Amazing location nearby Azakusa, Kuramae station (direct to Narita), Tokyo tower. Above all, an outstanding service that was a game changer for our daughter… she forgot her favorite plush when we left to fly back home. The hotel manager took the problem personnaly and 2 weeks later both were reunited 15000km away from the hotel. Outstanding location and service : we will defintely be back !

I wish they would state on their website and booking page that they don’t allow tattoos even if you are a foreigner or if they are just “art” tattoos. That was a huge bummer.

Absolutely convenient location in close proximity to two metro lines (Asakusa, Toei Oedo), convenient stores, and some decent restaurant options. Rooms have everything you need and you can get daily amenities from the lobby. Free fresh ground coffee is greatly appreciated. A bottle of water is given daily. Rooms are perfectly clean once you get back from your daily adventure. Can't ask for anything more in my opinion.

Not from personal experience, but I did notice certain questionable interactions from the front desk staff with other guests. A guest needed help calling a taxi and the FD staff seemed like they didn't want to help. Agent kept saying "Please call them yourself." Another guest wanted a damaged suitcase to be disposed of. One FD agent said they could do it but there would be a fee. Which was fine. Then another agent interjected and said no they don't do that. I found this a bit shocking coming from Japanese hotel staff, who are held to the highest standards in hospitality. It may have been just hotel policy, but I felt that it could've been handled in another way.

this hotel was actually nice! many convenience stores around, subway stations not far. location isn’t too bad since there are subway stations near you! i would recommend this place and i would come back!! staff were also really nice!

The location was very close to subway. It helped in local movement and to airport. Lot of eateries and shopping places in the nearby areas. As expected it was very clean, modern and the staff very helpful.

Nothing as such. The breakfast is not a buffet. You get coupon which has to be shown to the attached restaurant. They have few fixed options menu. Unfortunately there were no vegetarian options.

The facilities are really good ( coffe, cocoa, tea)at the vending maschine for free. The room where we stayed was cleaned everyday. Congratulations to the ladies who are cleaning up the rooms. Great job! The breakfast was ok, 6 types of dishes (that includes egg)+Walter+salat+ ( cofee, orange juice, tea-at Your choice). Location is good, less than 10 minutes to the metro Asakusa line and Oedo line.. There is a laundry room also al the lobby which is really practical and for a good price.. It is conveniently located in Asakusa. The included breakfast was simple but tasty, and we appreciated that it included salad. The adjoining cafe was convenient, as there are few breakfast places in Japan. The room is small, especially the bathroom, which was expected, but it was efficiently laid out and very clean and modern. As with most hotels, loungewear and slippers were provided.

Our toilet had a small leak on the bathroom floor and we had to leave a towel on the floor. It was inconvenient in such a small space and we were staying 5 nights. We advised the front desk but the issue was not resolved and they did not communicate with us either. It was not a big deal but it would have been nice to have some follow up communication.

Overall great stay. Location has a nearby station which have a direct train access to Narita and Haneda airport. Clean rooms and washroom. Great staff.

We were there on golden week (spring). The rooms does not have their own air conditioning. They have centralized air conditioning like some other hotels in Japan. We asked to have a cooler room temp but was advised to open the windows instead. Luckily our room is not on the street side but we can still hear the cars and the emergency vehicles when they pass by. I checked the booking.com website before booking if it says airconditioning and it does.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Tosei Hotel in Kuramae. I stayed with my partner for a total of 13 nights for my second year in Tokyo. The initial train ride from Haneda Airport to Kuramae station was absolutely perfect. Throughout our trip we realized that Kuramae had a direct line to the Haneda station making it easy to get to and from the airport. You don’t have to make any transfers off the train. The staff at this hotel absolutely very kind and helpful if needed. When we arrived we presented our passports and got our room keys right away. Throughout our stay we met some housekeeping as well who were very kind to us also. The housekeeping can come in every day or you can put the do not disturb sign on the door. They will provide you with an amenities bag with fresh towels and waters as well. The hotel has two complementary waters so you can focus on bringing snacks and other drinks into the mini fridge kept inside the room. There is a microwave on the second floor of the hotel in the laundry room. The coffee machine is also convenient if you don’t want to leave the hotel in the mornings for a coffee. They provide free biscoff cookies as well. The laundry room was quite busy when I first arrived but every other day after that was easy to wash in the evenings. The laundry machines take about 2 hours and 15 minutes not including an extra 30 minutes for more drying. I usually set out the laundry before we left since it didn’t dry fully but the heater during the winter helped well with that. Our clothes would be dry by the time we came back from our outings. The room is sort of small but that is to be expected of in Tokyo. I made it work with my partner. There’s a small closet to hang up clothes and they provide free slippers for the room. The bathroom is elevated a bit but the showers get very warm and toasty. Which I loved! The bidet in the bathroom is heated and very nice on cold nights. Thankfully there was a space between the wall and the TV.

My room was a tad bit run down, maybe due to lots of travelers. It was still super clean! Also no view from my room unfortunately.

Good location, right next to the Oedo Line Kuramae Station which you can use to travel to other stations and change to other lines very conveniently. Also have the Asakusa Line, which is slightly further away from the hotel but not too far. Just need to turn right after exiting the hotel and walk straight for 10 mins and you will reach Senso-Ji. For the price point, this is exceptional value for money. But if you are going as a group, see if you can book other rooms that they have to offer as their Double room would be a squeeze even for couples. Also had very nice and helpful staff, great facilities like free coffee, ice maker etc. Around the hotels there are also different convenience stores like Lawson and 7-11 and Aeon Supermart.
