Crown paradise was perfect for my families. The kids really enjoyed it and I will definitely go back again in the future.

The only thing I didn't like was , the workers was serving food without any gloves on. I don't think it's fair for anyone to touch someone else's food with their hands

1, The waiters in all departments of the hotel were dedicated and enthusiastic, reflecting the friendliness of the Mexican people; 2, The rooms were clean and tidy and the meals were plentiful and delicious; 3, Every room faces the ocean with an excellent view;

1, The automated coffee machine and water bar in the lobby should provide 24-hour service and should not be removed after 6:00 p.m; 2, it is recommended that the beverage dispenser in the main dining room be replaced with an on/off faucet.

This hotel had everything needed for a great family holiday. We have arrived home today and cannot fault the place at all. It was basic but very clean, rooms are cleaned every day. Food was fine and the staff were lovely.

The restaurant booking system was a bit of a nightmare but we did eat in a couple of the restaurants. Whilst we were there, 2 of the restaurants did not have to be booked and acceptes walk in diners (La Piazza and Los Gallos) but there is always a queue for them.

This was a very clean resort and it was clear that a lot of time was spent to keep it clean and tidy. There was also plenty of space around the two pools (plus the covered indoor one) and at the beach. The kids club was great for my two children (age 5 and 7), as the slides were perfect for them. There was a lifeguard on duty in the kids club which we really appreciated. We did not have issues making reservations at the specialty restaurants, and we utilized making reservations for excursions directly through the resort. Overall this was a great family location and it was really easy to relax at this resort.

There was an issue connecting to wifi because we had wifi, but the concierge gave us the extension to call to fix it and it was really easy to do. Also, the beach wasn't super clear of kelp, which was a little annoying and not depicted accurately in any of the pictures of the resort.

Everything on this resort was great! From the service to the views. I took my 5 yr old to the resort for his birthday and he enjoyed every second. Reasonable price, literally everything on resort is included. Easy transportation, but some seem sketchy. All staff friendly. Only critique is the food on the resort was 2/10, my 5yr old eats anything but even he was unpleasant with the food at all restaurants for all meals off the day. It was hard to get bottled water, but the bars gave great drinks for kids and adults. I highly recommend for great budget but leave resort for food.

The staff at the buffets and restaurants, pool staff were amazing. They were so warm and inviting.

The front desk staff did forget to call us in the morning we were leaving. Thankfully, I was up. As well, I was also given a price by booking.com and was overcharged by $142.78. Which is bothersome. When spending money at the stores in the resort, they would ask pesos or USD dollars. I would state pesos, and it would be done in USD. Which was way more money. Also, the sewage smell is overwhelming at times.

We had a wonderful stay for four full days and five nights. The room was kept immaculately clean, all the amenities were excellent, the staff were kind and efficient, and the food was actually quite delicious, with many options in the buffet and tasty selections in the other restaurants. Beautiful beach as well and a fantastic kids' club that our 6 year old enjoyed.

Reserving some of the reservation-only restaurants was a bit stressful in the mornings, but there were plenty of other reservation-free options for dining.

Everything was good, quick and easy check in, staff were nice and helpful. Lots of food choices although not all restaurants were a 10 ( everything at the Steak restaurant was good except the steak, weren’t big fans of the seafood restaurant at all, all other restaurants and snack bars were great ), cleanliness and nice pools with easy access to the beach. The balcony was nice and beds were comfy. Lots of fun activities for the family We had a great time and would come again.

It was great staying at Crown Paradise Club Cancun! Great hotel, friendly hotel staff is responsive, easy check in, conversations about reservation were easy, hotel room, bathroom are clean, the room is big enough for 3 people. Bed is medium firm and very comfortable. Hot water flow in the shower is continuous with very good pressure. Hotel public WiFi speed is slow, download: 1.23 mbps, upload: 0.74 mbps at 5:57 pm. Hotel provides laundry service for additional payment. Room ACs were blowing cold air well. There are cameras outside of room, giving extra security. The room is on the 5th floor, building has elevators serving that floor, which is very convenient for family with kids and elderly people. Food in buffet and restaurants is good and tasty! Secluded location, hotel is 10 minutes walk to grocery store and neighborhood is safe! Hotel staff even allowed us to hold our luggage in lobby as we had an afternoon check in to another place. Hotel staff immediately fulfilled all of our requests for insufficient household supplies. Thank you for hosting us!
