I loved the hotel and it’s extra resources for guests such as restaurant, pool, gym. Staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Place felt clean, comfortable and professional.

I had problems organising the advertised “free shuttle” from airport to hotel (however from hotel to airport was absolutely fine!) I was told via Booking.com I need to use WhatsApp message to reserve the shuttle but only once I’m at the airport and ready to board it. However, when I tried to do it with Fairfield WhatsApp number given to me, I wasn’t receiving responses for an hour, during which time someone was trying to scam us at Cancun Airport - which felt very stressful. I was later told by receptionist that the hotel’s shuttle can only be reserved by direct phone call - but in this case I shouldn’t have received instructions to use WhatsApp. Confusing experience which added some stress.

They have nice beds and a decent breakfast.

We forgot to reserve the airport shuttle and tried to call the hotel when we arrived at the airport, but they didn't pick up the phone. At the hotel they told us that the number on the website of Booking.com was not correct. In the end we took a taxi which charged us 75 dollars for a 5 min drive.

Loved the staff, so friendly warm and welcoming. Felt very at ease here. Breakfast bad a good choice and I ate here each night of my three night stay and wasn't disappointed once. Thought the food was excellent 👌🏻 drinks as well. Just remember to take cash for tips. Shuttle service to and from the airport welcome as well. Swimming area small but good (added to a more peaceful vibe).

There wasn't much I didn't like ... I'd be picking at things... Maybe outside on my arrival there was a weird smell in the air that I never noticed after my first day/night. And that isn't even to do with the hotel. Maybe a better selection of TV channels? But, really who is here to watch tv? There isn't really anything to fault the place. I'd great stay. Would definitely come back.

Close to the airport, shuttle service, very comfy bed, smoke Area on the first floor, early check in!

- for the pick up at the airport is better to call, they don’t reply to the messages, for breakfast I expected some more choices but overall was good, they gave only the choice of taking taxi and uber from the hotel- the staff didn’t knew about the posibilitty of taking the R70 mini bus from the Main Street - 10 pesos per person. ( as a Tip for those who want to go to Cancun City and check it out). Another negative thing is that the key card doesnt work anymore even 20 min before check out time, we needed to go down and reactivate the card so we can get inside the room to pick up our luggage.

The property is cleaned. The swimming pool they cleaned every morning. The facilities is cleaned & sanitized the room everyday. The room is always cleaned. Fresh fruits is really good. try to lessen Papaya -watermelon & pineapple next time.

The people from the buffet station is cleaned & well organized. Fausto from day 1 until the end he only always consistent for his serive & hospitality. I’m not rich but i know how to appreciate people who really appreciate your help as a guest. The ladies everymorbing cleaned the facilities every morning. Smile on our Face is free but everyone is so acvomodating.

The booking package its nice that have including breakfast and airport transfer. The room is comfy and quit. Nice facilities of gym and pool for short staying and relaxing.

Hotel have provide free airport shuttle bus, when we check in they told us it's just need 15mins tirp to arrive airport. The bus is coming late around 15-20 mins then we get the traffic jam that make us miss the flight And the driver not stop the right spot of termial 4, we have to walk around 8-10mins to the right terminal. We found out that it used always have transfer jam of the way to cancun airport The service counter should notice us that the road situation to the traveler ,then can make a better time arrangement to the airport

The hotel is less than 15 minutes from to the airport. It’s clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The rooms are large and the beds comfy. It’s quiet too.

The lobby and restaurant were so cold, I was shivering by the time I got my dinner. The carpet in the hallway could have used a good vacuuming. The restaurant was adequate and very expensive for what you got. Don’t order the pasta with pesto. It’s just pasta with oil and a few flakes of dried basil. Breakfast was not very good. The oatmeal was the consistency of soup and the cereal and pastry selection was limited to sugary stuff. Even the cornflakes were sweetened. Not good for diabetics who don’t eat eggs.

Breakfast & airport shuttle were included, plus all of the amenities were more than we expected like the washing machines or the ice machines outside our room and the microwave, coffee machine and mini fridge in our room. The pool was clean and quiet & the breakfast was very complete with a lot of options :)

Rate for a 4 guest room went a little high, could've reserved 2 rooms in that case and room was prepared for only 2 guests because we had to ask for the missing towels.

We stayed one night at the Cancun Fairfield Inn & Suites prior to catching an early morning flight. Check-in was easy, professional and efficient. Our room (standard king) was very comfortable and we appreciated having both a microwave and refrigerator. We requested and received a room on the building side away from the freeway. It was very quiet (other than a few loud guests in a nearby room, but that was only during the time they were settling in). The dinner at their onsite restaurant was quite good, with excellent service and we thought the prices were reasonable (note: everything is more expensive these days). We left too early to enjoy breakfast, but the buffet looked great. They do provide a boxed lunch if requested. The shuttle departs at 20 minutes and 50 minutes after the hour. We took the 5:20am shuttle and were at the airport by 5:35am. We were a bit nervous after reading reviews about the sewer smell in the bathrooms but didn’t find it to be anything better or worse than we’ve experienced staying in other properties in Mexico. We will definitely stay here again if we need an overnight stay close to the Cancun airport.

The USB outlet by the nightstand on one side of the bed didn’t work. We used the ports under the TV. Netflix and other streaming options aren’t available and we could only find Spanish language programs on the TV. Not a big deal.

The location near to the airport is great for either getting ready to leave via Cancun airport or arriving, needing overnight accommodation and looking to miss out Cancun city itself and head elsewhere the next day. Buses can be obtained from the airport. Swimming pool is great to relax by. Breakfast is also good.

Nothing as regards the hotel. To get there, the difference in taxi prices, Cancun airport being excessive (rip pff), as regards taxi rates. Better to arrange taxi transport from the airport before you arrive there via Booking.com or whatever.
