Another good stay here. Checked out the pool this time, which was lovely. Welcome cookies a nice touch. Clean, spacious and comfortable room.

I took my bottle of Diet Coke out of the fridge in the morning before I checked out and it had frozen solid. It was in the door, where I usually store my insulin. I’d thankfully not put that in so I didn’t forget it, but if I had then it would have been destroyed. The fridge didn’t seem overly cold but clearly it was. I did report this so hopefully it will be addressed, but something to bear in mind if you are storing vital medication in a fridge there.

The units were great, quite large with comfortable beds. The bathroom was good, but shower was weirdly sunken with the curtain rod at head height and hot water limited. The restaurant on site serves great food and the prices are reasonable. Staff at the restaurant were lovely. It was pretty quiet at night, with only a little bit of street noise now and then. Staff were lovely, happy to fetch whatever you may need, be it fresh towels or more toilet paper (there is the option to have your room serviced everyday but we prefer to just grab fresh towels and toilet paper).

The location is on the dodgier end of town, but Ubers are plentiful and not too expensive (don’t walk at night). Even though there are kitchens with cutlery and crockery, there’s no dishwashing liquid or scrubber (we had to buy both from the OXXO). If there’s a kitchen, one would think there would be supplies cleaning products, just like bathroom soap. The reception also doesn’t open until 8am and the check out process is a bit arduous, with housekeeping needing to make sure you haven’t stolen anything from the room before you get your deposit back. We didn’t know this and meant we were delayed in leaving.

Lovely spacious, clean and comfortable room with plenty of kitchen equipment for if you want to cook. Short walk to the main marina area. Nice wee balcony. The fresh cookies and bottles of water in the room were a good touch and much appreciated.

Quite a bit of traffic noise, though I always travel with earplugs anyway. Some of the fixtures need a bit of attention - the balcony door didn’t completely shut properly and the freezer compartment door swung open every time the fridge was opened. All very minor points though.

I accidentally booked for 2026 instead of 2025 and they found a way to accommodate us despite receiving my date change request less than 24 hours before check-in. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that they gave us a one-bedroom suite with complimentary breakfast and yummy welcome cookies. :-)

There was a private event at the in-house restaurant next door, so both of the hotel's parking lots were full. I ended up having words with one of the patrons due to lack of communication between the restaurant and the hotel reception.

Great location close to dive Center, lovely staff and decent facilities for price. Lovely allowing me to use the pool ( part of restaurant) and still have the food discount before and after check in and out . Very accommodating

I was in room 204 and I found it noisy - there is constant traffic even late at night . But if noise not an issue is perfect. I am normally spoilt and live in a super quiet area in a Victoria property with thick walls so used to super silence . I got used to after 4 nights but then had to go on the liveaboard diving

It was super clean and well maintained. They really pay attention to detail. Everything in the room was working, it smelled nice, and the kitchenette was perfect. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the private courtyard. The pool was amazing, and the restaurant was great. They also have parking, and the wifi worked well. Overall, it was quiet and peaceful, and I will not recommend it to anyone because I want to keep this secret gem to myself 😃 I'm just kidding. It really is a great little hotel.

You have to make a deposite as if it was a rental and it can be a hassle if you have to leave in a timing as they need time to check everything and it looks as if they chase you, maybe that would be good in spring break with youngsters but with a couple I dont see the point, its a bit too stiff for a chilled holiday place!

The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed (kitchenette and bathroom sre top notch). Great AC Fantastic bakery/restaurant next door and lovely little pool too.

The hotel is located in Cabo proper, on a busy street so expect traffic noise. It didn't bother me as I always bring earplugs but you might have to keep that in mind.

We arrived late at night (after 10 pm) and it was no problem getting checked in by the security guard who is on call during the off hours. Our room was clean and comfortable with strong WiFi. TV had streaming services. The adjacent restaurant serves fantastic food. Don't miss breakfast as you get a slight discount as guests of the hotel and all the meals we tried were seriously yummy!

Awesome hotel away from the main city so it is quieter which was perfect for us as it was spring break season. Food was lovely especially the breakfast quesadillas! Service in the restaurant was also great. Our room was perfect for our needs with self contained kitchenette and nice bed/tv/ shower. You could take an umbrella from reception and head to the beach ! Felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again and kudos to the kitchen and waiting staff!
