The food was SOO good here. Best all inclusive food ive ever had. The food at the italian restaurant is great. The drinks were perfect, not crazy weak like most all inclusives, not nasty strong. The servers at the pool bar were so nice and attentive. The beds were super comfy. The view from the room is spectacular! The beach is gorgeous, its like one of the only white sand beaches in PV. We booked it for a really good deal, $275 CAD per night for 2 ppl, and felt we got a really good value out of it. We went up to the VIP top floor at 6 pm, there wasnt a single soul around and it closed at 7pm, so we hung out up there and watched sunset and nobody bothered us even though we didnt pay to access the area (i guess because there was literally NOBODY else around?) Theres a bus stop right out front so you can very easily bus here from Zona Romantica for 10 pesos per person. They were very happy to let us use the facilities early before check in AND late after check out.

There is a super annoying seat saving culture here - there arent enough loungers for everyone at the hotel so if you want a good spot, you have to get up around 730 - 8 and go down and save yourself a spot with a towel. The variable open hours of the restaurants are really confusing, some arent open mondays or wednesdays, some arent open on just fridays, and we found some things closed before they were scheduled to which was frustrating. We went to the italian restaurant twice, once we were given amazing and fast service, and the second time we were basically ignored. It was like nobody was assigned our table and so it took AGES to have our meal. Really weird. There were lots of kids. Our room was directly behind the lobby and it was loud at times.

white sand beach(probably the only resort in P.V. that has a private white sand beach), safe water, nice ground floor pools, all rooms are ocean front with amazing ocean view from balcony, roof top adult only bar and pool, friendly servers at restaurant. Shoutout to server Raul, Angel, Gonzalo, Manual, etc. They all showed high level of attentiveness and professionalism. And most enjoyable part of our trip, is the room service! Very happy with the room service and looks better than visiting the buffet restaurant. Please tip them if you can, big or small. Overall, this is a great place for people who just want a place to enjoy Ocean/ pools, drinks, not overly picky about food( because it needs improvement), likes to sit at balcony to enjoy sunset, likes to take a cheap taxi (only $10-13) to downtown, very safe and cost efficient for 2-4 people. If food can be improved in the future, it can also dream place to return.

The buffet restaurants. It is lack of high quality food and only presentable if you visit during first hour of open. Could have more fresh sea food varieties. And often there is mini flies on the salads table( not hotel’s fault, but could use more protection methods). The Italian restaurant menu option is very limited, you need to order appetizers, soup, main course, special, dessert, etc to get an overall experience. You will be disappointed if only order a main course. The Mexican restaurant, however, is nice on individual course, but portion is very small. Place 3-4 orders per person would make it wonderful experience. Again, pls tip if the server works hard for you.

Spacious rooms. Food was decent, typical all inclusive quality. VIP area (rooftop, pool, spa) are very nice and worth the splurge, its the only place to get proper sun and relaxation away from the noise and kids by the pools downstairs.

Staff seemed to be quite disorganized and often forgot about requests or gave us mismatching information. Despite paying for massages at the spa and being told we could stay in that area after check out, other staff rudely kicked us out. Sun doesn’t reach the pool until afternoon so really only worth it if you get the VIP pass for the rooftop.

Swimmable beach but big waves so little kids need to stay shallow. Beautiful views. Lovely hotel. Mexican restaurant was so good. Easy to get towels. Bartenders made great drinks. Servers were awesome!

Not that great for a family of five for sleeping. Two double beds and two couches. Very annoying hun throughout the night but not sure if that’s every room. Wasn’t able to get a lounger by the pool the whole trip but we preferred the beach anyways.

Stayed at this resort for 6 nights & 7 days with a family of twelve. We loved it! Check in was a bit slow but smooth. All rooms that we could see are oceanfront. Beautiful view from the balcony. We were on the 4th floor and really liked it - 5th floor had the lobby, bar and 2 a la carte restaurants. The resort itself was beautiful as well. 2 pools. The one with the pool bar was louder during the day (music, games) and the second pool was a quieter option. Both were great. We found no problem finding lounge chairs somewhere around the pools before 9/10am. Staff were extremely accommodating and would help move the chairs around where you’d like them. I saw staff bringing chairs and umbrellas down to the beach for whoever wanted them. The restaurants were good, no complaints about the food! The beach was great for swimming but the waves were quite big at some times of the day. The staff were seriously amazing. Every single employee we interacted with was so helpful and accommodating. They really cared about making sure we had the best stay possible. We also liked that the key cards were built into the wristbands - can’t be lost! Great sunsets!!!!!

The sun doesn’t hit the pool area until late morning. You can head to the beach for earlier sun but it’s also nice to have some shade in the morning before sunshine all day.

We were directly on the water with very little beach. My husband loved hearing the waves crash all the time. For me, it was hard to sleep. Staff was great in the restaurant helping me stay on my special and restrictive diet. Especially Carlos in the Veranda restaurant and Omar in the Italian restaurant. Good food.

There was a VERY loud wedding right below us until 11:00, with loud music. Impossible to sleep. Same with the nightly entertainment, but at least that stopped at 10:15. If you go to bed early it would be hard to sleep. We were on the 4th floor. Maybe higher would be better?? Also pools were cold.

Excellent food options. Top quality service, especially Eduardo at the Ekinox Bar and Gonzalo at Andiamo. Check in and out totally smooth. Great beach and excellent facilities. Value for money ratio very, very high. Travelled with my wife and elderly parents. Staff was very helpful and accommodating helping out with disability needs. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. They have a very useful app for communicating guest requests like room service, room cleaning, etc. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Skip the bigger, crappy chain hotels and stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Nothing. This place is an absolute hidden gem.

Thé staff is ++ helpfull and customer oriented . The food is good+ but thé restaurants (italian) isn’t top. Buffet and bars are fine. Entertainement is very good

Thé building’s 12 flots créâtes stade on the pool, chairs, etc until 2:30 PM. A déception when you go South for the sun

Food in the Menu only restaurants was a hit and miss. Buffet food appeared much better in quality. Staff could do better especially with cleanliness and housekeeping.

The staff were incredible - so friendly, helpful, considerate. I hurt myself on holiday and they really looked after me and were so friendly and nice while I was laid up. I contacted the hotel to find out what a taxi from the airport should cost so I knew in advance what was the correct price to pay and I budgeted for it.

I tried to get a list of the activities offered through the hotel in advance so we would know what was available and costs to budget for but was not able to. That would have been helpful. but other than that - nothing - our stay was amazing!!
