The staff were sooo good- Tania, Thomas, Sylvia, Armondo - just to name a few! The food was very good - even after 3 weeks we were very happy with the menu. The view, the pool and the beach were all great!

Just a couple of suggestions - it would have been nice to have some drawers to put clothes instead of just the big 'cubby' holes in the closet. More hangers and perhaps some 'safe handles/bars' in the shower as it felt a little slippery at times.

Nice, clean room in a good setting. Probably very well if you only care about a pool and some sun.

Our experience was tainted by the fact that we booked a family room for 2 adults and 1 child; but they charged us separately for the child, and had him sleep on a large inflatable bed that made the room very cramped. We complained and were upgraded to a very nice suite; but it was not nice to have to complain and move. The food is sub-par. Not ideal for an all-inclusive.

Nirú was exceptional! The service and attention from the staff were outstanding. The building and rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. We stayed for a couple of nights, and it was quiet, relaxing, and perfect for celebrating our anniversary with my wife and our 2-year-old. Highly recommend!

We loved the staff first of all. Friendly, professional, cordial, welcoming. Second great thing is location. The facilities are beach front, the beach is really nice and clean, and the closeness to convenience stores, Placitas, the embarcadero, restaurants, etc. We loved the infinity pool, the private pool in our room, we loved the greetings when we arrived, we loved the staff friendliness and willingness to accommodate all our needs as much as possible. We loved breakfast and dinners. We loved the room, space, decoration, hairdryer, kitchenette, view, safe, comfort of the bed and pillows, towels, the convenience of Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Pool service and beach service. WE loved the kayak, ping pong table and foosball.

The lunch buffets style, the lunch food options, the lunch food quality, from all the bad, maybe the lunch is the least bad since you might not eat at the hotel while sightseeing, but the days that we decided to stay and enjoy the hotel and facilities, the lunch was not good. Nothing looked appetizing, the dishes that we tried were not great, we only ate there twice and one of those dates the only thing that our kids wanted to eat and that looked decent was hamburgers, and they had ran out, we saw everyone else including adults eating hamburgers so that was very very disappointing because that meant go outside to get food ( time and money wasted). We did not like to have to use so many elevators to get to the beach club or to the room. The room description was confusing, it said it had two beds but in reality it was one bed and one pull out sofa bed, but there was no extra bedding for it, then one night we used the extra blanket because it got cold and the following day the extra blanket was gone and extra towels were gone too. Having to carry the beach towels all the way up and down instead of having a station at the beach and at the pool side would be of great help.
