the Skytree. Within walking distance to Tokyo Tower as well Rooms are compact but that is typical for Japanese hotels, they are very comfortable though and have all the facilities that you’d expect Staff were very friendly and happy to help out

Nothing, the hotel served my purposes perfectly (a place to sleep)

I had a perfect 3 night stay. The value-for-money was incredible, and there were so many useful touches that made the stay more pleasant. Rooms and common areas were spotless and importantly it's quiet both in the rooms and in the neighbourhood. Connections to Haneda and Narita were easy.

Staff didn't speak too much English but did whatever they could to help, so this is by no means a criticism!

Everything was fine

The fire alarm was activated, we were scared at the moment, the hotel didn’t have information in English, even knowing that in a hotel many people would probably won’t be able to speak Japanese. Didn’t get a compensation for that matter and the scared we’ve got, because it was a false alarm. That day it was raining, we got out in the emergency stairwell only in pj's and I got a cold.

great location , just a little walk (less than 200meter) from Daimon sta., many conbinis & restaurant near by, tokyo tower, parks Rooms were nice , pillows are great, toilet is good (not to climb up a step into bathroom, staff are always friendly & helpful, etc

a bit un-thorough cleaning : • there were hairs on blanket the first day we checked-in, • mirror in bathroom was not cleaned on some days
