The hotel is amazing, the food I will say breakfast and lunch is ordinary but dinner is amazing. Staff and spa are awesome.

The beach it’s too close to the hotel not leaving much area to walk specially between all the people selling stuff nonstop in front of you blocking the view and at night is not safe to walk on the beach because there’s a couple of bars next door where a lot of drug dealers are outside harassing people plus there a public area next to that places that allows anyone to stay at the beach and the people standing there looks creepy. Also you can hear all the noise of those bars from some rooms of the hotel , at least I was one of the unlucky ones.

The location was great and close to restaurants and the marina (which is where they have more restaurants, shops and the indoor shopping mall). Happy hour was generous and happened two times a day. Staff were AMAZING (very attentive and friendly) and the view was breathtaking. Easy access to massage locations, excursions, etc.

There was no kids club which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. We wanted to be able to have the kids go to a safe place for a few hours while we enjoyed some adult time.

Location was great — right on the beach with a private area, walkable to the center of town and all the restaurants it has to offer. The room was large, clean, and we loved having a balcony with a view of the beach and the pools (and the fireworks that went off a couple nights!).

I didn’t love that the minibar was FULL of over-priced drinks. We went and purchased a bunch of drinks/snacks but had to pull all the mini bar items out in order to put our drinks in.

Staff just arrived. we got in the pool staff member with a cross tattoo, served 2 drinks, and told me last call afternoon Thursday! no one approached us, so we had to approach the staff. Get out of hospitality wait staff. poor customer service

very close to swimmable beach. views are amazing. great attentive staff. extremely close to everything, marina, restaurants etc. there are literally boats from hotel going to lovers beach pool is nice. also this hotel has restaurant with best view ever

initially I had poor experience with hairdresser but then they fixed it and gave me great hair conditioner to try, so I am not mad

I didn’t like that they didn’t do anything in g about a drunk person blasting country music in the pool all evening, nobody could relax and enjoy the scenery. People complained and they did nothing

The was great along with the location. The staff very friendly from maid service to towel workers to poolside / water side waiters. Also the entire place was very clean. The towel / umbrella workers were great.

Number 1 complaint - could not pay cash for food or drinks. Poolside service at pool was pretty good, but if they saw your kids bring a water from the room or adult bring a beer to the pool it seemed the service got slower. Kind of annoying that we could send $100 at pool but then get not as good service because someone brings a drink from the room. Not good for overall tipping. Also, on Saturday night after the fireworks a local bar turned up the music / bass until 2:00AM. It was much, much, much louder then any other nights.

Great service. The executive room was very comfortable and spacious with a kitchen and dishes and everything to cook if you wanted to.

Only one person working at the Wild Canyon desk. Had to wait a long time almost an hour to book the tour.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are always so positive and are very helpful. We did not encounter any rude staff members which we appreciate. The view was absolutely beautiful.

Although the resort is nice, our room felt dirty. The floors were dirty, the bath tub was dirty.
